Amazing sunsets at a lake front luxury home.

Large 2 story luxury home on Lake Bob Sandlin with 188 feet of shoreline. Each story has it's own kitchen. Property sleeps 14 people in beds. Pool table, outdoor gas grill, AC,, Smart TV, WIFI, Washer/Dryer and all the comforts of home.
This home is big enough for 2 separate families to enjoy with privacy. The upstairs living area has a full kitchen, master suite with jacuzzi tub, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another full bathroom.
The lower living area has a full kitchen, and master suite. There is a bunkroom on the lower level that can sleep 12 kids in full beds. There is a large bathroom in the bunkroom.
The view is stunning from any lakeside room in the house.
The Boathouse has a great sundeck with access to the firepit down by the water.

Upstairs = 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms
Room 1 (Master) = King and full on suite w/ Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, Private door to wrap around balcony
Room 2 = Queen size bed, view of the lake.
Room 3 = Queen size bed, adjacent to full bathroom
Wash Room w/ full size washer and dryer
Full size kitchen, living and dining areas

Downstairs = 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms
Room 1 (Master) = King size bed, Newly remodeled Full on suite. Private door to the lake side of the house.
Room 2 (Bunkroom) = 6 full size bunk beds, full bathroom with massive shower and two sink vanity. Lake facing wall is all windows that slide wide open for direct access to the lake front.
Full size newly remodeled kitchen and living room with pool table and arcade game.

Less than Expected

Sure...the lake...It's always beautiful...not weather accessible during our stay (too cold), but that's ok..Gathering (common area) good..kitchen upstairs (which is your main walk-in floor from front door) was rather small..lighting in kitchen needs to be improved very poor lighting to prepare food... and no light working over stove( microwave light over stove not operable and had these magnet "needing-to-be-charged regularly" weak lights to supply stove lighting, and small counter space to prepare meals...cookware needs replacing in first floor kitchen..Wasn't expecting ceiling mold over the jacuzzi in main floor master...and WAS expecting at least a bedroom bench in the main floor master suite, to be able to sit down and put your shoes on..or a small nice upholstered chair to sit in if needed. Dragged a dining room chair into there to use...ALSO the loud squeaking floor in that master suite, at end of bed towards bathroom, was SO LOUD it was being heard below (and I'm only 135 lb, so not from heavy folks)...I wouldn't have reserved had I known the main floor master suite's door faced the kitchen...the early morning noise coming through the closed door every morning was disturbing to my morning quiet that I need. To add to that was a MAJOR water leak..plumber sent...Note to owner...one of our party stated a stepping stone down to the lake is loose and tipped on them when they stepped down and they almost fell...the steps going down to the lake are not the safest...

Great Escape Weekend!

Love, love, love everything about this house! We had a group of 9 adults and we were all perfectly accommodated with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is beautiful and the location on the lake provided pristine views and quietness for relaxing. The layout and two kitchen areas were also perfect. We were able to cook and enjoy the space for catching up and watching football. The owners were very responsive and helpful with the couple of questions we had. Highly recommend!

Lake House Weekend Getaway

Amazing spot on Lake Bob Sandlin

The house was beautiful and plenty of space for our group of 11. The owners went above and beyond - our 8 year old daughter forgot her beloved teddy bear and they FedEx’d it to us within a couple days. We will for sure be back!

We loved this property! We had our annual family lake trip reunion. It was perfect for our family

The home was beautiful and very accommodating, We took our boat and it was a perfect location on the water We had a group of 8 adults, 7 children and an infant and it was perfect having the older kiddos downstairs in the bunk room with access to a full kitchen for daytime snacking and lunches and a game room with pool table and t.v. The owners were fantastic to communicate with! The ONLY negative was the amount of bath towels. We could have used more of those :) We would definitely go back

Family vacation

Our family is 10 adults and 6 children (oldest is 8). We try to get together each year for a vacation and this year we chose this VRBO at Bob Sandlin Lake. The property was everything it advertised and more. The hosts were great to work with, the lake was beautiful, and the entire setting was the perfect place to vacation. Truly first class. We loved it so much we are already planning to return next year. You can’t go wrong with this VRBO.

Solar Eclipse

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. The property was beautiful with a large outdoor area on the lake. My entire family enjoyed both levels of the decks overlooking the lake. The dock and fire pit were also very enjoyable. The inside was very spacious for my entire family. It was beautifully decorated. There were numerous bedrooms. The bunk room was one of the best that I have seen. It was large with a very spacious bathroom. The sliding glass doors that opened up onto the lakeside deck made the room bright and inviting. The two kitchens were an added bonus as well. The owners were extremely responsive and informative. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to stay here.

Beautiful house. Steep to boathouse and firepit, but ok. Parking is tight but we managed even with a boat and trailer. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place

The home is beautiful with amazing views. Great location in a quite neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the lake swimming, tubing with our boat, and fishing. We caught several fish right off the dock including a 17 pound catfish in the evening. Pool table and pacman were nice to have when it rained.

THE BEST LAKEHOUSE

We absolutely love this house! This is our second year to visit and we always find more things to love about our stay! It seems as though time goes by so fast so we're already planning our next trip! The host is great and never hesitates to answer any questions that I have!

Amazing weekend get away

This is the most beautiful house on lake Bob Sandlin the sunsets are perfect. We had so much fun playing pool. The bed were so comfortable. The house is set up to do all your cooking. Great communication

Wonderful experience!

We took a girls trip to this beautiful lake house and could not be more pleased. The house is gorgeous, then grounds are beautiful and the lake was perfection. There’s lots of space, comfortable beds, and very well stocked with supplies. We hope to come back next year.

Better than expected

Rarely does anything live up to the hype, but this property over delivered expectations. Very clean, lots of amenities. The two kitchens was helpful, the grill easy to operate. We will definitely return next year

Lovely home.

Beautiful home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The home is lovely and the hosts did a wonderful job decorating and making sure guests had everything. The water access was great for the teens but a steep incline for our older family members making it somewhat difficult for them to go hang out by the water. The top balcony is where we spent so much time hanging out and visiting. Really enjoyed the fact that the older kids could have the bottom floor and the adults stayed up top.

Fantastic property!

We are giving 5 stars for such an incredible home...our family reunion was a HUGE success! Everyone loved the accommodations, the location and VIEWS of beautiful Lake Bob Sandlin. The home was super clean, well stocked with impeccable owner communication when needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some quality R&R or family time!

Our Lake Vacation

Beautiful home on the lake with great views from almost every window. Great Dock to swim off of and fire pit to enjoy. Teens enjoyed the pool table and Pac-man. The owner was very responsive to questions. Definitely recommend this home.

Another great trip Casmir Lake House

After having stayed here in June 2020, we came back again - this time with a bunch of friends! This lake house is quite simply one of the best properties we’ve ever visited - amazing views, luxury accommodations, and so many things to do. Can’t wait to come back again!

Jake and Angie Casmir bought the Lake House in September of 2018. They were married in the backyard in April of 2019. This home is incredibly special to us and we are blessed to be able to share it with other families.
