The entire 2BHK apartment hosts 1 group at a time.
It consists of:
>The main bedroom with a queen sized bed, closet, TV, desk & chair, coffee table and couch. (Room sized approx. 400 sq. ft.)
>Second bedroom with a queen sized bed, closet and TV. (Room sized approx. 100 sq. ft.)
>Fully functional kitchen with stove, fridge, utensils, jars, cupboards, dinning table and chairs. (Room sized approx. 140 sq. ft.)
>Separate western toilet. (Room sized approx. 50 sq. ft.)
>Bathroom with overhead shower. (Room sized approx. 70 sq. ft.)
>Lobby with couch.
The premises doesn't have provision for parking. (In case of longer stay, arrangements can be made).
However, since the apartment is on the roadside commuting is convenient.

Please Note:
>There is a small open area at the rear of the apartment along with a small balcony on the side.

>We have a minimal interaction policy. It is your rented place. We don't intrude. However if you have any need, just let us know.
