Large driveway, with decorative paver. Fenced yard, & large 12 ft x 22 ft screened in lanai. Bocce ball/corn hole court, out door shower. A putting green out front, Great location, just steps from Lake Worth's main street, Lake Avenue which features fine dining restaurants and shops. Walk to nearby Bryant Park or Lake Worth Beach! there is also a bus to the beach, and 10 minutes to PBI Airport

The house was in a great location a mile from the beach. It is a beautiful cottage well equipped, clean, and with many amenities. The lanai is screened and a great place to relax.

Lovely cozy little cottage

This was a lovely, cozy little cottage. Anything you needed was provided, very nice upgrades to the property. Almost felt like home, we did not want to leave. It is very close by the beach, and in the heart of town. Loved the stay, will definitely try to book this property for future stays.

Great Place, wonderful location.

What a delightful home in a fabulous location. Just blocks from the downtown area of Lake Worth Beach's downtown. Lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.House had all the amenities you could ask for. Clean and delightful it has room to spread out and enjoy.Obviously well cared for and maintained.Enjoy your stay.

Cute place, comfy bed, great location

This place is the perfect vacation rental. It's fully equipped with great outdoor spaces. The location is near the intracoastal and Lake Ave. Was quiet every night. Host was great.

Winter 2025

The hostess is so quick to respond back. The cottage is well equipped and only wish we were younger to enjoy the golf, corn hole, bocce ball she has! But I did walk over the intracoastal bridge daily to sit by the ocean! Wonderful weather too. Highly recommend.

Cute and Charming

It’s a cute and charming cottage that pictures don’t do it justice! It’s filled to the max with all the comforts of home and more. And the cute town and restaurants are within walking distance. Beaches are close by and on Saturday there’s even a Farmers Market right up the road. Great place to stay, we will be back for sure!!

Memories

Growing up in West Palm Beach I came back for much needed vacation and family time. Enjoyed our little cottage. Conveniently located to some of my favorite places… Bennys On The Beach excellent food, John G’s the best ever, also enjoyed Lilos restaurant and Dave’s Last Resort sitting outside with food and cocktails in the quaint setting of Lake Worth. You cannot go wrong with this location.

Great cottage, fantastic outdoors space, has anything you need inside too

We were staying in August and the cottage was able to keep us cool in spite of all of the heat & humidity. It had fun outdoor spaces which would be great to take advantage of in cooler weather. It has three showers (one outside) which we took advantage of. The pantry has everything you could imagine needing. Plenty of beach towels and chairs and bags and a cooler. It was a great space for our family of four. There are also games (Life, Upwords, etc.) and paperbacks for those looking for a good read.

Quaint cottage

The owner was fantastic! Answered so promptly! The cottage had everything you could imagine! Overstocked ! Just wished it was sitting little closer to ocean but I was able to walk over the intracoastal bridge almost daily for my beach walks! The downtown has lots to offer also! Lots of activities available in back and front yard! Loved staying there 6 weeks!

Best Cottage Stay in 9 Years

Saying farewell for 2024. If the cottage is available in 2026 we may be back. The cottage fulfilled our needs beyond expectations. It was roomy, clean and had most of what we need for cooking and having a couple of guests. I have been storing an array of towels, Pyrex, cookware, blender, hand mixer and more at my sister in Parkland. I only retrieved a few items, some of which I left for the owner. The screened in porch was a wonderful extra, where we could sit, read, play scrabble or just talk without getting bitten up. While we didn’t take advantage of the front “playground” it was a cute area for families to have fun. Storage in the kitchen, washing machine and dryer were a plus!! It was a short walk to Lake Ave. and over the bridge to the beach. My husband and I took advantage by walking everyday. If you are a photographer the home and surrounding neighborhood cottages provided great photo ops.

Previous guests have already described this property’s great location (true), many amenities (also true), and delightful, responsive host (true again). So, what’s left for us to say? Well… First, the house is not as pictured. Believe it or not, it’s more spacious than it appears in the photos. Spacious, comfortable living room, dining room and bedrooms, and an attractive master bath with plenty of room for your stuff. Doug said I should mention that the mattress in the master bedroom is exceptionally comfortable. Also, there’s lots of functional space in the laundry area. Second, there’s the kitchen. Doug – he’s the one who cooks – really liked the layout, and there’s plenty of cupboard space for groceries. Also, the large pantry is stocked with supplies sufficient to host a Thanksgiving dinner. Third, the lanai. Everyone else has already mentioned the lanai, so I am going to skip right over it and tell you about the back yard instead. It’s a charming yard with pretty ferns and big shade trees and little white lights. And there’s an outdoor shower, also lit with those little white lights. Finally, there’s the privacy. Yes, you will be close to downtown, but you won’t hear noise from the local pubs. The house is located in the historic section of town, where the houses charming, but very close together, yet you never see or hear the neighbors. And they never see you. Everything about the property is artfully arranged for complete privacy. That sweet little backyard can only be accessed by going through the house, so it’s both private and secure. Have you ever read reviews where people say they will “definitely return” and wonder if they ever did? We are already booked for next year.

Ridiculously comfortable and relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed the Signeture property. It is eclectic, fun and comfortable. A couple of blocks from downtown. We walked and enjoyed the local flavor.

Perfect Beach Cottage

Our stay was perfect. The location of this property is walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. The owner has gone above and beyond with all the home has to offer. We will definitely return!

Paradise Found

This rental exceeded all expectations! Host was gracious and very easy to communicate with, the cottage was in a great location with quiet, friendly neighbors, the place was stocked with absolutely everything one might need and the plus was the second bathroom! Really hard to find!

A Good Experience

Location of this house is outstanding from a walkability standpoint. Screened in area is a real plus. Could use a new shower curtain in bathroom adjacent to queen bedroom. Host was very responsive in resolving minor problem. Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee was an unexpected bonus. Would stay here again, only it's very hard to score a reservation during peak winter season.

Super Stay!!

We had such a great experience at this cottage. The location is perefect! We walked to the beach, shopping, restaurants, everywhere. It’s spacious and has all amenities needed for a vacation in Lake Worth. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful house

This house was just lovely. Perfect location and all the amenities you could want or need. The house was spotless and I would definitely stay here again. The bonus was all the Boston ball caps and the awesome picture of Larry Bird out on the screened porch.
