Flip Flop Retreat is on Santa Rosa Island, FL. Comfortably sleeps 16 guest. A great spot to soak up some sun. The balcony will make your beach vacation comfortable watching the sun come up and the sun go down. Enjoy nearby water activities such as boating, surfing, jet skiing, and fishing. 5 bedrooms with 4 having ensuites. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms 1 with ensuite, and a bunk room with ensuite equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. The living dining room has a large Amish solid wood banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. Large private in-ground swimming pool that can be heated. A large SPA with outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas and charcoal grill. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars.
This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $175.00 for one pet or $350.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. To heat the pool is $175.00. Rates are subject to change.

This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night's stay during Season. Any evidence of Smoking found on the premises will result in an additional fees.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property. No Exceptions! This is a Non-Smoking Property.

Beautiful house , kitchen was fully loaded with utilities. The hot tub was not heated but that wasn’t their fault. Heater went out had to order part . But the kids still had fun . Love the place . No problem getting in touch with Tom

The home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. We were also able to bring our dog!There were so many things we enjoyed about the house: the pool, wrap around deck, plenty of space for our family to spread out, close to beach access, view of the gulf, the sunsets and more. Tom, the owner, was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

The home is made for families and pets. Plenty of room for all. The pool and spa are great to enjoy and relax. It is easy to say Navarre is a great place for a vacation.

Property is in a prime location. Easy access to the beach! Any and all concerns were addressed in a timely manner. We had a big party of 14 plus a dog and there was more than enough room. Loved the convenience of the pool in the evening and for days when some didn’t feel like playing in the sand.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Loved the house, pool and hot tub was a big hit with kids and adults! Kitchen was well stocked with salt, pepper, utensils, dishes, etc. great variety of books, games, and information provided for things to do in the area. Could have used an extra blanket in the master which we were able to find in the kids room. Host was very responsive when we had trouble operating the hot tub controls.

We had our family with all our grandkids,ages 1 through 14 with us for a week. This was our second time we stayed here and enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues with the pool heater but the kids still enjoyed it and Tom was good about trying to resolve it for us. We would stay here again.

Tom was great with communication, house was clean and welcoming. The heating of the pool and spa was kinda complicated. We were there in February so we understood that the pool needed to be heated, however when the pool was heating the spa was cooling off and vise versa. It took a few days to figure things out, but it all worked out. The outside charcoal grill needs to be replaced, but the gas grill worked perfectly. This was a great convenient location, lots of things to do from fishing to shopping and a lot of great restaurants.

This is our second time to stay. Tom is so easy to work with. Quick to reply to messages. The house is perfect for my family. We all enjoy the open floor plan and the heated pool with the hot tub. The parking is great. Easy walk to the beach! We will stay again.

Great quiet location

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was in the perfect location. We were just the right distance from the beach and having a private pool was nice for the kids. We will definitely stay again.

Family Beach Trip

Fantastic location, quiet area, close to beach access. Beautiful home and owner very responsive. Pool was fantastic, the family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Wrap around deck was great. Only negative was the size of one bathroom/shower.

Great property for families of all ages. The house is stocked with just about everything we needed. This is our third year at this house. My adult kids love the hot tub and the grandkids love the pool. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories
