At the end of a dirt road, you will discover this magnificent Bastide type villa of 140m² and its superb swimming pool of 14 x 7 m situated in a vast garden of more than 3000 m² in the middle of cypresses, olive trees, laurels. . The villa directly overlooks vineyards and paths conducive to beautiful walks. Calm and friendly environment where the song of the cicadas will charm you.
A completely furnished independent chalet (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) allows a couple to be isolated from the rest of the house.
Between the beaches of Grande Motte, Nîmes and Montpellier, multiple activities are possible (beach, cellar visit, museum, stroll in the Camargue ...)

South of France Get Away

Great house, fantastic pool and had everything we needed. More shade around the pool would be welcomed but otherwise we had a fantastic holiday as did our friends.

Wonderful villa ,swimming pool and outside area was superb ! Was expecting 8 sun beds but only 6 ,however not too much of an inconvenience ,a small suggestion would be more info in a folder for tenants regarding re cycling and waste disposal . Overall we had a wonderful holiday

Provencal villa stay for grup of 80 seniors

The onboard GPS in rental car failed to find. A local tip to try Waze did produce dividends though. Worth knowing.The property description misled re bathrooms. There are 2 modern shower-rooms and 1 separate upstairs wc for 3 bedrooms. A downstairs cloakroom and, presumably, a shower suite in separate pool lodge.A major issue for anyone with toddlers and anyone with mobility issues would be the steep spiral staircase with no hand rail.The pool was delightful. Electric gare security good and the kitchen really well equipped to match most homes.The free wifi provided was also a welcome addition.

Amazing pool, great house

The pool and house were lovely, local contact lovely but no English language so if my wife hadn’t been there it would have been very difficult. Pool was very cold, fine for me but not usable for my wife, only worked out on our last day that it could be adjusted so a uk language guide for the property would have been very useful. Broadband didn’t work at all after week 1 so costly for us on roaming charges. Staircase very tight for young families and the place is old so expect creaky etc. overall though I loved it and it’s great value for money in a beautiful location

Beautiful location

We spent a pleasant week at the villa at the end of May. Communication with the owners was easy and there were no issues with check in etc. Unfortunately the pool heating was broken and so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much as we would have done if it were warmer. Even though the temperature in Vauvert was a pleasant 28 degrees, the pool was too cold to do anything more than a quick jump in for 5 minutes to cool off, which is a shame because it’s a beautiful large pool in a gorgeous location. The owners were very apologetic and waved the final cleaning fee and linen fee to compensate for the lack of pool heating which was much appreciated. We were able to visit Nimes, Avignon and Pont du Gard in our time at the villa. We loved the location, for visiting areas of interest and the villa itself is in such a peaceful setting. There are updated shower rooms in the villa that are very modern and everyone in the family loved them. We would have had a perfect stay here if the pool was warmer. I’d recommend the property to people wanting to stay in the area.

Toller Urlaub in toller Location

Sehr schönes Haus und toller Pool. Wir waren dort mit zwei Familien und haben einen super Urlaub gehabt.Beachten sollte man, dass zwei der acht Betten im Gästehaus im Garten sind. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben wir gegen Aufpreis dazugebucht.Der Ort ist nicht von Touristen überlaufen, das hat uns gut gefallen.

Très bon séjour en camargue

Si je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles, c'est à cause des problémes de fonctionnement de la climaisation des chambres en étage. Chaque jour et nuit il faut la relancer à deux reprises, ce qui est bien sûr fastidieux en pleine nuit. Autre bémol : à certains moments se répand une odeur pestilentielle, issue du lavabo de la sdb noire en étage et cela malgré l'intervention d'un voisin.Pour le reste tout était parfait.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Es war alles super, ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit traumhaftem Pool. Einziges Manko: bei Belegung von acht Personen schlafen zwei in einem Gartenhäuschen aus Holz, das zwar mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist, aber schon erhebliche Spalte im Holz hat, sodass viele Tiere hereinkommen. Außerdem funktioniertedie Toilette in dem Häuschen nicht, sodass bei uns alle im Haus geschlafen haben.

Superbe villa. Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée. La piscine est magnifique ainsi que l'extérieur. Mention spéciale pour les lumières qui éclairent les arbres à la tombée de la nuit. On a l'impression d'être hors du temps, idéal pour décompresser. Je recommande chaudement cette location :-l

Erholsame Urlaubstage - für jede Altersklasse

Eine schöne Ferienvilla mit allem was man als Familie so braucht. Mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern hatten wir genug Platz. Der Pool war nicht nur das Highlight für die Kids, sowie der großzügige Garten. Auch der Platz vor dem Haus war praktisch zum Roller/ Laufrad fahren, Boule spielen und zum verweilen. Die Lage direkt am Ortsrand hat zu Spaziergängen über die Felder, aber auch ins Städtchen eingeladen. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer, bzw. dem Ansprechpartner Vorort hat per Mail und über das Handy sehr gut funktioniert. Wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen.:)

Gros points forts de la maison, la somptueuse piscine avec son amphore déversant de l'eau en cascade et ses confortables transats pour une journée paisible et rafraichissante, ainsi que les éclairages pour des soirées détentes. Les grands espaces à l'intérieur de cette très jolie maison typique, très bien équipée notamment avec ses merveilleuses douches digitales. Ainsi que le grand espace extérieur.

Großzügiges Haus mit tollem Pool

Unsere Familie (drei Generationen von 6 bis 60 Jahren) verbrachte hier 10 Tage. Das Haus bietet innen und außen schöne Plätze für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch zahlreiche gemütliche Sitzecken für Rückzug. Die Bäder sind neu und top! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben nur eine Teekanne und eine Karaffe für Wasser vermisst (das Wasser aus dem Hahn schmeckt sehr gut)! Die meisten Schlafzimmer haben Moskitoschutz vor dem Fenster, die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht (nachts unter/um die 20 Grad). Ein Highlight ist der große und schön angelegte Pool (mit 22-23 Grad etwas frisch für uns). Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Vauvert in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Direkt vor dem Haus verläuft ein schöner Weg durch die Reben. Vauvert (15 Gehminuten) ist ein ursprünglicher, nicht vom Tourismus geprägter Ort und hat alles was man braucht, u. a. einen netten Markt (Mi/Sa vormittags) mit sehr gutem und günstigen Obst, Gemüse und Oliven; gute Bäckerei "Les Délices de Provence" (täglich geöffnet). Zu den Stränden der Umgebung fährt man 30-45 Minuten. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Parc Ornithologique Pont du Gau, Camargue (30 Minuten). Etwas schade fanden wir, dass die Besitzer weit entfernt wohnen und man keinen direkten Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat, der mal zwischendurch Tipps gibt. Die Absprachen per Mail haben allerdings sehr gut geklappt - und danke auch für den Wein zur Begrüßung!

Séjour à Vauvert

La maison est très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Elle est très bien équipée et la piscine est un véritable atout! Outre sa taille importante, elle est composée de deux niveaux, une première partie moins profonde pour jouer avec des enfants (p.ex. jeux de balles) et une autre partie plus profonde (env. 2m). Il y a peu de vis-à-vis et l'endroit est très tranquille. Bref, vous passerez de très bonnes vacances en louant cette villa. Par ailleurs, elle est idéalement située pour visiter la région (env. 30 min du Grau-du-Roi, de la Grande-Motte (pour les plages) ou encore de Nimes / env. 40 minutes de Montpellier). Grégoire

Maison parfaite beaucoup d’espaces

Très bon séjour, propriétaire à l’écoute merci pour les bonnes adresses du coin. Belle piscine beau jardin grand stationnement intérieur terrain de boules… intérieur tout le confort nécessaire comme à la maison tout y est. Je recommande grandement.

A little slice of heaven in the South of France

My family of 4 traveled across the globe for a 2-week vacation in the south of France. We were delighted to find that Sylvain and Bérenice’s vacation home was even better than the pictures! Clean, open, inviting, with peaceful views. We were greeted with a chilled bottle of local rosé and comprehensive list of recommendations. The Villa is on a private country setting within an hour to every destination you could want to visit. The property is gorgeous- off a gravel path at the end of town, surrounded by vineyards, hay fields and olive groves. We used the pool every day and appreciated the air conditioning inside. The home is two stories with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a wooden shed with another “bedroom” on the property but it is very old and rustic and we did not use. There is little I can say that would have improved our experience, other than the owners could consider replacing some of the linens and dishes which have been well used. Thank you Sylvain and Bérénice (and Vanessa) !

Provence perfekt

Haus Garten und Pool entsprachen der Ankündigung. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne, ruhige Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist großzügig auch bei schlechterem Wetter. Geräumige Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Große Tische drinnen und draußen bi 12 Personen. Wegen des perfekten Sommerwetters haben wir nur deaußen gegessen und am Pool gelegen. Die Abkühlung im Pool war herrlich. Die Kommunikation mit Sylvain, dem Besitzer und Gerard, dem Nachbarn lief sehr gut. Kann man sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Wetter mit um 32 °C war schon außergewöhnlich.

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte remarquable

Très bien accueillis par les hôtes, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison idéalement située et très bien équipée (literie très confortable, piscine agréable, bon modèle de plancha...). Nous avons également apprécié la proximité de commerces de qualité, ainsi que le réseau de transports locaux (gare de Vauvert et réseau de cars Lio), qui a facilité notre découverte de cette très belle région.

Séjour à Vauvert du 15 au 25/08/2021

Maison et terrain parfaitement adaptés pour que 8 personnes passent un super moment. La maison, sans vis à vis et excentrée de la ville, est très calme, et la clim est un réel plus. Méga piscine au top, même la nuit, mais il faut aller plus vite que les moustique en sortant !... Nous y séjournerons de nouveau.
