Many sports opportunities are available from fishing (lake or ocean), golfing (Royal Colwood and Olympic View Golf Clubs are 5 minutes away, Highland Pacific and Bear Mountain Golf Resort are 15 minutes away), as well as hiking and biking. The community is home to many Canadian sports development centres - tennis, golf, rugby, biking, rowing to name a few.

All the comforts of home are available with a well equipped kitchen with BBQ available, as well as washer and dryer and dishwasher, cable TV and a dedicated study area for any school or work related commitments. Bright sunny rooms with 9 foot ceilings and expansive windows give a marvelous view over the water to Victoria. Please no smoking and no pets in the suite or on the premises.
