Your journey begins with a scenic drive from the airport, passing through colorful villages and eventually down a rustic dirt road (a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended). Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted by sweeping views of the ocean and lush mountains—a true hidden gem.

This one-of-a-kind octagonal home is surrounded by vibrant jungle and the Caribbean Sea. Designed with serenity in mind, you won’t find shops, restaurants, or tourist crowds here—just the sounds of nature and the rhythm of the island.

Inside, the home features four spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms. Two master suites—one on each floor—include king beds and private ensuite bathrooms with gorgeous tiled showers. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bath. All rooms include A/C, fans, and ample storage. The bright, fully equipped kitchen opens into an inviting dining space and cozy living room—all air-conditioned for your comfort.

Step outside and take in the panoramic ocean views from two expansive decks. Whether you're grilling fresh seafood on the gas grill, sipping your morning coffee with a sunrise, or floating in the private pool with a cold drink in hand, you’ll feel completely at peace. The pool area includes hammocks, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, a fridge, and a half bath for added convenience.

While the home offers WiFi and Netflix, this is a perfect opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature. For ultimate relaxation, we can even arrange an in-home massage.

Just a short drive down the hill takes you to the beach, where crystal-clear waters and world-class snorkeling await right offshore. And if you're craving a little more adventure, our friendly caretaker, Ty, can take you out for an unforgettable day of fishing, snorkeling, or sightseeing on the water.

Hillside Water Excursions
Excursions Must be Booked in Advance
50% Deposit Required

Full Day Fishing
Includes all day excitement on the Caribbean Ocean deep fishing with an expert of the surrounding waters.
Trip includes up to 8 hours on the water, 1 to 4 people, water, soft drinks, and snacks.

Half Day Fishing
Looking to spend the morning out of the ocean deep sea fishing, this trip is perfect!
Trip includes up to 4 hours, 1 to 4 people, water, soft drinks, and snacks.

Fishing The Flats
Fly fishing on the south shore is a unique experience. The thrill of catching Permit, Bonefish and Tarpon. The experience is for 1 to 2 fishermen.

Snorkel Trip
Looking to go out and do a bit of snorkeling along the front yard! See some of the most beautiful coral heads and many fish along the reef.
Snorkel Only minimum 2 people, approximately 3 hours, includes water and fruit.

Mangrove Tour
Take a trip through the mangroves where the pirates once hid! This includes a ride through the east end’s south shore. See how many islanders live on the water’s edge. Where most people get around by boat. Stop by one of the East End’s restaurants for some lunch, swim in the beautiful blue hole. A great way to see the south shore!

These boat excursions are captained by Ty Ty with the Hillside Paradise’s boat. Arrangements for excursions should be made through the property manager.
