384 Zion Village Resort 7 Bedroom/5 bathroom Family Retreat w/private Jacuzzi

This is a 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom townhome that is beautiful and brand new. Guests have the entire place to themselves, + they can use all of the Zion Village amenities which include: Pool, lazy river, clubhouse with an indoor firepit, exercise facility, social & kitchen areas. All of these amenities are open and available for our guests to use 365 days a year!

The gourmet kitchen has a large pantry, breakfast bar, chrome appliances, and is fully stocked for all of your group's needs. The kitchen has the following items: plates, bowls, mugs, cups, glasses, silverware, and kids' service wear as well. There is a full set of pots, including two very large family-sized pots with lids. There is a crockpot, salad bowl, set of silver mixing bowls, set of colorful mixing bowls, traditional coffee maker, K-Cup Keurig coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, XL cookie sheets, hand mixer, BBQ tools, serving trays, roasting pan, serving platters, glass bowls, casserole dish, pancake griddle, blender, storage containers, baby seat, high chair, knife block, cutting boards & more.

The family room has a central fireplace, huge flat-screen TV & console. There are 2 soft leather Italian crafted sofas and reclining chairs. There is also a kid’s game closet off this main living space and the closet is filled with a circus-style tent.

There are 7 private bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. This townhouse has 4 king-size beds, 1 queen bed, 4 full-size beds, 1 full sofa sleeper, 1 twin ottoman sleeper + a full futon. If you are accommodating a large group this place has 12 separate beds. Based on double occupancy you can sleep up to 20 people. Through the City of Hurricane, this townhome has been approved to host a group of 20 people.

1. Master bedroom: Maui (sleeps 2): main level, king-size bed, flat-screen TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower, private toilet area, walk-in closet, small patio off the sliding doors.

2. Office (sleeps 2): Queen-size sofa sleeper and a desk. This room is at the entryway, and privacy is provided by barn doors that close.

3. Master bedroom #2: Bombay (sleeps 2): California king-size bed, walk-in closet and full-sized attached bathroom with shower and tub. Sliding doors open to a beautiful deck with two sun lounge chairs, additional chairs, and a foosball table.

4. Master bedroom #3: Nantucket (sleeps 4): King size bed, futon sofa (folds down to a bed for 2 kids), walk-in closet and full bathroom with a private toilet area & a deck off the back of the townhouse. There are several chairs on this deck, which is an ideal spot to watch the colorful Southern Utah sunsets.

5. Bedroom #4: Morocco (sleeps 4): Gorgeous black furniture with a California King sized bed, and a convertible futon (sleeps 2 kids) and a walk-in closet. This is the largest bedroom upstairs, with plenty of room to set up a pack-n-play (which is stored in the hall closet).

6. Bedroom #5: London (sleeps 3): Queen sized bed, walk-in closet & Jack and Jill style shared bathroom. There are a sink and vanity that is private to this room. There is a smart TV where you can log into Netflix and other viewing options. This room also has a lounge chair that can fold down into a bed to sleep one more child.

7. Kids loft, bedroom #7 (sleeps 5): two full-size daybeds that sleep 6 kids, flat-screen TV, bean bags, Barbie house, Xbox One S, & Wii gaming systems. There is a trundle under the first full daybed that can be pulled out to sleep child #5. The other daybed is open to store luggage. Double doors close giving this room privacy. Large windows look out the back deck and on to views of Zion’s Mountains.

This townhouse has 4 king-size beds, 1 queen bed, 3 full-size beds, 1 full-size sofa sleeper, 2 full-size futons, and 1 twin chaise lounge. If you are accommodating a large group this place has 12 separate beds. Based on double occupancy you can sleep 20 people. Through the City of Hurricane, this townhome has been approved to host a group of 20 people. Please note that all 4 of the full-size bathrooms have hairdryers. We provide all bed linens, 20 bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and a dozen spa/pool towels.


There are 6 flat-screen TV’s throughout the townhouse. You can log into the Smart TV’s and access your own personal accounts on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. I provide Sling TV to the family room, Maui Master, Kid’s Loft and London room. The Nantucket and Bombay rooms have TV’s with free channels and other options for viewing enjoyment. By clicking on the Sling TV app you can access the following channels:

Hurricane, Utah is the gateway to Zion National Park. There is a lot to do in the areas immediately surrounding Hurricane. Sand Hollow State Park, Virgin River, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, Quail Creek State Park, are just a few of the amenities that are home to Hurricane.

Zion Village is a brand new vacation destination and will be home to the largest resort pool in the state of Utah. The amenities include the water park for kids, splash pad, water slide, fire pit, pool, lazy river, jacuzzi, BBQ area for gatherings, clubhouse, kitchen area, work out room, social areas & lounge.

There are spectacular views of the ​mountains in Zion National Park. Just minutes away from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, St. George's Ancestor Square, Red Rock Cliffs/Pioneer Park Zion National Park and more!
