. Beautifully landscape surrounds this condo and pool area with BBQ pit. You will enjoy the beach theme in this well equipped condo. Just bring your clothes. The kitchen has a dishwasher ,microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker and all cooking utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer. Along with beach umbrella, beach cart for your 5 min walk to beach. A electric BBQ grill on patio to enjoy. your favorite catch of the day. Just a short drive to Publix, Walmart, and many restaurants(4mins).Master bedroom with King bed, walk in closet and private bath. Second room buck bed full bed on bottom and extra twin in room. All bedding and linens included.

Pet friendly condo.

This property has great potential. The landscaping is amazing and the proximity to the beach wasn’t bad. Unfortunately, the pool was disgusting with bird droppings everywhere in and out of the pool which was unfortunate since there was no comfortable outdoor space to hang out despite the picture shown. The apartment was pleasant and well appointed. The high note was the property manager was accommodating and easy to deal with.

Great place to work and recreate

The host, Denise, is helpful, accommodating and responsive. The spacious two-bedroom, two bath condo was generously stocked with everything you need for a home-away-from-home, including some paper goods and detergents, as well as abundant cookware. The location--less than a block from beautiful Bicentennial park on the ocean made it ideal.

Condo unit as advertised.... has all necessities available, just bring groceries... nice having a washer/dryer in unit for our month long stay... indian harbor beaches are great!

Cozy small condo

Place was very clean, master bedroom needs a king size bed. The sofas were too soft. The porch needs to be screened in, way too many gnats, could not enjoy the pool because gnats are so bad. Owner was very easy to get a hold of.

Cute, clean and well stocked condo!

This condo is darling. It is well laid out and has all the amenities needed for a walk-in ready to relax and stay! Very clean! The tile floors, washer, dryer and everything provided for a day at the (close) beach is wonderful! The pool is lovely, but was not maintained (bird poop on chairs and around pool), but the Condo owners (very nice) immediately contacted the Condo manager when we shared that concern.

Nice place near beach

This is a nice two bedroom condo, ground floor, that’s near the beach and other things in Indian Harbour Beach. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Denise was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Stay

Owner was very nice but property needs maintenance. Bedroom door is missing. Master bathroom sliding door stuck and spouse had trouble getting out. We told owner but Noone came to fix it. Garbage disposal doesn't work. Area carpets stained. Curtains in living room are old and have holes. Couch is old but comfortable. Master bed is old and very uncomfortable. It does have a nice pool and beach is walking distance however you do have to cross busy A1A. Owner had all pool and beach supplies. It also has a washer/dryer and dishwasher which was a plus. Owner allows dogs which is great too but should remove area rugs.

Great Florida Coastal Experience

Property was very comfortable and beachy - the Atlantic Ocean is literally a few minutes away via a relaxing walk. Several restaurants are just as close. Neighborhood was very quiet - good neighbors. Property manager is extremely nice and easy to work with. Great experience - thank you!
