Home away from home!

A newly renovated, bright 2 bedroom private suite on the full lower level of the home. Separate secure entrance with self check in and off street parking for one vehicle. Kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday needs, and the suite is complete with wifi, cable, Netflix and a gas fireplace to help you unwind . There is a shared laundry and access to a huge backyard backing onto a park and playground for the little ones. We are close to all amenities such as the University of Lethbridge, Nicholas Sheran Park, Paradise Canyon Golf Resort as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. The house is in a quiet and safe west side neighbourhood with a beautiful backyard for you to enjoy.

Please note: The house also has a guest suite in the upstairs of the house. The house is quiet but not soundproof. There will be some noise transfer if the upstairs is occupied during your stay.

This place never disappoints, always clean, I do miss the bbq but overall it is an excellent experience pace to stay, very quiet neighborhood and easy access to grocery stores and eberytbing else you need to get

Nice quiet location with easy access to all of Lethbridge. Unit has plenty of room to spread out and relax. Nice and clean and well stocked. We had a very nice stay here, and would gladly return.

Very comfortable

Our group of 4 seniors just needed to stay one night traveling through...very nice accommodations, well stocked supplies and goodies. We enjoyed it very much.

Super quiet neighbourhood

We only could stay one night as we were just passing through Lethbridge but we found this home to be comfortable, spacious and located in a quiet area of west Lethbridge.

Our stay at west side Lethbridge

Thanks Sarah for maintaining the property neat and clean with all essential household supplies. Felt like home. Really enjoyed our stay. The big green backyard is a bonus, perfect space for my family. Definitely recommend to our friends. happy to give 5 star rating.

Lethbridge fantastic 2 bedroom bsmnt suite

Very clean, cosy and comfortable. Many items provided for the kitchen like spices, ketchup, mustard etc. We were there for 6 days for a convention and would definitely return again.

Quick overnight

Quick overnight stay when we attended a concert at Enmax Centre. Everything exactly as described. Clean. Bed comfy. I sleep with a fan at home, so very pleased & surprised to find a fan in one of the bedrooms! Would stay again if in Lethbridge. Thank you.

University of Lethbridge 2023 Graduation

Fully deserved High Rating from previous reviewers. Slight hic-cup on arrival but home owner resolved very quickly. Quiet, very clean and very much a "home away from home" with some thoughtful unexpected touches. Will recommend to our friends and happy to make another reservation when we are visiting Lethbridge. BTW Our Grand-Daughter's Graduation was a great family experience.

I am a professional woman living in Lethbridge for the last 18 years. I am originally from Newfoundland, but Alberta is home now and I love sharing my house with guests!

I live in the upstairs of the house with with two cats and two small dogs. The dogs like to say hello to new people and the cats do get the zoomies occasionally so you might hear tiny footsteps but they house is generally very quiet! I have a love of camping, reading, golf, gardening, motorcycles and anything outdoors. I hope you enjoy your stay in Lethbridge and am always close by for recommendations or anything you might need.

This house is in a beautiful, safe, mature area on the westside close to many great Lethbridge attractions. I take great pride in providing an exceptionally clean, cozy and comfortable space with thoughtful touches and amenities that I would be happy to find as a guest.

The house has a huge back yard, and backs on to a beautiful park and playground, perfect if you are travelling with little ones. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood and is close to parks, golfing, restaurants, pubs and shopping.
