Golden Sand Beach Villa is a beautiful, newly restored 6-bedroom villa with a private pool and breathtaking sea views, located approximately 10 km east of Rethymno town, right next to the beach and within short walking distance of taverns and supermarkets. The villa is exceptionally spacious, covering an area of 400 sqm, and boasts a unique style. As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a grand hallway with impressive high ceilings. To the left is the living area with a comfortable modern sofa and a TV set. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area, and further on, there's an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a large covered patio. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, enjoying a drink, having lunch, or reading a book. On the ground level, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities with a shower and WC.
