Villa feet in the water, really!

La Morena is a house of 185 m2 overlooking the beach, it offers 3 bedrooms, many terraces and a sheltered garden of the sun and wind. Depending on your mood you will find the perfect place for sunbathing in front of the sea, read quietly, drink a glass of El Grifo, family lunch in the shade, watching a movie on the 55 inch screen or enjoy shopping or sports activities within walking distance.
La Morena is a house exceptionally located on the main beach of Costa Teguise. The terraces of the living room and the master suite offer a breathtaking view of the bay, the 2 back bedrooms overlook the garden and its palm trees among the oldest on the island.
Restaurants, activities and stores are all within walking distance from the house. You can also rent a car to visit the volcanoes of Timanfaya, the Cactus Garden or the wild north. Don't forget the huge beach of Famara and the house of Cesar Manrique, the artist who gave the island its special character.
/Work started in December 2022 for more than a year on the land on the other side of the street, which may cause noise pollution at times.

Wonderful house directly at the beach!

It was a great stay! The house is beautiful and well equipped. Everything is well thought through and we highly enjoyed our stay. The construction site next door is barely noticeable, so we felt like living in a small oasis. Highly recommend this place for everyone!

Wonderful stay

We spent a week at Villa Morena and loved every minute. It was a fabulous place to spend time with friends and we had everything we needed…from a bbq with gas bottle to beach towels. It was lovely. We’ll be back 🙂😎

Villa on the beach

We've been lucky to have spent a week in this villa in Costa Teguise, everything regarding the property, from communication, check-in, contact with the local support through to the quality of fittings and equipment was 1st class. Location was exactly as described - plenty to do nearby and we found some excellent places to eat and drink. Would happily recommend this property.

This is our second time at La Morena, we absolutely love it, the location is great, and the views are breathtaking, the villa is a home from home, there is everything you need. We will definitely be back next year!!!

Lovely villa

This is a lovely property in a perfect location. We could pop down for a swim on the sea and come home for a coffee. The beach and sea are perfect for families, lovely soft sand and beautiful clear water. We had a selection of good supermarkets close by and an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is very comfortable, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely book again

Absolutely fabulous property exactly as described and then some. Central location overlooking the promenade right on to the beach. From opening the gate, there were so many WOW moments. Hosts have thought of everything you might need and were very welcoming. Villa has a lovely homely feel and position is excellent for a lovely sea breeze to keep cool. Ceiling fans in all rooms and additional fans provided if required. There is a safe in the main bedroom wardrobe.

Una Villa fantástica, al pié de Playa Cucharas

Han sido unos días estupendos de relax, visitas, etc... Y las comodidades de la villa impresionantes! Levantarte temprano y sentarte en la terraza delantera a ver salir el sol con el sonido del mar en calma mientras desayunas....no tiene precio. Gracias por todo Nathalie y sobretodo a Ana por ser tan amables.

Amazing

This apartment is amazing, beautifully clean, fantastic view and literally seconds from the beach. Ana , the property manager, was easy to contact and quick to reply when we needed to talk to her. If it were my house, I wish!, I would put soft closes on the internal doors because no matter how careful we were there were a few door bangs and I would invest in a zip and link bed for the third room to give more flexibility in how the room was configured. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and am looking forward to staying again

A Wonderful House

Four of us stayed here in November and the house was perfect. With curvy walls, viewpoints and comfortable furniture, it really has the wow factor. Apparently designed by students of Manrique, it has echoes of his typically Lanzarotean architecture and we loved it. The 2 showers and 3 toilets meant we never had to queue and the kitchen has everything you could possibly want. Ana was very helpful when we first arrived and half way through our stay. Definitely a holiday to remember!

Amazing house in an outstanding postion

This is the Second time we have stayed at La Morena and it really is the most amazing house in the best location in Costa Teguise. The house is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you would expect from such a house. Ana was outstanding at making us feel welcome and greeting us.. the communication with Nathalie was first class too, nothing was too much for her, and always replied quickly.. Overall the whole experience made it the best holiday we have had in Lanzarote. You won’t be disappointed, the views are superb.. We will be back, thank you!

Best villa we stayed in

It bang in the middle of everything on the beach front and short walk to bars what more could you ask for . The villa it’s self is big and beautiful and clean and owners even let us have a late check out . Would I return yes I would ( but we prefer Tenerife as a family ) but was an enjoyable first time to the island and learned some history of the place. Many thanks for letting us stay (Dawson’s family )

Fantastic in every way possible ☺

Our stay was amazing due to the villa being everything I wanted, accessible to amenities, spotless, great for my mother who is 83 and has Dementia. Ana and her family were very supportive. I would definitely recommend this villa. Great stay.☺

Fantastic location and views, Villa outstanding.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa, fantastic location. 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of storage. Very well equipped kitchen - washing machine temperamental! It could do with a change of towels halfway through the stay, at least one visit from a maid, 6 sun loungers rather than 5 and access to an iron and ironing board

Villa am Meer mit herrlichem Ausblick

Liebe Nathalie, wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im La Morena verbracht. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse und den oberen Räumen ist einfach toll und die Einrichtung des Hauses super. Uns hat auch die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen – die Strände,, das ‚Pueblo Marinero‘ mit den Restaurants, dem Wochenmarkt und den Abendmärkten und die schöne Promenade, die fast bis nach Arrecife reicht. Ganz liebe Grüße an Ana und ihren Mann, an die wir uns mit unseren Fragen und Wünschen wenden konnten. Beste Grüße aus Hamburg, Elfi

Before we acquire La Morena we came 15 times in Lanzarote and always loved the island renting various houses. When we visited, it has been love at first sight. We hope you will appreciate as much as we do. Our friends will be happy to make your stay a wonderful memory, Ana will welcome you, she is a local girl married with a French guy (so she speaks french) and speaks english perfectly. If you have any need during your stay she will be happy to help.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Staying at La Morena, everything is at (short) walking distance, various restaurants including El Cochino Cojo (our cantina), shops, supermarkets and many activities. If you windsurf see Laurent at the Windurfing Club, he will rent you one of the last boards or teach your children, to be initiated to the magic of volcanoes, ask for a family mini trek with Jose Ignacio or Andy. You can also dive, walk, cycle or even learn spanish with Marcela at la Academia.
Lanzarote is a paradise all year long, you can windsurf (world class spot), surf, (world class spots too), kitesurf in Famara (my husband's favorite), play golf at 8 minutes driving from the house, trek in volcanoes, visit the Timanfaya Natural park, discover the scenic north road, mountain bike or cycle just along the sea shore with the kids or in an Iron Man style towards La Santa sports. weather you stay 1 week or 2 in Lanzarote there is plenty to do.
