This spacious 5 bedroom residence is centrally located about a mile from Nauset Light ocean beach and the bike path. The house is located on the ocean side of Route 6 with Coast Guard Beach also just a short drive away. Enjoy yourself on a bike ride to the ocean or along the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor, with 2 bedrooms, a bath and a lounge area on the second. The kitchen is spacious (24' x 18') with a large eating area that seats 8 comfortably, with the formal dining room additionally seating 6 adults . The large living room (24' x 15') includes a big screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD player, and seats 10 comfortably. WIFI is provided for your convenience as well. The yard is private and quiet, with a large stone patio and a grill for your outdoor living. NEW in 2025, we've added a detached garage, where you can easily keep your bikes and beach equipment safe and under cover!

We had a wonderful stay! Check in and out was super easy and the house was big, clean and beautiful. Location is so convenient and the facilities were amazing! The house was perfect for our family and friends to gather, and had everything we needed for a great vacation with all the conveniences for a young family to enjoy a week at the beach. The house was cozy and well set-up so everyone could gather or relax and enjoy downtime. With 3 bedrooms downstairs and an upstairs that included 2 bedrooms and a lounge area- there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The large eat-in kitchen was stocked for cooking at home as well as accommodating kids, and was perfect for meals.

Perfect Week in Eastham

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this well-equipped lovely home in Eastham, located close to all our favorite beaches, ponds, and restaurants. Lots of room for the whole family to spread out. Comfortable beds and bedrooms; beautiful kitchen and baths. All the comforts, including air conditioning. Easy Wi-Fi access. A large back yard for outdoor games plus a firepit. Lots of puzzles and games for all ages. Perfect weather...perfect house!

Great House, Great Location!

The house was great for our family reunion! Walk to the Rail Trail, Nauset Light Beach was a two minute car ride, everything was nearby! The house was super clean and we all never felt crowded-- just comfortable, as it should be!

Great Place for Family Getaway

Stayed here last week of August '24 with our adult children. Lots of space inside and out for the family to either be together or to have some time alone. Just a couple of minutes from Nauset Light and the waves for boogie boarding, and the Rail Trail entrance is just up the street. Very well equipped home for the size of our party. Definitely would plan to return.

Beautiful home with lots of space to spread out in a great location

Lovely home with great antiques throughout the house. Spacious back patio was a favorite hangout for the family. New gas grill with side burner. Enjoyed using the beach chairs and bicycles in the basement. Close to Wellfleet Drive-in, Arnold's, CC Rail Trail. Healthy mile walk to Nauset Light beach for seal watching. Quick ride across 6 to Cook's Brook Beach on the bay for great sunsets (and Ben & Jerry's on the way!). Location great for day trips to Provincetown or Chatham. Plenty of room for 11 of us coming & going throughout the week with room for a few more.

Sweet Home With Oddity

Overall this beautiful property and roomy home were wonderful. Fully stocked (and some). The grounds are so pretty. Outdoor seating is wonderful. Only downside that affected us is you can’t use linens (bed sheets and towels) in house unless you fully clean them all before you leave. This is a challenge if you travel by air to bring your own AND if you do have to use there’s not enough time to clean all linens after you sleep on them the night before you leave. We’ve never run into this. Linens being taken care of are always included in cleaning fees. This info should be advertised up front in house listing. Despite this we made due and still enjoyed ourselves in this lovely home. Thank you!

What a great week!

We loved this house so much we already want to book it for next year. Clean, spacious, plenty of seating inside and out, a 1+ mile walk to Nauset Light Beach, close to the rail trail, restaurants, bike rentals, mini-golf - it had it all. And the website didn’t even mention the swing set, the spacious backyard, the boogie boards or the ping pong and fussball tables in the basement!

Great home neat Nauset Light Beach

Well stocked large home was great for our family of 11. Nice backyard for games and sitting on the patio for meals. Don was very responsive to questions about check-in and activities. Only challenge we had was that beach parking is a bit difficult. There is no drop off at Nauset Light beach anywhere (very strictly enforced as well). Just had to plan to get our cars there early with gear and then Others walked or rode down later. Lot fills up around. 9-930am. The beach is beautiful though and lots of space due to the restricted parking.

This is a great house, perfect for a large family

We found the house to be extremely clean and well appointed with everything you might need. The large kitchen has an amazing array of utensils, pots and pans for easy cooking, there are books, games, and the large basement with ping pong a great are for the kids to escape to

Great house and location.

Our 3-generation family had a fantastic week at this home. It is close to everything the Cape has to offer. The house was spacious, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and had a large yard the children loved to play in. Our family has rented vacation homes for over 25 years and this is the first time no one had a single negative thing to say about the home we stayed in. Would definitely go back again.

Great location close to ocean beaches we love at National Seashore. House was more than enough room for our family of 10…6 adults and 4 children with plenty of privacy. The house was modern and up to date and very clean…we would highly recommend it!

Overall Nice Stay

The house was very clean, huge updated kitchen. Well-stocked with everything you could possibly need (wish we had known how well it was stocked before purchasing supplies for the week!) There is a huge backyard (we were pleasantly surprised as photos of this were not included in the listing.) Just under a mile to Nauset Light Beach, 1.5 to Coast Guard, and just shy of 15 min to Cahoon Hollow - so overall prime location. Neighbors were a bit testy, complaining about us having an outside BBQ at 7:30PM on a holiday weekend, so something to keep in mind if you have a larger group - we weren't really able to enjoy the outdoor area in the evening because we were nervous about additional complaints. But overall it was a lovely home and a great week.

Beautiful, Spacious House in a Great Location!

My extended family and I enjoyed our stay at this large, updated house. The yard was expansive and private, and perfect for the kids to run around in. We spent every night on the patio, which was comfortable and large enough to fit the whole group. The inside of the house was modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The amenities were much appreciated--from the air conditioner to the large screen televisions to the outdoor shower, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Wonderful experience and we hope to return to the house in future years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great Stay on the Cape

Have been coming to the Cape for years - Don's property was perfect for our extended family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out, large back yard and patio and close to everything (beaches, bike path, restaurants, shopping, etc.) Would not hesitate to stay again.

A fabulous family week

From start to finish this was a great experience and rental. Everything at the house was better and more equipped than we ever expected. The owners were amazing, right down to contacting us about clothes that were left in the dryer. And going over and above to get them to us! The location is perfectly situated for whatever Cape Cod experience you are looking for.

Wonderful Eastham Vacay!

We had a great week at Don and Anne’s house! It’s a wonderful space for a large family. Comfortable sleeping for everyone. Great location - some of us biked to the beach every day so we only paid for one beach parking pass. The house is immaculate and the yard huge. Lots of room for lawn games and great fire pit for s’mores. We would definitely return!
