Our home is available for long term rental. The home is a detached three story home nestled in a family neighbourhood, on a quiet one-way street facing a park. The location is walking distance to the subway system and to shops and restaurants.

This modern home is fully furnished complete with washer / dryer, dishwasher, fully appointed kitchen and dining room, bedding, linens, towels, fenced back yard, garden area, BBQ, utilities, internet (wireless and wired connections throughout), cable TVs, stereo systems, air conditioning, security system, and one driveway parking spot.

Our home is 2500 square-feet and is perfect for a couple with one child. There are two fully furnished bedrooms and a sofa-bed in the attic for visitors. The attic could also be a large third bedroom.

The first floor is an open concept kitchen / living / dining / area. The kitchen has a gas stove and marble countertops, large island with bar stools. The living room, with windows looking onto the park, has a gas fireplace. There is a half bath (sink and toilet) on the first floor. The back porch has a gas BBQ, and garden area. The front porch faces a family friendly park, with a small garden in front.

The second floor has the master bedroom with a king bed and large built-in closets with a TV. The master looks onto the park. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large storage closet; and looks onto the gardens in the back yard. The washer / dryer are on the 2nd floor along with a full bath with a rainhead shower and heated towel rack.

The third floor is a cozy area in the winter with a large TV, a desk, a pull-out sofa bed, and a roof top deck with gas fire pit. It's a perfect area for yoga or quiet reading or working. There is a half bath (sink and toilet) on the third floor.

Pets are welcome and we will provide a crib if required.

Three blocks to the Ossington subway station.

Multipled dedicated bike lanes and bike sharing stations nearby.

Drive times:
15 minutes to Yonge/Dundas Square
25 mintues from Pearson International Airport
20 minutes from Union Station

$4,300 / month (for 8 month stay or longer)
$4,600 / month (for less than 8 month stay)

Security deposit - One month's rental.
One time cleaning fee of $300.00 due with the security deposit
Additional cleaning fee may apply for pets if required to steam clean rooms, sofa and mattresses.
