Our lovely Country Cottage Apartment is one of two luxury adult only apartments at Claremont House. We are situated in a beautiful, tree-lined road - known as the 'garden of Llandudno' - in the historic, Victorian,seaside town of Llandudno on the north wales coast. We are situated in a quiet area of town yet only a couple of minutes walk from beach ,promenade and pier, all shops and restaurants, theatre, bus station and train station.

The first floor apartment is beautifully decorated on a country cottage theme with a modern twist, with all new furniture , kitchen and bathroom. There is one double bedroom and a large luxury bathroom on one floor and the other floor comprises of large entrance hall with reading corner, lounge with comfy sofa and easy chair and flat screen TV with freeview, dvd player with selection of DVD's and occasional furniture. The kitchen/diner is fully fitted including ceramic electric hob and full size electric oven,dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and retro fridge freezer. Spacious dining area with table and chairs. It is a first floor apartment.
FREE WIFI throughout apartment. On arrival you will receive a welcome basket(for stays of 3 nights or more) and for stays of less than 3 nights we provide milk, cereals and croissants for your first breakfast. All bed linen and towels are provided.

There is a lovely garden area exclusively for our guests with garden furniture and lawns.
We do welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs - there is a small fee of between £10 and £25 depending on length of stay payable on arrival.

Great apartment, great location

Lovely apartment, loads of room, cosy and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location, short walk to both the town and the prom and to the West Shore. And with the train station just a 5 minute walk away, perfect for a car-free holidayWould highly recommend.

Idyllic Place

Absolutely lovely, exceptionally clean accommodation in an ideal location to Llandudno Town Centre & The Great Orme. Everything the town offers in walking distance. Pleasant walk along west shore to Conwy. Betws-y-coed & Colwyn Bay a short drive away. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Dog friendly too.

Quaint and quirky

Beautiful apartment, stunning views of the Great Orme from the bedroom. Delightfully furnished with a lot of thought put into every detail of this gorgeous space. The little reading spaces and the day bed on the landing were cleverly designed. Hosts were unobtrusive, but on hand if needed. A breakfast basket and milk were provided for our first day. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this charming and spacious apartment in the future.

A lovely homely stay

We had such a lovely time at the apartment the communication was always good, I txt messaged to maybe see about a fan as it was hot and it was brought up within minutes. The children loved it, the area was so nice also. We will definitely recommend

Cosy stay

Lovely apartment which was spotlessly clean. The decor was beautiful you can tell the owners have put their heart and soul into. Felt like a home from home. The owners were so responsive and were very helpful. Location is great with just short walk to the centre yet peaceful and quiet. Thank you so much! We will be back :)

Great apartment with everything you need. Host’s very friendly, well situated

Lot’s to see around the area, as only previously done a day trip, didn’t know they had two apartments too choose from when booking which is a bonus if you are thinking of booking this place. Recommend it to anyone 👍

Clean and tidy apartment that is well fitted out.

This was our second stay at this apartment. It is very comfortable, well kitted out and nicely decorated. Llandudno is a lovely place and we will surely return and book this apartment again.

Sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft.

Sauber, gut ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet so wie beschrieben, Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig. Per Email wurde auf unsere Fragen sofort geantwortet. Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
