Very bright apartment with a direct view of the bay of Alghero and the regional park of Porto Conte.
Apartment located on the 1st floor of a small recent building (2008) built on a promontory in the residential area of Alghero.
The terrace on which you can enjoy the sun for a long time is south west facing.
The bright living room with a large sofa convertible into an extra bed allows you to relax, the kitchen with its dining area is contiguous.
The spacious room with sea view is equipped with a large bed. A wardrobe and a bathroom complete the facilities of this apartment, perfectly equipped for 4 people (two large beds).
The apartment is fully air conditioned.
All amenities are close to the apartment, you will have the choice of many bike, scooter, car and boat rental services.
The historic center of the city, easily reached on foot, offers a large choice of typical Sardinian restaurants as well as a wide range of shops.

Schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, leider war die Wohnung ziemlich voll mit Dekoartikeln, sodass man sich erstmal Platz schaffen musste. Der Kleiderschrank war abgesperrt, sodass für die Klamotten nur eine Kommode zur Verfügung stand. Der Check-in konnte auf unseren Wunsch nach vorne geschoben werden, was super war. Für das Auto und unsere Fahrräder stand eine absperrbare Garage zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war leider nicht super sauber (wir mussten die Küche ein bisschen Nachputzen und die Handtücher/Geschirrtücher haben leider muffig gerochen.

Appartement avec une tres belle vue et un excentré à 20 minutes à pied du vieux centre ville qui est magnifique. Mais la balade se fait tranquillement le long d'une allée piétonne face à la mer.

Très bel appartement dans une résidence assez luxueuse. La vue est juste magnifique depuis la terrasse où vous pouvez apprécier le coucher du soleil.L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le garage est bien pratique car il n'y a pas de places disponibles dans la rue. Vous êtes à 20 mn à pied du centre. A noter le très bon acceuil de Daniela.

Magnifique appartement

Superbe appartement sur Alghero ! Tout le confort et l'équipement est présent. Un garage est même à disposition.L'accueil de Daniela a été parfait.L'accès au centre d'alghero peut se faire à pied sans problème et une petite crique au calme est présente à proximité .Le plus, une vue magnifique

Nice apartment, bad experience

The apartment is small, but cosy with a nice terrace to experience the sunset. The neighbourhood is not the nicest of Alghero: the apartment is situated in a rather dirty street with a nightclub.The communication with the Italian lady welcoming us was really pleasant, direct and she was super flexible. We were a bit disappointed about the cleanliness of the house, and especially all the kitchen tools, plates, etc. were really dirty. We had to clean everything before using. We were really chocked that after our stay the host wrote us a short message saying that ’the house was really dirty’ and he charged us 80 euro extra for cleaning. We are convinced that we didn’t leave the house in a bad condition, expect maybe for some extra sand here and there because of the visits to the beach. Moreover, the local lady who did the checkout saw the apartment when leaving and didn’t say anything. When checking in, there was also no ’tour of the apartment’ to check the state and now the host also tries to make us pay for something that was already broken when we arrived. We asked for an explanation or justification, but we don’t even get an answer. In general our stay was really pleasant, but we are super chocked by the aftermath and the host’s behaviour. We have rented tons of apartments all over Italy and have never experienced anything like this. That's why we don’t recommend staying here at all.

Heerlijke dagen gehad in Alghero. Mooie oude binnenstad en leuke strandjes in de buurt.Ook boottocht naar Neptunusgrot gedaan. Leuke tocht er naar toe en de grot was erg mooi/ interessant

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Makel.

Wir haben 11 Tage in Alghero verbracht, unsere 18 Jahre alte Tochter, meine Frau und ich. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Die Unterkunft haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen wunderschönen, unverbauten Blick auf das Meer. Die Terrasse eignet sich super für ein tilles Frühstück oder ein gemütliches Abendessen. Das große Doppelbett ist gut dimensioniert und bequem. Dafür ist die Matratze des Bettsofas leider sehr dünn, sodass man die Federn des Untergestells durchspürt. Für kleine Kinder evtl. OK, jedoch nicht für Erwachsene geeignet. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen, ist die Garage im Kellergeschoss. Hier kann das Auto stets kühl untergestellt werden.Daniela hat uns am ersten Tag herzlich empfangen und stand zu jederzeit telefonisch und persönlich zur Verfügung. Zum Abschluss noch meine ganz persönliche Wahrnehmung: Klar können vier Personen in der Wohnung schlafen, aus unserer Sicht wird es aber dann auch schon insgesamt (Bad, Wohnraum, Terrasse.. ) sehr eng. Wir wussten, dass es kein WLAN gab, würden wir jedoch der Vermieterin empfehlen es zu installieren. Man verbringt doch auch viele Stunden in der Wohnung. Dies führt aber nicht zur Abwertung unserer Beurteilung.Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub und Aufenthalt.

Séjour parfait

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût et très propre. Parfaitement situé avec une splendide vue sur Capo Caccia. Les instructions du propriétaire sont rigoureuses, explicites et complètes . Cerise sur le gâteau, Daniela, charmante Sarde est très disponible, réactive...et souriante pour répondre aux éventuelles questions. Bref, un excellent séjour à Alghero.

Vacances à Alghero

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Alghero. L'appartement est bien équipé et conforme à la description. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Daniela. La vue mer depuis le balcon est vraiment superbe. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Alles positiv.

Eine ganz super Unterkunft, top eingerichtete Wohnung, alles hochwertig, gepflegt und in einem fast neuwertigem Zustand, schöner kann man in Alghero kaum wohnen, sehr zu empfehlen, die Betreuerin vor Ort ist zuverlässig, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Das Einzigste was man noch verbessern könnte, wäre ein WLAN (wifi). Werde sicher noch einmal hier wohnen. Ein großes Lob und ganz herzliche Grüße an Yves und Beatrice

Tout bon

Appartement très bien équipé (cuisine, clim, box, lit 160, ...) et en bon état. Belle vue mer et cap. Très facile pour aller en voiture au centre ville, aux plages, dans les commerces. Consignes d'utilisation dans l'appartement claires et complètes. Daniela qui gère l'accueil sur place est disponible pour s'adapter aux heures d'arrivée et de départ.

Vue spectaculaire!

L’appartement est impeccable, super bien équipé. Le lit est confortable et la vue du balcon, qui donne à l’Ouest, est imbattable pour les couchers de soleil! Le stationnement ne pose pas de soucis, même sur la rue (octobre). L’arrivée est super facile avec la représentante qui était très disponible. On a grandement apprécié notre séjour! On recommande sans hésiter. À noter : il n’y a pas de wifi.

Bel appartement bien équipé !

Un appartement bien équipé, climatisé et très propre. Nous étions 2 adultes + 1 ado 17 ans, c'était très bien. Pour 4 c'est peut-être un peu plus juste (pour bagages et manger sur balcon avec les serviettes qui sechent), mais en tout cas il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La vue est superbe. On entend bien les mouvements des voisins qui heureusement restaient discrets. Et la cerise sur le gâteau est le garage pour la voiture. Top ! Le contact avec les propriétaires en amont de la location est très bien, on a tous les éléments en avances. Et le contact sur place est impeccable et ponctuel. Pour toutes ces raisons, je recommande ce logement.

Etapes Alghero vacances 2023

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans l'appartement dans le cadre de nos vacances. Appartement conforme à l'annonce, propre et bien équipé. Endroit calme et très belle vue sur la méditerranée depuis le salon et le balcon 😎. Accueil et depart assuré par Patrick. Arrangeant et de très bon conseils sur les choses à faire aux alentours 👍. Nous etions en famille à quatre, très satisfait de notre séjour.
