The layout of the villa is easy to describe, same as she’s easy to fall in love with.

The volume is +360m2 of pleasure, it’s 3 floors of each 120m2.

-Floor 2, 4 bedrooms, (2 ensuite and 2 separated with a stand alone bathroom and toilet)

1/ Topfloor feels like a open loftspace with an extra 50m2 of terraces overlooking the sea and hills, surrounded by nature.
Huge windows on every side, a full equipped open kitchen, luxurious design dinning and relax sitting area with television …
What overrules everything in this house is light and space, so you never have the feeling of living on top of each other.

This topfloor also contains 1 huge suite/ bedroom with also television and seperated toilet.

All spaces are luxurious decorated yet with a cosy feeling to it.

2/ To enter the next floor, you don’t go up but down, there are another 4 bedrooms, each room for two people, the rooms are cool, cosy, overlooking the hills, garden,and swimming pool. All windows have with electric shutters.

First room , double room with confortable bed of 160x200cm, decoration young and arty.

Second room/suite bed of 200x200cm, decoration French art, south of France touch with bathroom, sink and shower, you can almost touch the palmtrees and magnificent view of the green hills.

Third room, two single beds, or you can put them aside each other so you have a double bed of 180x200cm, young colorful decoration, view on hills and palmtrees, dito garden.

Fourth room/suite, direct access to huge terrace of 80m2 … where an outside seating sofa stands as also table for two.
This suite is luxurious, huge shower in mirror glass, sink and toilet, huge dressing and television, a room to dream away of vacations in the baie of Saint Tropez, dreams come true.

In the hallway, there is an extra sofa bed (90x200cm), a bathroom with sink and tub, as also an extra separated toilet room with sink.

3/ Down to another level of 120m2, a special one, where you and your family and friends will enjoy the most of the time during the day, and possibly evenings and nights to dance under the stars.

Here we touch the swimming pool, here we are in the luxury living space, pool house decorated with an Morrocan touch. This covered open space has his own luxury kitchen with bar, leather seating relax area with television, round table for breakfasts or huge table for dinners, a secret garden with another huge table with sunscreen.
You can then jump in the pool, go for a lunch or a cool drink, or prepare multiple menus on this pool level. This party space is ready to dance the night away.

The pool (5mx10m) is light blue colored, at night it’s lighted, it’s has so many sitting areas and beds to practice siesta’s. It’s a big pool, surrounded by flowers, Sea views, fresh mountain air with a salty touch.

If your done swimming and relaxing, maybe we can have some competition fun with your loved ones, open the bottle of Ricard and play le jeu de boules (la petanque) to feel the real authentic French lifestyle. "On joue pour gagner mais surtout pour s’amuser et celebrer les vacances et la vie !!"

The poolhouse provides also a huge closed hot shower room with sink … and a separate toilet room with sink, where it is easy for your guests to have a shower without disturbing your inside privacy.

The swimming pool, has an outdoor shower space into the garden as well.

If you have questions of equipment? This luxurious holiday home has it all, from coffee sets, to juice pressers, cooking materials, to barbecue plancha’s, cocktail tools, it’s all so easy to use and taste delicious…

All floors have wifi… practical to play your favorite tunes or do your business.

So this exclusive villa accommodates easily 10 people (2 in each 5 rooms) there is an extra sofa/bed in one of the hallway.

Please take into account that you could rent on the premises another apartment (for 2 or 4 ) persons ( 1 bedroom/ suite for 2 and 1 sofa bed also for 2 pers ) this apartment has separate kitchen, bathroom with tub and extra separate shower room. This is ON TOP versus price and usual accomodation, so only on request and prior agreement with the owner.

Pets accepted by prior written agreement with the owner.

Please be aware that this house is available for a min of 7days stay (starting Saturdays) in the Summer (July/ August) and we could accept long week ends only if last minute availalable.
Thoughout the year you can rent it full house on a minimum of 3 nights stay (price maybe adapted) and there is also a bed breakfast formula available. To have a reserveation for Bed and Breakfast, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Due to the composition of the house and the stairs, this house is rather difficult for people with reduced mobility and young children.
