Comfortable 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Red Pine/Canyons village townhome located at the base of the Canyons Ski area and within walking distance to to ski lifts. Free door-to-door Canyons Village shuttle service is provided during the ski season (or anywhere in the Canyons Village).

Each bedroom has its own private bath.

Upper level bedroom features vaulted ceilings, luxurious new linens and king size bed, full private bath, cable tv and dvd.

The main level has new hardwood floors & fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating in the dining area. Adjacent great room with 18' high ceilings, breathtaking views of the Canyons Ski Area. Comfy brand new leather sofas. The great room also features a fireplace, new flat screen tv and Blu-ray dvd. Also located on the main level is an additional sleeping area with custom bunk bed with adjacent full bath.

The lower level has two bedrooms, each with new linens, king & queen size beds, private full bathrooms, and new flat screen tvs. Enjoy the convenience of a Washer/Dryer also located on this level.

Our guests enjoy clubhouse privileges including outdoor heated swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, a dry sauna, and 4 new tennis courts

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is spacious and nice. Great location for skiing. Free shuttle is a nice bonus. The kitchen is very well appointed, the bedding and furniture are comfortable and nice. Our group used the hot tub at the club house and enjoyed it. The host allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated.

Outstanding House

The house we stayed at had all the amenities that we needed, had plenty of room, and was very clean and well-maintained. It was very easy to get to and from the ski slopes with the free shuttle. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Made our own breakfast every day in the kitchen. Really well-run. Host communicates well. Couldn't ask for more, really.

Terrific property!

Our family had a great ski week at The Canyons Resort. This roomy property was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. The free shuttle to the mountain was very convenient. Susan, the property manager was very helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful experience!

We had a great time staying at this property! It met all of our needs and it was in a great location. The shuttle service picks you up right at your door step and Canyons Village was just a short walk away, if preferred. The bathroom setup in the condo was great where every couple was able to have their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the option for being able to get laundry done there was great. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return in the future!

Amazing Stay!

I almost never write reviews but this place was too great to not recognize! The place looked even better than the pictures and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. Location was fantastic - you can walk to the slopes in 10min or take the free shuttle which you can call on demand with an app. You have access to hot tubs and sauna with a short 2min walk. The host was very responsive to questions. My only piece of feedback would be to provide the place with several humidifiers (if the house already had this we missed them).

Excellent condo with plenty of room

Stayed for a short vacation with a few friends. The condo was perfect for our group (4 friends), we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which gave us all plenty of space. It was larger than I expected, very clean and FULL with plenty of essentials like paper towels, napkins, coffee / filters and more. These little touches are especially appreciated when you’re traveling across the country for only a few days. Susan was easy to communicate with and very helpful!

Great Property, Amazingly Well Equipped

We have stayed in a variety of ski rentals over the years and none were as well equipped as this unit. They have thought of everything and it was all easy to access. The unit is in great shape with easy access to mountain. We look forward to coming back... though we will not be using VRBO for future bookings. (issues not the owners fault)

Great Trip...Great Condo

I just got back from Park City and had a wonderful trip. We really enjoyed the condo. It had more than enough space for all of us and was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to the Canyons resort and a quick drive to Park City. We also enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool at the clubhouse which was only about 1/2 block from the unit. The only negative was that there is no alcohol allowed in the pool or hot tub, so not able to enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub. Other than that everything was outstanding.

Awesome Place and Great Locatoin!

We came here with a group of family friends and loved the place. It was very close to the clubhouse, lifts, and had plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. The property Manager was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. One of the best parts is the number of bathrooms. We never felt cramped or in each other's way. Plus people were coming from all over the country, so some went to bed or woke up early and some a little later and the place is very well built so we could not hear people making noise on such different time schedules. I highly recommend this property and would definitely come back if we are welcome to!

This is a great property. It is much bigger than the pictures show. All four bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is quite a plus. All showers have been updated and are beautiful. Three big bedrooms and the fourth is a bunkroom which is a nice option. As to the location it is very nice. While we never skied the Canyons it is right around the corner. You have easy access to the main road whether you are going to PC or DV, as well as jumping on the highway to go to the numerous other UT Ski resorts. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Park City.

Ski the Canyons

My family of 8 adults stayed at this comfortable, wonderful, clean house on our ski trip to Park City. The access to skiing was very easy, with a shuttle which picked us up and dropped us off at our door for a short ride to the slopes at the Canyons. From there we had easy access to the entire Park City ski area. We used the nearby pool and hot tub after long ski days, and found it very easy to make our meals in the tastefully well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a bathroom, one of the bedrooms is not as large as the other 3 bedrooms but was fine for one couple. We would stay here again and appreciate the obvious loving care given to this house.

Great Townhouses

I’m always weary of places that look too good to be true, but this townhouse is great for a large group or family. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom 4 bath but could be advertised as a 4/4. You have a short walk to the bus junction, and to the Cabriolet lift, that will take you to Caynons base. The townhouse was well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The booking was very easy and any questions were answered promptly. The gift basket of snacks was great considering we traveled most of the day. We would definitely stay at this townhouse the next time. Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome condo and location!

Really nice and well-maintained family-friendly condo in a great and convenient location in Canyons Village. Nice sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms for each bedroom. Bunk bed room is perfect for 2 kids/or even teenage girls. Great living area for hanging out and fireplace, chilling, etc. Don’t expect to walk to much (because it’s fairly uphill to the mountain base) but the free shuttle service is very helpful and then everything is 2-3 minutes away once you’re driving. Pool & hot tub facilities at the Red Pine building were great and property owner was extremely accommodating and attentive. Highly recommended!

Perfect home for families with kids.

I stayed here in February with my 2 kids and my friends with their 2 kids and it was perfect for 2 families. Each room has an ensuite bathroom. There is a shuttle service for the local community so you can request a shuttle to come and pick you up at your door and take you to the slopes!! At the end of the day you request it to pick you up from the base and take you back to the house. There is also a neighborhood outdoor (very heated) pool and hot tub which were awesome at the end of a days skiing. The property was clean and has everything you need. The property manager called me as I was deboarding and informed me that the house was ready early and that I could check in whenever! Such a small gesture but travelling alone with kids (wife got COVID right before the trip) it made my life a whole lot easier. We're already talking about when we'll be back in Park City as the skiing there is world class. When we do get back we will be hoping to stay here again.

Best Canyons townhouse

4 bedroom townhouse just a quick walk to the village. My 11 year old took about 12 minute stroll with our gear, slightly up hill but an easy walk. 8 people stayed with plenty of room. Master upstairs. Bunk beds on the main floor with kitchen and living room. Two beds downstairs with stacked washer and dryer. Each bedroom with a bathroom well stocked with toiletries and a ton of towels. Extra blankets and pillows even an air mattress available. Kitchen spread had utensils, napkins, dishwasher liquid and pods. Several pots with lids, Tupperware, plastics baggies, crockpot, coffee and tea pot. The bunkbed room does not have a closet, but there are plenty of drawers that was able to fit all the stuff we brought, And there are hooks in the room. The master is huge, you could fit an air mattress in the room. The downstairs two bedrooms are pretty sizable as well. There is not a lot of room when you walk into take off your gear, however, they have a small storage room that is locked, they give you a key, to store all of your gear. It easily fit. Four large snowboards, or skis, holes boots, and then some. My son loved the backyard, wide open space, it snowed so he played outside in the snow every day. This is a quiet neighborhood and everyone was friendly. We played loud music at night and never had any complaints. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day, all the appliances worked. The property manager responds immediately. They let us check in early as well. Will definitely return.

This Canyons townhome was perfect for our trip. The location couldn’t be better, and the shuttle to the ski lift was such a huge convenience. The amenities were great, everything was comfortable and well thought out, little details like having laundry detergent available and having several key pantry items available are greatly appreciated. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend! The welcome snacks are an extremely nice touch!

Great location for Skiing

We had an outstanding stay with 3 generations in this wonderful townhome. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices, dishes and cookware and communication was a breeze with Susan before and during our stay. Three beds were super comfy with plenty of towels and linens, toiletries and a game closet. We appreciated the laundry and dish detergent and that we could walk to the pool, hot tubs and sauna everyday after a day on the slopes. If we rented a locker to store ours shoes, we could even walk to and from the slopes after valeting our skis at Aloha. We didn’t use Canyon Connect but saw lots of guests using it. The fireplace was fabulous to relax in the evenings and warmed the home quickly. Be advised it is on 3 levels with lots of stairs but even the grandparents could handle it. It was a great stay!

Great Ski Condo

Our family had a great stay! Plenty of room for 6 adults and one child. The property was clean and well stocked. Shuttle service to the slopes was easy to use and convenient. Susan, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions.
