Beautiful private villa in quiet areas with terracotta floors and thick walls that speak of tradition and character, with magnificent breathtaking views of the coast of Fuengirola and Sierra Blanca mountains, this is the place for a truly vacation magical and memorable on which you enjoy a large private swimming pool with salt water and two terraces with the most beautiful panoramic view of the landscape of Fuengirola and the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea, to sit and read a book or to relax during your vacation accompanied by a good glass of wine and a Serrano ham tapas while admiring the landscape.

The villa has Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, ADSL internet 300 mbps WIFI, double glazing, electric radiator, 65 inch flat screen TV, satellite TV with several foreign channels and an open fire to feel relaxed with enough space to spend time together.
A fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 bathroom, living room and 4 bedrooms, one of which is a bunk bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with private shower room on the lower level and 1 sofa bed with private shower room. The villa is located in an area of 1700 m2.

The sunny climate and its garden surrounded by pines, eucaliptus, olive trees, ... around the house which offers throughout the year pleasant scenes to see.

Peña Blanquilla is located 2 km from Mijas Pueblo and the urbanization is one of the most famous white villages of Andalusia. It is home to restaurants, shops, cafes, the famous "donkey ride" (Burros de Mijas) and bullfights. The chapel of Mijas is an important visit, from which you can see a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and on a clear day you can see the mountains of North Africa.

Fuengirola just 4 km away, is a big city, has more nightlife, shops, malls, bars on the seafront, it is famous for its wonderful beaches with calm waters and several golf courses Mijas and the Alhaurin de la Torre.

Peña Blanquilla is a 20-minute drive from Malaga Airport and 25 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous and we loved the rustic feel. It is in a fabulous location with wonderful mountain views up to Mijas Pueblo and down over Fuengirola and the sea. It is so peaceful and tranquil we didn’t want to leave. The villa was nice and clean and tidy and the pool was heaven! The host was very nice and really helpful if you had any questions. We didn’t hire a car but used Taxi Mijas who provided an excellent service arriving in 5-10 mins from a call. The villa is in a perfect location if you love Mijas Pueblo and Fuengirola as much as we do.

The property is very calm : a retreat in a natural environnement close to Mijas pueblo one of the niciest small village in mountains of Andalousia and very close to beaches and all commodités.

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet house. Everything was clean and pictures show the reality. Aline was very welcoming and contact with Aline and Jose was without problems. Garden could be a real gem if better maintained but that wasn´t an issue for us.

Great stay

We stayed at the house for a week with a baby. House was well accomodated. We were given a baby bed and a high chair. We had a car so the access wasn't a problem. Uber is also an option - we used it once to get to Mijas.The house itself is very pretty - the views are amazing. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

Really great property in a nice location - the views are lovely and feels very private. Lovely pool; various terraces or verandas; bedrooms are nice and comfortable all with aircon. Would recommend this villa. Some steep steps to the pool but fine for the able-bodied. The host was very helpful and promptly answered queries. 5 mins drive to nearest supermarket and very close to Mijas pueblo. Very kind gifts in the fridge on arrival.

Paradise

Beautiful location with spetacular scenic views; quiet; very easy to drive to. Furnishings were lovely and the villa had a perfect amount ofkitchen and practical summer items needed for a home away from home. BBQ on the balcony was super. Gardens were beautiful with a range of interesting cacti and other plants and trees. Pool was super, with great mountain and sea views, big, and lots of fun. We spent some entire days at home we loved it so much! The location is excellent as Miramar shopping centre is a 10 min drive and Mijas is only 5 mins drive! Très bon! Thank you Jose, and Aline who met us. We hope to stay again! Xx

Nice property

We had a very nice stay, however, we weren’t given full access to the entire property even though we paid the full amount. Jose was a very good host! He had just put in 4 bags of salt to the pool when we arrived, meaning we couldn’t swim for 3 hours/this perhaps could have been done prior to our arrival. The pool itself needs cleaning - the tiles are dirty and underneath the edges of the pool. A kettle also would have been handy as we had to boil our water using a pan. But apart from that, everything else was lovely & clean, the villa also has lovely new air conditioners that helped a lot on days where we had spent time out in the sun. The Villa has stunning views & it is conveniently located to gorgeous Mijas town centre. All in all a nice villa that just needs some work.

Thank you for your review, we are very happy you have enjoyed our villa. Related to the pool, we are sorry but as we had some problems with the pool engine we had to put some salt in it , these are things that can happen and tried to solve as soon as it was posible, nevertheless it was only 3 hours and the rest of the time the pool was in perfect conditions, but again sorry for the inconvinience. And finally, as it is indicated in the advert, the villa is for 4 people with 2 bedrooms. If there are 5 or 6 person, the guests have to pay an extra and , in this case, the other part of the villa will be given. As you were 2 adults and a baby, the main house with the 2 bedrooms was more than enough, you did not pay an extra as it was not necessary to have 3 bedrooms instead of 2 , as I explained to you the day of your arrival, when I showed you the other part of the villa. We are glad you have liked our villa and Mijas pueblo and you are always welcome .Hope to see you soon!!!.

Lots of steps but a wonderful view

The Villa is lovely. Very rustic with a fabulous view. There are steep steps all around the Villa. To enter the Villa you need to park on the road and then walk down steep steps, this was a little tricky for us as I had 2 elderly family members and I had just had back surgery. To access the pool there’s a very steep flight of stairs, unsuitable for young children or anyone with walking issues. There’s another very steep stairway leading down to the 3rd bedroom which is separate from the houses. This staircase would benefit from additional lighting. Suitcases need to be carried down the steps. We did enjoy our stay but we perhaps weren’t have chosen this Villa if we had known how many steep steps there were. The location is great but nothing is accessible by foot. Mijas Pueblo is a 5 minute drive with lots of restaurants. The property is very well equipped.

Thank you Sam for your comment. I am sorry for the people who accompanied you and who had back surgery. But on the photos of the house on the site you can clearly see the stairs at the entrance (several photos) and no one has ever found too steep, I would even say that they are quite flat. In front of the house there is a large car park, with direct access to the house. We have received people with reduced mobility as well as families with children and it has never been a problem. problem. Regarding the shops on foot, you have a bus stop 10 minutes walk from the house. Obviously there is no shop on foot in the middle of the mountains. But the shops are 5 minutes by car ( all kinds of shops). I advise you before renting a house to read the description carefully and take a good look at the photos because everything is well explained and photographed there.

Wundervolle Villa, mit Atemberaubender Aussicht

Wir haben uns für die Villa entschieden, da wir eine Unterkunft mit Pool, guter Aussicht und guter Anbindung gesucht haben. All das hat uns diese Villa geboten, ohne jegliche Enttäuschung. Die Ankunft war super freundlich, uns hat Laura empfangen und eine Kurze Führung durch die Unterkunft gegeben. Bei Fragen hat Sie uns super weiter geholfen.Die Unterkunft war super sauber und super Ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. We zijn 3 jaar geleden ook al op deze prachtige plek geweest, en hebben minstens zo hard genoten als toen! De sfeer van het huis, het uitzicht vanuit het terras en het zoutwater zwembad, het is helemaal ontspannen hier!De eigenaren zijn extreem vriendelijk en heel flexibel in het maken van afspraken over in en uit te checken, Kortom zorgeloos genieten! Absolute aanbeveler!De kinderen plannen nu al de volgende keer dat we weer terig gaan!

Idyllisches, rustikales Ferienhaus auf großem Grundstück

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Oktober da und haben so den Sommer verlängert. Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und hübsch dekoriert. Das Grundstück befindet sich an steiler Hanglage, darum ist Treppensteigen angesagt. Wir haben die herrliche Aussicht in die Hügel und aufs Meer genossen. Auf verschiedenen Sitzplätzen findet man immer den perfekten Platz an der Sonne oder am Schatten. Im großen, tiefen Pool lässt es sich gut schwimmen und die Ruhe genießen. In 10-15 Minuten ist man Mitten im Getümmel von Fuengirola, mit vielen Restaurants. Vielleicht gut zu wissen ist, dass sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad, eine Etage tiefer, mit separatem Eingang befindet. Vielen Dank an José, dass er uns sein schönes Haus vermietet hat.

Superbe séjour !!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances. Maison à 20 mn de l'aéroport de Malaga et à 20 mn de Marbella....C'était parfait. Maison très charmante dans un hameau très calme. Superbe vu sur la mer et les montagnes. Un grand merci à Aline pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons.

UNSER URLAUB 2024

Der Aufenthalt im Haus hat unseren Erwartungen voll umfänglich entsprochen. Es war einfach eine wunderschöne Zeit im Haus und auch in der Umgebung. Sowohl in Mijas als auch am Strand. Ingrid Dennerlein & Kurt Breuninger

Hollywood Hills in Spanien

Schön ruhig in den Berg gebautes Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Es weht ein leichter Wind der bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Wem es doch noch zu heiß ist kann sich in den riesigen Salzwasserpool stürzen. Parkplatz vor der Türe und in 15min ist man an den schönsten Stränden. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber meistens wird druassen einer der zwei Grills genutzt. Das einzige was uns nicht so überzeugt hat waren die getrennten Matrazen im Schlafzimmer, die auseinander rutschen und man einen Spalt dazwischen hat. Wenn die bis nächstes Jahr ersetzt werden gibt es nichts mehr zu bemängeln 😉

Bienvenue au paradis!

Nous n’aurions pas pu rêvé de plus. La maison est incroyable avec ses terrasses et cette vue dont on ne se lasse pas. J’aime prendre mon café le matin sur la grande terrasse et regarder les montagnes et la mer. La maison est bien équipé côté cuisine et le bbq c’est un plus. La décoration est vraiment jolie et les chambres confortables. La piscine est géniale gros coup de cœur pour nos deux ados. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de Aline et José. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et recommandons ce petit coin de paradis sans hésiter.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie.

Der Pool ist erstklassig, der Blick auf den unbebauten Berg gegenüber wohltuend. Entspannte Ferien für die ganze Familie! Wir kommen gern wieder.
