PERFECT LOCATION | WALKABLE TO OAKLAWN RACING & CASINO
Enjoy our newly restored designer bungalow! Our home is located within walking distance to the Oaklawn Race Track in a beautiful historic neighborhood. It’s central location will make for a relaxing and easy stay in Hot Springs.
THE SPACE
This newly restored 1940’s bungalow is the perfect setting for any type of stay in Hot Springs. We are centrally located, a short walk from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, within 5 minutes drive of downtown, and close proximity to Lake Hamilton. Guests can also enjoy the Hot Springs Greenway Trail, with a trailhead only minutes away. We hope to provide the luxury of a hotel stay, with the ease of a home. We have designed the space with decor that highlights the rich history of Hot Springs, AR.
GUEST ACCESS
As a guest, you may access the driveway, the backyard, the courtyard, and all amenities included with the house. Including WiFi, coffee, laundry access, Netflix, and complimentary Mountain Valley water.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We currently live overseas but have a property manager in place and available for any needs that you may have. We don’t anticipate any hiccups, but should you need anything specific our manager is available. I am also available through the app.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Fireplace and piano are non-working, purely aesthetic, and historic of the home and family.
Our houseplants are regularly maintained, to avoid being overwatered, please do not give any drinks. :)

and natives of Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas!
In 2018, we bought and restored a 1940's bungalow, The Paddock, to share our love of our historic small town with those traveling from both near and far. In 2021, Kali’s parents purchased The Woodlawn Tudor + Guest Cottage to join in on the fun! A family collaboration brought the stunning 1940’s tudor to back to life, from design to construction to photography. (Kali’s sister photographs our properties!) This has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of our adult lives!
We love to attend the horse races at Oaklawn, hike the many beautiful trails,
and play tourist in our vibrant downtown area.
Through our passion for travel and hospitality, we hope to host you and yours in our little slice of history in our hometown!
