The Prince Family Presents, “1140 Naples Retreat”. (Located at 1140 10th Ave N, Naples, FL) This City of Naples monthly rental home is located in what people describe as the most desirable neighborhood in all of Naples, Lake Park. Some folks call it the “NEW” Old Naples. The 1140 Naples Retreat is located in a private neighborhood and on a quiet street. This home is less than a mile from the Gulf of Mexico. It is one mile from The Famous 5th Ave South.
Our goal was to create an environment that is very simple but elegant. Enjoy your privacy at this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home. The open floor plan is great for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening at your home away from home. Vaulted ceilings create an airy atmosphere in the private office, sitting area, open kitchen as well as the main living area, all which overlook the heated pool and spa.
The 1140 Naples Retreat includes: 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths. 1 King Bed in the Master, 2 Queen beds in each guest room and one trundle bed in the back room. Kitchen Aid Gas Grill, 3 Tv’s, free wifi and cable, private screened and heated pool and spa, fully stocked kitchen, extra full size fridge in the garage, and washer dryer. In 2022 we have updated lanai/patio furniture on the pool deck. We hope you enjoy it.
Please note the home is listed as a minimum monthly rental. December through April are the busiest months and must be rented the 1st of the month through 28/30/31 of the month. Unfortunately we can not accommodate overlapping months to make up 30 days during that time. If you would like to stay multiple months we will accommodate that. Smoking is NOT permitted. Any question feel free to contact us. Please enjoy viewing our pictures.

Perfection
Property was better than advertised. Location was ideal on a quiet residential street yet close to downtown as well as Waterside Shops. We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

Great neighborhood
Owner was amazing. So nice and responsive!! A few issues w appliances which he addressed. Outdoor pool furniture needs updating. Towels and sheets and kitchen supplies were great.

Amazing and better than advertised.
This property won’t disappoint. The owner was in contact prior and gave plenty of support prior, during, and post stay. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. We will be looking to book again here!!!!

Excellent experience
From the beginning everything went very smooth. Lots of pictures, great communication with property owner.
The home itself was exactly as advertised and The owners thought of everything that guests might need. All household supplies were there upon arrival. Such things as paper towels, TP, baggies, etc.
Spotlessly clean and fully stocked. There was only one small issue that the owner addressed within minutes, problem solved.
Overall excellent and we would definitely go back.

Idyllic!
There is no detail forgotten in making your stay truly idyllic on this property...the beach cruisers are amazing down to the phone/cup holder on the handle bars; being able to sync to the speaker system; the ease with which you activate the spa; a perfectly equipped and miraculously clean kitchen; great grill; an awesome 2-headed shower in the master bath. Incredible!

Great house, very well removated, comfortable and private.
Wonderful vacation house, very well located to all Naples areas. Beautiful appointments and the pool/lanai is most enjoyable.
We especially appreciated the owners accessability from the very beginning of the booking all the way through to post leaving. All comments and questions were immediately addressed. Highly recommend this beautiful rental home.
