Ultra convenient town home located in the quaint, gated community of Edinburgh Place. Less than one mile from Campus, and walking distance to game-day shuttle, restaurants and coffee shops.

This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath has all the comforts of home - stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, WiFi, and full size washer/dryer. The kitchen is furnished with cookware, flatware, dishes, toaster and coffee pot. Two upstairs bedrooms ( 1 king and 1 queen) each have their own full bath and are fully equipped with bedding, mattresses and comfy pillows. The downstairs has a half bath and a sleeper sofa that easily converts to a queen size bed. Enjoy all that Ole Miss and Oxford have to offer with convenient front door parking and a beautiful park like setting.

Great Place for Ole Miss Families

The condo is very conveniently located between the University and all student housing, with lots of restaurants close by. It’s also very comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to a longer stay.

In town for a game weekend and it was the perfect spot. Super clean, easy check, and Rhonda was super communicative and prompt in her responses. Easy choice to return to this rental in the future!

Great Graduation Location

Fantastic location, close and convenient to everything. Peaceful and quiet gated community. Only request would be more dishes in the kitchen. We had six people but there were only plates and coffee cups for four. The beds were fantastic, and so were the bath towels. Highly recommend to anyone to stay there. We will be back.

Fantastic location! Perfect Game Day Condo!

This is a fantastic condo, in a quiet and secure development. Even on a very busy weekend in Oxford - the neighborhood was not overly busy. The unit itself is extremely clean, and very comfortable. Nice, furnishings, and pretty much everything you need! I had a last minute change in plans and decided to go into Oxford for the game - Rhonda was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating upon checkout when I had a slight change in plans due to a friends flight being delayed. I will definitely book with Rhonda again - as I found her unit to be perfectly appointed, in a great location, and at a very reasonable price. Thank you!!
