I appreciated very much your suggestions, because we always try to improve our guests experience, so now, for instance, there is a microwave oven, that, as you told me, could be much more useful than the electric one, especially when it's hot!! We would be glad to host you again if you chose to spend your time in Viareggio!

Masser af Italiensk charme

Det skønneste store byhus med perfekt beliggenhed, Vi var 4 børn og 2 voksne og der var masser af plads. Huset er rent og pænt og har alt hvad man skal bruge. Der er gå afstand til en super strand og masser af butikker og restauranter nærheden. Værterne var super hjælpsomme og gjorde alt for at gøre vores ophold godt. De var godt til at tjekke ind på sms mens vi var der og kom men gode og brugbare anbefalinger. Vi havde en fantastisk uge og kommer gerne igen,

Dream house

Renting this apartment/house was everything we wanted and we loved it. The location was great, with cafes, shops and the beach just a short walk from the house. The house was clean and absolutely beautiful, I wish it was mine :) The courtyard was a plus, and sitting there every morning eating breakfast and looking at the beautiful lemon tree made everyday perfect❤️ Every restaurant we visited during our stay served amazing food, and of course we had gelato for dessert, yum!

Amazing holidays

It was excellent rest. Good location. The house is really close to all necessary places ( shops, beaches, rail road station and etc.) We are appreciate to Irene for support. It was 24/7. I never seen so responsive and honest owner! I'm sure we will be back to this house next time!

OUTSTANDING AND WONDERFUL

There probably is not enough space to write all the terrific things about this property and the host. First off, the host, Irene, could not be more helpful and hospitable. She was patient and responsive to all of our questions, comments and concerns. Next, the pictures on the listing do not show completely the splendor, space and charm of the property, let alone, the outstanding location to being close to all Viareggio has to offer. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen allows for the chance to live Italian style by making meals and eating outside in the private court yard. The sleeping areas are all spacious and separate and with the 3 available full bathrooms there is no overuse of one bathroom. You can pack light because with the available washing machine (use the wonderful quick 15 minute cycle) you can always have fresh clothes! The house is kept in an impeccable traditional Italian style with modern upgrades. Moving on, the house is close to the sprawling central market area where you can buy your food for the day or if you like, just go around the corner to the supermarket. The beach areas are a short 4 block walk to the promenade where you can choose from the many beach "clubs" (all open to the public for day rates) and stop into the many restaurants, bars and gelato places. While some may consider the restaurants as tourist, do note that the tourists are mainly Italians and you truly will not get a bad meal anyplace. One restaurant that is near the promenade is Osteria Pazza Idea; the meal we had there was superlative and the decor quaint and cozy but, do note you need a reservation. At night, the promenade is a vibrant hub of activity which stays active well into the evening. If you wish to travel to the many other places and sites in the area, the train station is about a 10 block walk from the house or the inter-city buses are near the promenade. Also, if you want to rent a car for the day there is a local Hertz and a local Avis location in Viareggio. Do take some time to visit Carrara, Lucca, Montecatini, Cinque Terre, Pisa and Florence. In closing, take a seaside vacation like an Italian and let Irene be your host and let her home be your true HomeAway. Ciao!

Sehr schönes sauberes Haus, mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Irene ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a great time staying at this lovely home. We stayed at the house for a week, and all 7 of us were happy with the house. It was affordable and comfortably fit for our group. Clean and plenty of room for everybody to sleep. All three bathrooms and the kitchen were clean and in good condition. It was a great backyard that we used for dinner. Nice location, short walk to the beach, promenade and the train station. We also got to use their four bikes for free. The owner was responsive to my questions and concerns about our trip, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone venturing to Viareggio.
