This is an upstairs unit. Just inside the door, is a family living area with a sofa sleeper and comfy lounge chair. A gas fireplace and smart TV in the living area provide entertainment and relaxation. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a fully equipped kitchen and offers everything a cook can dream of caste iron skillet and pots, a pasta pot, great knives, cake pans, a mixer and blender, new drip coffee maker, as well as cute moose silverware. A crock pot is provided so you can have a hot meal waiting after your long day on the slopes. The western feel is enhanced by granite counters and slate floors.

The main floor bedroom has a Queen bed, featuring an upgraded Smart TV and private balcony overlooking nature's beauty and the World Class Wolf Creek Golf Course. Offering privacy and partial views of the mountains.

Upstairs you will find a western style master bedroom with an enormous King-sized bed, down comforters with western flair and a new upgraded smart TV. Also, a comfortable futon sofa provides an additional sitting space, which easily converts to a full sized bed, which would be great for your kids.

This condo has free Wi-Fi and Satellite TV. Washer/Dryer in the condo.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
