A lovely property in a great location for a lovely few days in St Malo! Linen is included which is great - just note you will need to put it on the beds yourself which is no issue just worth knowing incase you need to check in late in the evening due to travel times etc. communication with the host was great and really helpful. Also worth noting that parking in the summer months is tricky as there is no specifically allocated parking for the apartment. We found you could get a space very close to the apartment after 9pm but before that it was a struggle but there is paid parking at the train station which is about a 10 minute walk away if all else fails!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. As for the location, it was close to the sea, but not so close to the center of the city, 20 minutes walk.

We had only a few days in St Malo and it happened to be holiday weekend! The host spoke excellent English, was waiting for us on arrival, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything was as promised. The apartment was extremely quiet, though only a short walk to the “hustle & bustle” of St-Malo. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est très bien situé : tout est accessible à pied, que ce soit la plage, la gare, l’intra-muros, le supermarché ou encore le marché.Monsieur Gerard est très gentil, accueillant et disponible. Nous avons été très bien reçus.Nous recommandons vivement son appartement et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir !

Appartement très calme et bien situé. Nous sommes venus en train et tout peut se faire à pieds. L'appartement garde bien la fraîcheur même en cas de canicule. Seul point faible : les casseroles et poêles en tefal mériteraient d'être changées... Le propriétaire a été attentif à notre remarque.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Saint Malo. Schöne Stadt und auch in einem Radius von 40 Kilometern interessante Tagesausflüge möglich.Die Wohnung ist toll, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig mit guten kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.Wir trafen auf sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns am Anreisetag sogar einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür freigehalten haben.Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und könnte auch mit vier Personen problemlos genutzt werden.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in sehr guter Lage zwischen Strand, Stadt und Bahnhof.Der Vermieter ist super freundlich.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Possibilité de parquer assez près. À proximité des commerces, supérette, boulangerie, presse, pharmacie, … À 20min à pied d’intra-muros.
