House of 90m2 not overlooked on a sunny and shaded closed garden of 1500m2 fenced quiet in a beautiful environment. Seen on the mountains of Saint Remèze and on the (cave of CHAUVET 2) .Located in 800m of the town center .Piscine of 10X5. 50m secure and heated .SPA heated to 35 / 37degrés on a terrace of 16m2, Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet. Garden furniture for 8 people. 4 large terraces. Umbrellas, barbecue, sunbathing, ping pong. Descent of the gorges of the Ardèche to 4 kms. Hiking, microlight, canyoning, tree climbing, speology, visits of beautiful village. Market Tuesday evening and Thursday..Enjoy
to go see the beautiful location of the land, on the tab (location), hit the pavement (satellite) and then several times on the +. You see our private driveway (100M), the land, the house, the terraces, the swimming pool.

Super séjour à Vallon Pont d Arc

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. Au calme et très proche du centre ville, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire et la personne en charge de l accueil répondent très vite et sont de très bon conseil. A refaire rapidement. Merci

Juste parfait

Accueil très agréable par jennifer sur place plusieurs messages du propriétaire pendant séjour pour savoir si tout allait bien très belle maison chambre bien belle cuisine petit bémol pour wc et salle de bain un peut petit mais vraiment rien de gênant les extérieurs sont magnifiques plusieurs petits endroits charmants pour ce reposer jacuzzi top et belle piscine en plus la villa et proche du village sans problèmes de le faire à pieds franchement je recommande cette location et merci encore aux propriétaires et à jennifer pour leurs gentillesse

nous avons passé de superbe vacances la maison est superbement bien équipé il y a tout pour nous simplifier la vie le propiétaire est super sympa (Mr. Gérard) nous avons été superbement bien acceuilli par Jéniffer qui nous a fait visiter la maison a notre arrivé et le gros avantage pas besoin de voiture pour se rendre au boulanger ou au restaurant je leur donne un 10 sur 10 :) didier

Très chouette maison bien située dans l'Ardèche

Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec nos chiennes en toute sécurité pour elle. Nous avons pu profiter des belles infrastructures de la maison: piscine jacuzzi, table de ping Pong et terrain de boules.

Schönes Haus für Familie mit Hund

Ich war Ende August eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus mit meiner Familie und unserem Hund. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb des Ortes und trotzdem ist man innerhalb von nur 5min im Zentrum. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar, so dass man völlig ungestört ist. Zudem ist es komplett umzäunt und wir konnten unseren Hund frei laufen lassen, ohne Sorge zu haben. Der Poolbereich ist noch einmal extra umzäunt, was Sicherheit mit kleineren Kindern gibt und allzu wasserliebende Hunde davon abhält hineinzuspringen. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und man kann eine extra Tür zum Schlafbereich welche man schließen kann. Das Bad ist wirklich sehr klein und es können maximal 2 Personen gleichzeitig hinein und sich um die Achse dehen, aber zum kurz abduschen und Zähne putzen reicht es vollkommen. Die Toilette ist extra. Sehr schön ist der Wohnzimmer/Küchenbereich. Hier hat man mit 2 großen Kühlschränken und einem Tiefkühlschrank in einer großen und geräumigen Küche jede Menge Platz um für alle zu kochen. Einmal pro Woche kommt Emilie, die Verwalterin, vorbei um den Pool zu warten. Sie ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war wirklich ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und hatten eine fantastische Woche hier.

Super Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten

Wir waren zu viert mit unserem Hund im Ferienhaus. Pool und Whirlpool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool wird wöchentlich vom Inhaber gereinigt und die Wasserqualität geprüft. Der Garten ist toll gepflegt und wie auf den Bildern gezeigt mit schönen, blühenden Büschen gestaltet. Das Haus ist ortsnah, man kann in 10 min in der Innenstadt seine Einkäufe erledigen. Wir waren super zufrieden und können Gerards Ferienhaus gerne weiter empfehlen.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen! Ons verblijfhuisje zag er op het eerste zicht goed uit! Maar het is eerder een huisje voor reizigers met huisdieren! Het stadje is zeer toeristisch!

Beautiful house with nice garden.

A great place to relax and a perfect place to explore the Gorge d' Ardèche and the beautiful villages around. The Pool and Yakuzzi offers great opportunities if the weather is not perfect.

La maison est agréablement décorée et bien équipée. Petite attention sympathique du propriétaire à l'arrivée : une bouteille de rosé. Le point fort de la maison est incontestablement son extérieur paysagé avec sa piscine et son jacuzzi qui ont fait le bonheur des enfants et des parents. Bon emplacement à proximité du cœur de Vallon-Pont-d'Arc à seulement 10 petites minutes à pied.

Absolutely fabulous!

We stayed at the Villa the last two weeks in September, travelling from the UK with our dog, Harry. The villa even has air con which we had not considered as a plus until we found ourselves baked in temperatures of 30 degrees and more at the end of September. This villa will easily accommodate 6-8 people, ideal for families. However, the pièce de résistance regarding this property is on the outside. The pool is magnificent, well maintained and accessible. The villa has an ideal vantage point enabling you to watch idyllic sun and moon rises from the spa area. The Jacuzzi provided welcome warmth as the sun set and extended our day lazing by the pool. Outside there is ample seating and lounging facilities as well as plenty of space to play. Being a couple we possibly did not make full use of the outside space but for a family this would be an absolute delight. There is a good sized BBQ which we did not use but this villa encourages outside living to the max and no better way to spend your evenings if you enjoy al fresco dining. You have the best of both worlds, the villa is in a lovely quite rural spot but within easy walking distance of the town with its ample bakeries, shops, cafes and restaurants. The food on offer is excellent and most menus are translated into English. The locals were really helpful and friendly which was really useful with neither of us being fluent in French and dogs are very welcome in this area. You are also a short drive away from the Pont du Arc, not to be missed. Don’t forget to drive up to the viewing point which can be accessed out of the car park and turning left and just head upwards till you plateau, it gives wonderful panoramic views. The owners, Gerard and his wife Patricia, have also been very accommodating and remained involved from the booking date. Gerard gave us the name and location of a recommended vet which was helpful in getting Harry compliant with his Pet Passport before travelling back to the UK. Gerard and Patricia also stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed. Due to having sound knowledge of the area they were both able to point us in the direction of the wonderful villages to visit. Whilst there we visited St Monton, Vogue, Balazuc and Labeaume (the last two on Gerard’s and Patricia’s recommendation) and they are a must for anyone visiting the area and only a short drives from the villa. Thanks Gerard and Patricia for helping us to make wonderful memories.

Mooi zwembad, jacuzzi. Mooi tuinmeubilair op verschillende terrassen. De keuken was volledig uitgerust en buiten konden we de BBQ gebruiken. Genoten !

Très belle semaine dans cette spacieuse villa sans vis à vis. Agréable accueil du propriétaire qui est de plus de bons conseils pour les activités à découvrir aux alentours. Piscines très pratique et bien aménagée avec les transats aux bords.

Wij hebben een mooie vakantie gehad in een leuk huis vlakbij het centrum van Vallon pont d'arc. Wij zijn ontvangen door een vriendelijke eigenaar die ons prima wegwijs heeft gemaakt. Het huis heeft een mooi zwembad met veel ruimte om te zitten of liggen. Verder hebben we veel gebruik gemaakt van de Weber barbecue en de tafeltennistafel. We zijn veel avonden naar het centrum gelopen wat binnen 10 minuten te bereiken was. Het was voor ons een hele leuke vakantie in een prachtige omgeving. Groeten aan Patricia en Gérard.
