Duplex apartment in a complex located in a residential neighborhood of Uzes, 300 m. from town center and the lively picturesque marketplace, La Place aux Herbes, markets taking place on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Historic visits: Le Pont du Gard, Roman aqueduct, 20 km, Les Arènes de Nîmes, well-preserved Roman arena, 30 km, Le Palais des Papes, Papal Palace, in Avignon 40 km. Sporting activities in Uzès and nearby: Outdoor swimming pool complex situated next to a newly refurbished playground suitable for children of all ages, 9 hole golf course in Uzès, bike rental and designated car-free bike path, canoeing and swimming in the Gardon river.
Suitable for a maximum of 4 people, the apartment offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Evelyne has furnished the apartment with a variety of family heirlooms from her French family and her husband's Danish family. It is equipped with an American kitchen, a dining area with balcony access. The bedroom, 2 single 90 cm beds, also overlooks the balcony. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
A wide wooden staircase leads to an air-conditioned mezzanine where there is a living room and the second bedroom with a large walk-in closet and 2 single 90 cm beds.
This quiet and light bedroom can be used as an office space equipped with a wooden desk and electrical outlets.
Perfect choice for a couple with two children or 4 adults for a holiday break. Near to shopping and activities while staying in a calm and relaxing environment. The apartment has an alarm for the security of your belongings.

Very peaceful and quiet located in a residence environment outside city center which can be reached by foot in a few minutes.
Everything needed for daily living was there including a washing machine.

6 Wonderful Days!
My husband and I, along with my sister and her husband, stayed in this lovely apartment for six nights. It worked perfectly for us as two couples. The apartment spans two floors, which allowed us each to feel we had our own “space.”
The upper loft has both a comfortable reading/TV room and a separate bedroom, The lower part has the other bedroom, along with the kitchen, dining room, and a small terrace (overlooking the countryside). The apartment and building were very clean, very quiet, and very safe and secure.
It was a ten-minute walk to the center of wonderful medieval Uzès, where we could buy groceries so as to prepare many of our own meals, and wander the amazing streets, learning about the history stretching back to Roman times.
Our host couple, who live just a few miles away, treated us warmly, giving us privacy while always being available for questions. We would return in a heartbeat.

Vacances à Uzes
Logement proche du centre ville. Il est très bien équipé pour un séjour sans souci. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et prêts à faire le nécessaire pour que tout se passe bien.La région est très belle et permet de belles excursions.

Un super week-end !
Plongez en pleine Toscane Gardoise ! Nous sommes venus en famille visiter la ville d’Uzès et ses alentours, et nous nous sommes régalés. Le logement est idéalement situé et nous avons pu profiter du calme des lieux. De plus, la propriétaire est très agréable et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Es handelt sich um eine schöne, geräumige Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage in der Nähe der Altstadt. Diese ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und hat einen Parkplatz. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Evelyne war sehr nett, schade, dass wir sie wegen eines Unfalls Ihres Partners nicht mehr treffen konnten.
Uzes ist einer wunderschöne Stadt, es lohnt, sie sich genauer anzuschauen. In der Umgebung sind viele schöne Dörfer und Sehenswürdigkeiten und sie ist gut zum Wandern geeignet.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter UZES
Outre l'emplacement idéal (avec parking) pour flaner dans UZES et y accéder, le logement est tres confortable, agréable en tous poi ts et très bien équipé. Au 1er étage (et dernier) d'une petite residence charmante face à la campagne environnante, Propriétaire aux petits soins!

Très bon séjour !
Accueil très prévenant d’Evelyne. Appartement tout à fait conforme au descriptif…la ville à la campagne !! On apprécie VRAIMENT la proximité à pied du centre ville. Séjour très agréable.

Sehr angenehmes Appartement
Das Appartement liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Die Altstadt von Uzès ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Praktisch ist die Tatsache, dass es eine Parkmöglichkeit gibt, da es in Uzès schwer ist, Parkplätze zu finden.
Das Appartement ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel, so dass die Bedürfnisse zur Selbstversorgung voll und ganz zufrieden gestellt werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und steht für Tipps zur Verfügung.
Uzès ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt, da es in der Umgebung sowohl viel zu besichtigen als auch zu erwandern gibt.

Lovely Uzès with a car!
We really enjoyed our stay in Uzès. The apartment was located about 10 min. by foot from the town center on pedestrian streets, yet had very easy and secure parking. There was a very nice view from the balcony. The apartment is two stories, the first comprising a kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, bath, and balcony. The second story had the living room and another bedroom. All was clean and good order. The host family was very hospitable and welcoming. The situation worked out perfectly for us, and we were very pleased to discover such a nice town.

Appartement très sympa, bien équipé et bien situé! Propriétaire très sympathique aux petits soins
Vous avons passé 15 jours supers à Uzes, la petite ville est très agréable et le centre accessible à pied de l'appartement. Une place de parking dans la résidence ce qui s'est avérée être un énorme avantage. Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut sur place et la propriétaire, Evelyne donne plein de bons conseils. Nous avons adoré les gorges du Gardon et les restaurants d'Uzes!

Fijn appartement dichtbij centrum Uzès
Ruim appartement dichtbij het centrum van Uzès. Mijn man en Ik verbleven hier vier nachten om te herstellen van een ernstige blessure. Het huis heeft een mooi uitzicht en het is verder een prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Vanwege die blessure konden we pas laat inchecken en dit was geen probleem.

Uzès
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement, un endroit particulièrement bien situé et paisible, à quelques pas du centre de la ville. Le stationnement est founi, ce qui est un plus. Du logement, nous avons une très belle vue sur la campagne et les environs. Et nous ne sommes qu'à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du centre, une petite marche sur un passage piétonnier et très pittoresque. Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit.

Agréable séjour location tout confort avec jolie vue
L'appartement est agreable et très fonctionnel, tout l'équipement nécessaire est fourni pour un séjour familial. Le linge de maison est très confortable.
Nous avons apprécié la climatisation à l'étage.
La prioritaire est très attentive au bien être des locataires et met à disposition tous les conseils pour profiter des environs.
L'appartement est bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre d'Uzes, et dispose d'une place de parking.
Jolie terrasse avec vue sur la vallée.
Bonne adresse à retenir !
