Nightly (min 2), weekly, monthly. The 750sf guest unit (detached from primary residence on 8+ acres) features an open living/dining area, completely equipped galley kitchen, 350sf California King bedroom, Twin sofabed in living room, with fine linens and bathrobes, bathroom with new tile shower, full sized washer/dryer, and woodland view/rose garden patio with grill. The kitchen features a compact fridge/freezer, Breville smart oven, induction cooktop, waffle iron, coffee pot/thermos, coffee bean grinder, French press, teapot/kettle, toaster, microwave, salad spinner, and many other kitchen tools. A tea selection, coffee, sugar, sweetener, butter, cream, salt, pepper, some spices, and olive oil are provided.

TV in living room. Satellite WIFI throughout unit. Heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Nights are always cool here even when days are hot.

Backup power.

Parking is on the same level as the dwelling, with two half-steps and a gate in between.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and in good working order! We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. The warm banana bread was the best, definitely worthy of another stay!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Sweet Oaks. The place had everything we could need. Great quality linens and kitchen supplies. Comfortable bed and robes. Terri provided us with a scrumptious home made apple tart and there were eggs and orange juice in the refrigerator to give us a great breakfast. One night we used the bbq and had a lovely dinner on the private patio. The host was very responsive as we mention a burner out bulb in the porch light and it was replaced immediately. There were deer in the yard in the morning. A gem of a find and we will return.

We had a wonderful time at this location. Clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our girls trip, we loved sitting out on the chairs, and just listening to the birds we made ourselves some breakfast and enjoyed deck and the lemon tart that the host made. The bed was comfortable and we loved the fuzzy robes. The location is perfect for all the wine tasting activities that we did and we had dinner at taste and it was amazing.! It was very peaceful and comfortable! We will visit again.

The Host, Terri is as nice a person as u can find. She's warm, helpful, and available yet she gives u plenty of space. Her Tarts r to die for. Full of fruit, the crust is perfect and just the rite amount of sweetness, just like her personality. We enjoyed r stay immensely. We went on day trips to local beautiful winery's, Sutter Creek shops, and even Walmart.

Perfect little spot to explore the Sierra Foothills

We had a great stay. The property is so beautiful and the place is perfectly outfitted. So many little extras that made our weekend wonderful.

The cozy home was just perfect and convenient. The property was beautiful surroundings and peaceful, gracious and friendly host. Everything anyone could want in a vacation spot or short stay. Conveniently located. We loved it!

Nice place

As advertised, nice, quiet location. The kitchen had almost anything you could need, spices, coffee with sugar and creamer, eggs, condiments. Would stay again for sure.

If you are looking for peace, this is it!

This amazing gem is so quiet and peaceful! Wildlife abounds. The amenities are more than adequate and we will be back just for the banana bread!

Excellent Place

Sweet Oakes was an excellent place to stay in the Siera Foothills. The place was clean and loved that we could cook dinner at night. The owner gave great recommendations for nearby hiking trails & wineries. The owner even met us nearby late at night to ensure that we found the place. And would go back just for the banana bread!!

Quiet Stay in Amador County

This is a cute quiet place in the country outside Plymouth off the road to Fiddletown. It is perfect for a quiet, relaxing get-away for a couple. Everything thing you need is there including some special touches such as farm fresh eggs and homemade goodies. Close enough to towns to go out if you want and plenty of other activities in the county to do.

Sweet Retreat

Sweet Oaks provided a quiet place in the country as well as being conveniently located near various attractions in Plymouth and Amador County. The unit was clean, well-equipped and well-stocked, including a delicious home-made tart. The hosts were super, and obviously tended to every detail.

Great Stay

Very nice guesthouse with absolutely no amenity you could possibly need overlooked by the homeowners. It is a very comfortable space and was completely spotless! Perfect for my much-needed little getaway to the beautiful foothills. Practically in the backyard of the numerous wineries and close to the fun small old 49er country towns for dinner and shopping. Highly recommend.

Amazing property. Spotless, quiet, safe and secure. Our host Terri thought of everything. Wow, even home baked banana walnut bread and lemon merengue pie. Multiple wineries nearby to visit if that is your thing as well. So nice and accommodating. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Perfect post-Thanksgiving stay

My husband and I wanted a quick get away after Thanksgiving. I found Terry's place and it was everything we needed. It was very clean and had many extras we were not expecting. Terry made our stay with those extras she included. We cannot wait to come back in the spring/summer when we can enjoy the beautiful patio. Thank you Terry and we'll see you again soon.

Wine tasting weekend

Everything thing was just fine. Terri should reach out to the local wineries,for awareness , if she drops the price to $149.00 a night she will be booked all summer

Perfect location in a beautiful setting!

This property was perfect for exploring the area and participating in a local cycling event! The cottage is clean and comfortable; the kitchen was well-stocked with tools for making meals; and the location was very, very quiet. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful; I am only sorry that, because of my schedule, we never got to meet in person. :) I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. I look forward to returning and staying here again! Thank you!

Sweet stay at Sweet Oaks

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. Place was easy to find even at dark. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness behind each item was greatly appreciated. it has everything that you could possibly need. Incredibly clean. It was perfectly private. Place is very relaxing. Definitely recommend. We hope to be able to come back soon!

10/10. Perfect getaway in the beautiful hills. The cottage was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked, even a few extras in the fridge! The homemade banana bread was a delicious surprise that welcomed us to our mini-vacation. We ate our meals on the attached deck, which overlooks the property and listened to the absolute quietness of surroundings, puncuated by the pleasant sounds of woodpeckers, song birds and squirrels going about their business. While the host house is next door, the deck and cottage unit are very private and relaxing. The hosts, Terri and John were very Sweet (pun intended ;). We will definitely stay there again when visiting the area!
