This 'new' (extensively renovated) property is in a real TOP LOCATION in the beautiful and exclusive El Portet neighborhood of Moraira - 500m from the beach

The very private villa is equipped with all luxury with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and lots of space around the house.

The view over the valley of El Portet for a piece of the sea. On the beach are several restaurants (one of which even Michelin qualities).

The location of the house makes it possible to walk to both the El Portet beach (500m) and also to the village of Moraira (900m). The road to the village takes you along the beautiful coast with fantastic views.

The house is large portions with a modern kitchen, internet access (WiFi), HD NL TV, underfloor heating, double glazing, air conditioning, washer, dryer, outdoor kitchen, extra large pool, nice big buitenterrasen, a spacious outdoor kitchen with plenty of sitting places at the dining table etc.

All bedrooms and the lounge are air conditioned. The bedrooms where the sun is directed are also equipped with shutters.

The house has several outdoor terraces, totaling more than 200m2. The section at the outdoor kitchen is covered to provide shade in the hot summer months.

Outside by the pool there are 6 sunbeds available and several chairs / lounge sets.

The house is not to (groups) let youngsters.

Beautiful Property - Perfect holiday

A spacious and beautifully designed villa in a wonderful location. Five minutes to an incredible beach. The property had everything we needed for a two week stay and the whole family loved it. We would 100% stay here again. The hosts were really helpful. Cannot fault this place.

Wonderful holidays!

Wonderful holidays in this big house, very well organised: shade and pleasant wind on the terrace and freshness in the outdoor kitchen that allows to eat out for lunch. Great view and quiet area. ...and best of all, daily visits of 2 lovely squirrels!

Lovely property in one of our favourite places

We've had a fantastic 2 weeks somewhere we've now visited 3 times and we loved being on the El Portet side of Moraira. House was as described, swimming pool and pool area lovely if you want to get out of the sun and still be with everyone. 10 minute walk to the beach (good hill on the way back up) and about 20 minutes into Moraira.

Fantastic stay

Review for Villa Renate: Cleanliness - 10 Check In - 10 Communication - 10 Location - 10 Listing Accuracy - 10 Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful, spacious villa. The hosts were very helpful and accommodated us on arrival with slightly early access to the villa. The property had everything we needed, the downstairs outdoor kitchen with BBQ was fantastic and the pool was bliss. The beach at El Portet is close by perfect for our grandson aged 2. We would stay here again for sure.

Fabulous Holiday Villa

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every day. The beach at El Portet was ideal for our grandchildren aged 9, 5 & 5. The villa was well equipped with great views across the valley. Large pool which was at 28c at the end of May and in the sun most of the day. Great cooking facilities and BBQ. Everything you need from a Villa holiday.

Totally chilled out holiday

Gorgeous, well-maintained and well-equipped property in a quiet area. Within 10min walk to lovely beach in a sheltered cove. Another 15 mins along the coast to Moraira. However, it is quite a steep climb back up to villa. We really enjoyed our week in Moraira, and gave us a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy family time.

Idéalement située

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille avec nos 3 enfants, gendres, et petits enfants. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, agréable et très propre. Située à 5 mn à pied de la plage del Porte, elle est idéalement située. Attention à la remonté de la plage, c'est sportif, ça grimpe !.. Nous recommandons cette villa sans soucis.

Best Place to stay at El Portet

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in el Portet. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, modern und gut ausgestattet. In perfekter Lage zum Strand und fusslaufig zu Moraira. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen, netter Vermieter, tolles Haus.

Mooie woning

Mooi huis. Was niet helemaal proper. Terras , ligstoelen , kussens lounge , kussens stoelen en buitentafel waren heel vuil. Wel terras komen reinigen na melding. Mooi huis, ruim huis en goede ligging.

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful house in a great location, it has so much outside space for relaxing and dining especially if you are a large group. Lovely large pool and plenty of shady areas if you need it and good sunbathing areas with spectacular views . A short walk to the beach at El Portet via a set of steps at the end of the road. A great place for a relaxing holiday .

Heerlijke woning met voldoende ruimte, netjes onderhouden. Alles goed voor elkaar.

Een heerlijke plek om even bij te komen en te relaxen. De kinderen hebben het ook fantastisch gehad met een heerlijk zwembad en ruimte om het huis. Rustige omgeving. Het was een super vakantie!

De woning is keurig onderhouden, praktisch opgezet en heeft een heerlijk buitengedeelte op zwembadniveau met grote gasBBQ!. De woning beschikt binnen over een fijne open keuken die direct in verbinding staat met de woonkamer. De WiFi werkte prima en het was met onze kindjes fijn om s'ochtends even nederlandse tv te kijken. Lopen naar het strand hebben we niet gedaan, met een buggy is dat niet te doen. Een huurauto is dus aan te raden, je bent dan binnen 5-10 minuten in het dorpje, strand of de supermarkt. Wil je lekker genieten van de rust en een fijn huis dan kan ik je deze villa zeker aanraden!

Fantastische villa met top ligging

Bij aankomst aan de villa, vriendelijk onthaal en informatieve rondleiding van het huis. De villa zelf is tot in de kleinste details afgewerkt en alles is ruim voorzien (stopcontacten, verlichting, opbergplaatsen). Het gehele pand is zeer goed onderhouden. Het contact met de eigenaar en housekeepers is 10/10. Zeer goede bedden om te slapen, ruime badkamers en genoeg leefruimte doorheen het hele huis. Het zicht vanaf de villa is magnifiek en dit gecombineerd met een uitstekende ligging (wandelafstand) tot het gezellige strandje in El Portet. Het gehele plaatje klopte met wat je in je hoofd hebt om er eens even leuk tussenuit te gaan. Een zeer enthousiaste en tevreden bezoeker van Villa Renate.

Fantastische vacantie gehad

We hebben met de hele familie, ouders, kinderen en kleinkinderen een geweldige vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst stonden de boodschappen klaar en zagen we een mooi ingerichtte, super schone en nette villa. Het beddengoed en handdoeken pakket stonden klaar. Het is een zeer goed uitgekiend huis, vooral met kleine kinderen, die boven, bij het woongedeelte lekker vrij konden spelen, omdat het terras afgesloten kan worden, heel releaxed. Als er nog vragen waren, kregen we binnen de kortste tijd antwoord van de eigenaar, en ook in het huis was alles goed aangegeven met stickers en een map met de beschrijving van het huis. Het idee om kaartjes van leuke eettentjes of andere dingen achter te laten van vorige bezoekers, is erg handig, zo weet je direct al leuke plekken om naar toe te gaan. Kortom: zeker een plek om aan te raden en hopelijk kunnen we nog eens gaan, met het hele gezin.

Family holiday

We absolutely loved the villa. In a secluded yet safe location, just 10 min walk to beach and 3 min taxi drive to moraira town. It was spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. And so well equipped with indoor and outdoor kitchens and all the equipment u could ever need. Pool area was large and comfortable and pool warm. At night the sonos came in handy while we sat on the terrace playing cards. So quiet at day and night yet also so easy to get everywhere. The villa very classy and modern - my mother in law remarked about how much she'd love a kitchen/home like that herself! Would love to go back

Family holiday

The general impression is a great place with absolutely all inclusive. In terms of positioning it is one of the most picturesque areas I have seen for many years with absolutely nothing to pick on, clean, tidy refreshingly modern interior with open space and lots of windows/doors for light and fresh air. The pool is easy to get out of, good benches for the tables when eating. The outdoor shower was very practical, all indoor bathrooms modern, clean, tidy, fine tiles. For a family of 10 this was superb, lots of value for money. The capacity of the place, the even sized bed rooms, the open area both inside and outside, effective blocking the pool for the kids being on a closed veranda on second floor at times, this is all just add ones to the total score of 5 stars. The new and modern design is important as well as the great outdoor barbecue area by the pool. The short walk down to the fantastic local beach, superb for kids, was a big plus. Before walking around after arrival I thought the place could be somewhat far away from activities, but fully wrong. The walks down to town center and the beach road between the local beach and town, they all just added to the good feeling of the place being perfect. Also all the small hills in the area made it very fresh and open, lots of beautiful houses and the short walks a little more with exercise.

De foto geeft een zeer waarheidsgetrouwe indruk van de villa.De villa is heel rustig gelegen aan een doodlopende straat. Dus geen verkeerslawaai.Prachtig uitzicht. Veel privacy.Groot zwembad. De moderne woning is heel comfortabel; vloerverwarming; open haard; uitstekend geoutilleerde keuken met kookeiland; zeer complete keukeninrichting; smaakvol meubilair; satelliet t.v. met alle gangbare ned. zenders;Snel internet; 10 min. lopen van strand El Portet. Ned. sprekende beheerster.

Luxe, rust en veel mogelijkheden

De villa was precies zoals we het ons uit de beschrijving en de foto's en video's hadden voorgesteld. Heerlijk rustig en toch dichtbij het leuke dorpje Mormaira. Een dorp met een leuke uitstraling en geen exponent van massa toerisme. Het huis heeft alles wat je bedenken kan. Veel ruimte, mooi en functioneel sanitair. Vooral ook de terrassen rond het huis leveren altijd een plekje op om te zonnen, in de schaduw te zitten of lekker te eten. Boven naast de woonkamer of beneden met de prachtige buitenkeuken met alle bijbehorende voorzieningen. Dus alles is aanwezig voor een voortreffelijke vakantie. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug en zullen de villa bij vrienden en familie van harte aanbevelen.

Prachtige luxe villa

Door de mooie foto's op de site hadden we hoge verwachtingen van dit huis. In september dit jaar 2 weken in dit huis met kleine kinderen verbleven en kunnen nu volmondig zeggen dat het huis alle verwachtingen waar maakte! Het is een prachtig huis met groot zwembad en een mooie ligging. Doordat het boventerras afgesloten kan worden kunnen er kleine kinderen spelen zonder er omkijken naar te hebben. Absolute aanrader!

De villa was prachtig,volledig uitgerust,2 keukens met alle benodigdheden in overvloed(2 vaatwassers!) rustig gelegen in een doodlopende straat en toch vlakbij Moraira centrum:2 minuten met de auto en te voet via trapjes op het einde van de straat 5 minuutjes wandelen naar El Portet-strand,zalig! dus een aanrader!

Heerlijke villa voor groot gezelschap

Prachtige villa, zeer geschikt voor grote gezelschappen , inclusief kinderen. Smaakvol en moderne inrichting, plus is complete buitenkeuken bij zwembad, gunstige ligging t.o.v. Moraira Heerlijke vakantie gehad.
