Cozy Brick Cottage near AU Campus!

Each bedroom within this 4BR/4BA home is stylishly furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, lamp(s), wall decor, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Each suite also features its own private bathroom & walk-in closet. The tubs are porcelain-coated, insulated steel with each featuring unique tile surrounds and niches.

Looking for privacy? *All bedroom and bathroom walls are insulated to ensure limited noise transfer and maximum privacy for each guest.

The location is perfect for all athletic events, graduation, parent visits, college tours, Camp War Eagle, golfing, shopping and more. The home offers great off-street parking (6+ vehicles) in a quiet & convenient neighborhood.

Guests will enjoy full access to the home. This includes all four bedrooms & bathrooms, laundry room, central kitchen & living, and fenced backyard. The backyard is privacy fenced and has a concrete patio. Outside there is a table with six chairs, umbrella, and a gas grill available to use.

This charming cottage received a full renovation by Pythoge LLC., the area's premier renovation company. Essentially only the bricks remained from the original structure. After months of demolition, planning, & construction, the home transformed into a mid-century modern masterpiece. Sleek chrome fixtures, stainless appliances, & stark black & white color contrasts really set the tone for a luxurious stay.

Fabulous place to stay!

We were in town for graduation, and this place met all of our needs. It is well appointed and very comfortable ie beds, overall layout etc.

Great Place

My wife and I stayed here to visit our son at Auburn. Location was good and the place is perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

Game day weekend

House was set up very well for a quick weekend stay with the four bedrooms and every room having its own bath was very clean and quiet neighborhood. Great location to get to town.

This is a great property! Walkable to everything and the owner is very easy to work with. Even provided snacks and water upon our arrival! Awesome stay!

Parents Weekend Stay

Great house & location!

Visiting your Auburn student? This house is perfect! Close to campus, nice neighborhood & wonderful hosts! Our furbabies were obsessed with the huge fenced backyard! Extra amenities such as popcorn, snacks, make up wipes & more! Great communication with Alex & so friendly! Will stay again!

Excellent Stay Near Auburn University

This was a wonderful house to stay at for a trip to Auburn University. The house is as pictured and complete with comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms for each bedroom, and enough space for everyone to be comfortable. There were also thoughtful touches throughout, including sound machines in each bedroom and a pack'n'play that we could have used for our one year-old daughter (we brought our own and so did not use it). The host was very responsive throughout our stay. The location is close enough that you could walk to downtown Auburn/the university, although it was too cold during our visit to do so.Overall, we had an excellent stay and would love to stay here again for return trips to Auburn.

Game Weekend

This property is the perfect game weekend stay. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and not a single detail is missed. It is pristine in side and everything is almost brand new. One of the best we have stayed in for game day and we’ve been coming the past three years. I highly recommend staying here. I will for sure book to stay here in the future. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It exceeded expectations for sure.

Amazing Auburn Experience

We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely, charming home. The neighborhood is quiet & great for daily walks. It’s a great location. You can easily walk downtown or to campus. The beds are comfortable & each room is uniquely decorated. Kitchen is complete with everything you need. Backyard is big, wooded & peaceful. Lots of thoughtful touches were provided to make our stay special. Communication with the owners was stellar. I would highly, highly recommend this property. 5+ stars!!!

Game Day weekend with adult family couples

4 identical rooms and a great area in the middle and outside to socialize. Place had everything we needed and when I had a question, the homeowner was available via text and phone very quickly. Looks exactly like the pictures currently. Highly recommended for 4 couples.

The property was perfect for our Group and conviently located to the Campus.

MAGNIFICENT HOME!

So gorgeous, should be profiled in Southern Living Magazine. Had a personalized welcome sign. Even a copier and a cool stool/ speaker gadget. Every room was decorated beautifully. Bathrooms had sparkling tiled showers and stylish sinks. Every amenity possible...even had trial sized Advil, etc in kitchen. Flower beds lovely, all fresh pine straw. Haley was a delight to work with. Stayed here for our daughter's graduation and got a kick out of oversized Auburn rug in yard. Location could not have been better. This place is a homerun!

Like staying in a boutique penthouse suite, but with the luxury and privacy of a house.

Everything about this house is pure class. Every detail was thought out from a festive holiday wreath greeting you at the door, convenient keyless entry, welcome sign upon arrival with useful notes and area info, chargers galore for phones and electronics, a stocked medicine cabinet, and other convenient essentials you would have at your home but may need and miss out of town. The owners went above and beyond by setting up a brand new pack and play for our friend’s infant and even leaving him a blanket as a gift. There wet face mask waiting to use in the bathrooms and all kinds of sweet goodies waiting on us. The locations proximity to campus and surrounding Opelika and Auburn points of interest is awesome. The house is gorgeous, and everything was pristine. Plenty of room to spread out and have your own space, and great space indoor and out to gather back together. The owners really care about their guest and property and put so much love into the home and through correspondence to make our long weekend visit amazing. This is a jewel, and a posh place to stay near the heart of Auburn.

Perfect for our trip

This home is lovely to stay in. Everything is new & clean. The backyard is fantastic for extra space to spread out...large and completely fenced. Aside from a few kitchen items, everything we needed was provided, even shampoo and bath wash. Haley was FANTASTIC to work with...very responsive to messages, and super accommodating. We always love our Auburn visits, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
