It has a king bed and a fully equip kitchen. 5 min walk to the beach.Walking distance to the hotel zone,shopping and restaurants. 15 min walk to old town san jose. New bike paths to town. great beaches close by, 30 minutes to Cabo San Lucas great bus system . 20 minutes to San Jose airport

Perfect Location, very comfortable too!

This condo is in the perfect location and with easy access everywhere. Owners were very easy to deal with and any issue was handled quickly.

Amazing experience for our first time renting a condo. A few hiccups with the maid and driver on day one. Both situations were rectified quickly. Beautiful grounds. Friendly residents. Safe area. We are definitely coming back to this place.

Campo de Golf Fonatur

My wife and I stayed at this property for 10 weeks this winter. The condo was great, it had everything we needed for an extended stay. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cutlery, dishes, glasswear etc. We could not have asked for more. The condo is in a very safe complex, located close to shopping , downtown and restaurants. The gardens at the complex are amazing and the staff are very friendly. The owners were great hosts. The additional of North American television was much appreciated! Highly recommended.

Cozy well equipped condo

We loved staying in Phase1, Villa 10, Condo 101! The bed was very comfortable, recliner was perfect, and the large patio had a wonderful table and chairs! Kitchen was so well equipped. We used the two ice chests that were available, beach chairs and umbrella! This ground floor corner unit is very private. Only complained was the TV. We got tired of YouTube. Cable would be an excellent bonus/ improvement but loved our stay anyway! We hope to return!!!

Sorry to see it end so soon!

This was our first Vrbo experience but probably won’t be our last because we couldn’t have been happier that we chose this spot. Owners are very benevolent in all that they furnished us with. Very clean and well maintained. First floor was very beneficial for us, our unit was a very short walk to 2 of the 3 pools. Wish we had tried the hot tub earlier than our last night here. We did meet a lot of very nice people staying in other condos around us, all super friendly and we felt very safe when we ventured out for a walk day or night. Went down to the Thursday night art walk and enjoyed a great meal at Jazmine restaurant just one block off the main square. Used Uber to get around on numerous occasions. Highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone needing a one bedroom getaway location.

Christmas trip to San Jose del Cabo

My husband and I spent Christmas at this very nice ground floor apartment. Pros were no stairs to climb, the cons were there was no view. The patio is right next to a gate and walkway which is quite busy but not too much of a disturbance. There are 3 pools to choose from with hot tubs (which were very warm), depending on the time of day you could always find sun at one of the pools. Be prepared for a lot of walking if you don't have the use of a car (which we did not). The grocery store is a 30 minute walk from the condo. We took a taxi home from the grocery store and it was 1500.00 peso, a little on the high side. The closest Oxxo store is about a 20 minute walk, nothing closer to the golf course. Downtown is about a 40-45 minute walk or you can take the urbano bus on the main street to get you there, which we used a few times. There are lots of good restaurants to choose from there. We enjoyed the Art Walk on Thursday nights downtown. The walk to the beach is about 5 blocks from the condo, 3 to exit the golf course and 2 to the beach on the walkway. Our first trip to the beach, we didn't know that the walkway to the beach is between the Royal Solaris and Barcelo so we walked all the way to the north end of the hotel strip to the entrance there. These are all things that would have been nice to know about this location. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but would probably book in a different location if we return.

Villa 10 Unit 101 Los Cabos

We really enjoyed our week at this condo development. Grounds were very well kept and the pool was beautifully groomed on an almost daily basis. Unit 101 was very nice; clean and tidy with all that we required. However, we were told that we needed 'Google Home' to operate the TV, but no further instructions on 'how to' resulted in no TV for the week (However, we weren't there for watching TV so that was definitely a minor inconvenience). Gabby was not available as the owners said when we arrived and we were not able to connect with her until the last day when we checked out. Her office was closed any time we checked. We got the unit keys from one of the security fellows who was on duty (with help from a Canadian neighbor). The beach towels and bath towels were folded and very damp and in the bedroom cupboard when we arrived. We had to put them out on the lanai to dry. Overall however, we are definitely contemplating a return visit in the future.
