Family house, renovated in 2015.
Surface of 180 m2 with 1 floor, on a flat plot of 1100 m2.
Large flat garden with a natural stone terrace. Heated swimming pool with electric immersed shutter (safety guaranteed) completed at the end of May 2017.
Large driveway with electric gate that can accommodate up to 3 cars
4 bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor (16 m2 and 10 m2), 2 upstairs (16 and 13 m2). Cupboards and storage in each bedroom.
180 bed (new) and 140 on the ground floor, 160 beds upstairs (new)
Parquet on the ground.
Living room-kitchen of 55 m2 with 2 bay windows and 2 fixed windows allowing maximum light to penetrate.
Wood insert available. Natural gas heating.
2 bathrooms, one of which is privatized in the master suite on the ground floor.
Walk-in showers and double sink upstairs. 2 separate hanging toilets.
Flat screen on the wall, wired (Numericable box, wifi internet) and an LCD screen in an upstairs bedroom, 5 cds charger, DVD player, integrated Bose system.

Home away from home! Amazing memories made!

We had an incredible vacation staying at Jean-Michel's home. The house was spacious, clean and had all the amenities that are needed to have a wonderful family vacation. Jean-Michel was incredibly responsive as well. It's in an ideal location so close to Biarritz, Bayonne and all the amazing sites to see in the Pays-Basque!

Family stay in Anglet

Very nice house, especially the garden. Jean-Michel is a very welcoming and warm host trying to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Only one downside: the locations a little. It far away from the beach.

Estupendo casa en Anglet

Disfrutamos mucho nuestro viaje a Biarritz/Anglet gracias a la casa de Jean Michel y el amable anfitrón. La casa es perfecto para ocho personas y tiene toda que necesita para disfrutar al Pais Vasco. Regresamos a esta casa la proxima vez que viajamos a Biarritz!

Excellent séjour

Une villa de goût, au calme, un super jardin avec piscine avec vue sur les pins ! On s’est régalé. Le plus gourmand : la plancha à dispo ! 😁 Merci pour l’accueil, on reviendra !

Fabulous!

This is a fabulous house in Anglet, about 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Biarritz in one direction and Anglet in the other. It is also located close to plenty of shops so you literally have everything you need on the doorstep. The house is great. It has recently been renovated and has everything you need. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. It feels homely. We were all so happy staying here. The kids enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and garden. The host was very communicative and his agent was there for check in and check out. We would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Thanks Jean-Michel!!!

Great place to stay!

Great house! Jean-Michel was very easy to deal with and very flexible. The house is just as listed! The outside pool area is great. It's also a great jumping off point for surrounding area (e.g. Biarritz and various beaches). There is some construction in the surrounding area that started a bit early in the morning but it wasn't too much of a bother for us.

Un séjour parfait

Un grand merci à Jean Michel pour son accueil, sa réactivité , sa gentillesse et sa souplesse. Une bouteille de cidre et un gâteau basque pour l’accueil le séjour commençait merveilleusement bien. La maison est conforme à la description, propreté des lieux , la literie est bonne & l’espace extérieur est incroyable. La piscine était chauffé à 28 degrés. Un séjour entre amis à 8 personnes la maison est très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Proche des commerces et dans un quartier calme. Vivement notre prochain séjour & encore merci Jean Michel

Séjour parfait !

Une maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût où l’on se sent si bien qu’il faut se motiver pour prendre la voiture et se rendre sur les magnifiques plages d’Anglet à cinq minutes en voiture. Un accueil chaleureux et une communication parfaite avec l’hôte. Merci Jean-Michel et nous espérons à bientôt !

Détente et découvertes dans une maison très bien aménagée avec piscine très agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location qui nous a permis de rayonner autour d' Anglet pour découvrir cette belle région. De très bons moments de détente dans la piscine dans un environnement verdoyant. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Semaine de vacances en famille très réussie.

Very enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is clean comfortable and well equipped. The children loved the pool. Easy access to local shops and a good market. Short drive to the beach. Jean Michel was a very helpful and welcoming host.

Great vacations!

We spent 1 week at the house and had great vacations. The house is clean, big and super functional, with everything needed. We fully recommend it to any family willing to spend a good time in Anglet/Biarritz. To go again!

vacances totalement réussies :)

parfaite maison pour vivre à huit - bien située - bien conçue et aménagée on y voit à coup sûr la patte d'un ou une architecte! tout le matériel est bien prévu ce qui rend le séjour non seulement agréable mais le bagage léger ; piscine superbe et parfaitement entretenue grâce à un robot efficace et silencieux - système de fermeture facile et rassurant- quelques améliorations suggérées : un sèche- cheveu; une plancha peut être plus facile d'entretien; un nouveau matelas pour la petite chambre du rez de chaussée; à part cela et ce n'est vraiment pas essentiel, tout était très bien.
