Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1200sf condo fully renovated in a small 8 unit building.Convienient location withWIFI and ONE PARKING SPOT INCLUDED Walking distance to Victoria village, the new super hospital & Vendome metro. 5 min from downtown.

Luxurious and large condo (1200sf) with 2 bedrooms (Queen beds in each room) and 2 baths. Professionally cleaned after every visit. As you enter the condo to your right is the Master bedroom with a door to close off from the other part of the condo. Inside the master bedroom is an adjacent large bathroom that is closed by French doors. This bathroom has a large glass shower, double sink and mirror. The front balcony is located off the master bedroom.Total privacy for you. As you enter the condo and turn left you will have all the controls for the A/C and intercom and a large hall closet. Continuing along is the Living room with 55" flat screen TV . Netflix and wireless internet included with a beautiful leather sofa. Second bedroom is separated from the Master bedroom by a hallway and the living room for total privacy. 2nd bathroom with a tub and shower is directly across the 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen includinga coffee machine. Coffee included. Dishware, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, toaster, microwave, cutlery, cooking utensils, bed linens and towels. 2 bath robes. 4 sets of slippers. Shampoo and lotion. The back balcony is off the kitchen and in the summertime, wicker furniture is provided with a small table to enjoy the sun.

Great place!

Place was clean and in a nice area with lots of food options around. Not far from downtown. Parking is tight but the fact that a spot is available is nice.

Beautiful condo

This is a great location near the metro. The condo is large and very nice with two balconies. It was very handy to have off-street parking. We left the car there and used our 3-day passes to get everywhere by transit.

Everything was smooth. The place was great, well kept, clean, perfect location. They should also recommend Pizza Prima in their booklet, since it is such a nice late night pizza/wings place.

Convenient and comfy

We enjoyed our stay and found the unit very comfortable and pleasant for our family of 5. Only one thing to add to the listing info--it's a tight fit down the alley and into the parking space for a family-sized vehicle. But we walked to the nearby Metro station most days, rather than driving, so it worked out alright.

Great one week stay

very comfortable. Quite, easy to sleep. Easy walk to metro station, easy access to bus lines. Owner was great to work with, answered all text right away. I really liked the kitchen, dining room and balcony off of the dining room. there is parking, but it is best to not have a car in Montreal in my opinnon, it is so easy to get around on public transit. The parking spot is behind the condo so you have to drive between two buildings, this was a tight squeeze. A smaller car would be best or have someone get out and watch for you. The bathrooms could be stocked a little bit better with soap and shampoo, and a place to put things like soap in the very very nice shower. Very good place to stay.

Items to improve

Obviously a complete and expensive reno but missing some of the small touches like wall hooks and shelves in the bathrooms. You need to have curtains on the kitchen windows so your guests and the neighbours don't watch each other eating dinner. And for gosh sakes fix the fridge, it is totally unacceptable, there is no handle for the freezer section and the other doors don't work properly. - you should not rent this property until you at least fix the fridge or better replace it! The master bathroom doors are broken and so is the vanity pull-out drawer. Also the sun pours in through the master bathroom widow at 6:00 am because the flimsy ill fitting curtain is too small. I don't need to take my time to offer you these comments but do so in the hope that you will make improvements to better serve future customers.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Montreal

Apartment was perfect place to stay while exploring Montreal. It is a short walk to the Vendome Metro station and the Metro makes travel around the city fast, easy, and safe. The apartment itself has a fully equipped kitchen and we appreciated the parking spot behind the building. Danielle could not have been a more responsive host and our visit to Montreal was a wonderful experience!

Fall week in Montreal

Perfect location for our purposes. Very clean. Prospective clients should be told up front regarding the very narrow alleyway to access the parking spot. We were OK but it was tight, and we had a small car.

Great Weekend In Montreal

We had a fantastic stay here. The place was excellent and had everything we needed. Location was good as it’s about a 5 minute walk to the metro so easy to get downtown and to Old Montreal. Danielle was easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.
