This house has an amazing view of downtown San Francisco, w/ a short drive to downtown SF and the SFO airport, tucked away on a quiet hilltop corner lot in a coveted neighborhood. I am an experienced host and strive to make every stay special. The whole place has been renovated and stocked with brand new luxury furniture. Enjoyed the stay

The home was nice. Some of the neighbors homes are poorly cared for. We would stay again. Would recommend more fans when it’s over 80 degrees outside since there isn’t any air conditioning. The home would cool down quicker at night with three fans versus one. Thanks for the nice stay.

Lots of space and great location

Had an excellent time at this house 👍 Walking distance from Safeway and CVS. A 15-20 minute Uber ride to downtown. Clean bathrooms and bedding. Also, very responsive host. Thanks for the excellent experience. (My only feedback is that the dish soap and master bathroom hand soap were swapped for some reason).

Spectacular views and great location. Outstanding and attentive Hosts!

This trip was for a total of 7 people. We had such a good experience at this place. The host was very attentive. John was easy to contact and talk to. We had a small issue with the door lock upon arrival but John ensured he fixed the issue ASAP when I called. He ensured our weekend was worry-free. The place was very clean and had plenty of supplies/amenities for the 3-night stay. The views from the dining area are spectacular and the sunrises over the bay each morning were breath-taking. All the appliances and furnishing are well kept, which made for ease of use. Parking at the place not an issue for our 3 cars. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay here and we would consider this property again. If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable in during Covid lock down, I would recommend. This place was just 10/15 minutes outside of the edge of the City so it made a terrific hub for SF exploration. Thanks John and we hope to be back soon!

Heat wave with a Smokey city

To be honest our stay was pretty miserable. No AC in the house. There was as 90+ degree heat wave and outside it smelled like a camp fire with heavy smoke due to fires. Not to mention no screens on the window so to have them open just let in tons of smoke/ bugs. So the house stayed pretty much unbearable the entire trip. Only one fan in the entire house. Wouldn’t have been so bad if maybe there was some outside furniture on the back patio area to escape the upstairs heat. But alas none. Maybe invest in some patio furniture and small portable AC for the living room.

I can't do anything about the weather. But I always encourage guests to reach out to me if there's anything I can do to improve your stay. If Edan had even asked if there was A/C or told me even that the house was hot, I have portable AC units that I would have brought over. As this property is on the top of the hill, it's actually usually windy and chilly most of the time. I'm sorry Edan, I really wish I had known you were suffering, I would have made it up to you.

Great view! Good Host! Lots of space!

All that is required to check in to a quick home away from home and accommodate a large group is on there. Host was easily accessed. Be prepared to have your itentiary all mapped out driving to restaurants and tourist things all considered as this is nestled wonderfully in residential neighbor away from that. Perfect stay. All amenities. Large kitchen. 2 car parking garage. Lovely space inside ... lots of natural light. A view you will never forget. Large eating table for your gatherings as one group/family for togetherness. 2 story. Lots of towel for all guest provided. Opened windows and enjoyed nice breezes natural cold air flowing through. No complaints AT ALL. GREAT PRICE!

Great Group Holiday

We were looking for a property large enough to hold our extended family for my sons graduation but not outrageously expensive. This house was fantastic...beautiful views and well maintained with a very well equipped kitchen which was great as we cooked a big family dinner on Fri night and did breakfast at home before heading out. It was only 20-25 minutes by Uber into town which was great. Luxury bedding and very comfortable. The host was very communicative and accomodating. I would definitely book this again.

A casa foi totalmente reformada e está muito nova, o até condicionado faz bastante barulho!

Gostamos muito do imóvel, está totalmente novo, porém tem 3 quartos no piso principal e um quarto junto a garagem onde o aquecimento não funcionou adequadamente, tivemos de transportar o colchão para cima para dormir na sala! A Costa e linda e os equipamentos da casa são excelentes, a localização cumpre o prometido. Fácil acesso às atrações! O ar co dicionário fazia barulho para ventilar acima do que os aparelhos split fazem. Havia muitas caixas de eletrodomésticos ainda na garagem e o acabamento eletrico da garagem ainda não estava acabado, não achamos o controle da garagem. No geral uma estadia agradável

Thanks for staying. This was a really unusual guest. I have looked into the heat and have no idea what the complaint is for. It is not at all noisy, and does work downstairs. I would always encourage guests to reach out to me if there's any trouble, as we also could have provided electric room heaters if there was in fact a problem. The garage is under the house and like most garages has exposed structure; it's not a living space. That doesn't mean it wasn't "done". I believe this guest was looking for something to complain about because of an awkward confrontation we had, where they had double booked 2 places with me, and I had to ask them to pick one and cancel the other to avoid blocking the calendar.
