This well-equipped flat can comfortably accommodate eight people, thanks to its four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 100 m² of living space.
The warm, modern living room opens onto the kitchen and dining area to create a cosy atmosphere. Its stone wall cladding and flamboyant furniture in shades of grey give it a character that is as pleasing as it is unique.
Flat B01 has a large terrace with views over the valley. Its large bay window and multiple openings onto the balcony give it all the natural light it needs.
Quietly located in the Béchigne district, "Les 4 éléments" residence, completed in 2016, is just a 15-minute walk from the village centre with its shops, restaurants and activities.
The free shuttle bus stop, just 100 metres from the entrance to the residence, provides easy access to the resort's various ski lifts.
This peaceful, quiet place, day and night, has the charm of Savoyard chalets and all the comforts of modern buildings.

Très belles prestations
Beaux volumes. Bien situé. Bien équipé (manque juste quelques accessoires en cuisine).
Nous avons regretté que rien ne soit jamais déneigé : ni le parking (voiture sur l'emplacement extérieur difficile à ressortir), ni l'escalier (neige, glissant, dangereux).

Lovely apartment, Great Location
A lovely modern apartment, very well apointed and spacious. Very clean, with good linen and towels provided
Lovely large balcony and beautiful views up towards Linga and also down the valley through the great large windows (let in loads of light!)
Loads of bathrooms (3) which is great for a larger group.
Very nice to have a boot warmer in the utility and the tumble dryer was very useful.
Kitchen is well stocked with equipment, if you are planning on self catering there is a supermarket 5 mins drive away, or a smaller casino ( ?I think?) supermarket in the middle of the village
The location is lovely, there is easy access into Chatel village a few minutes walk away, and there is a ski bus stop close by, or covered parking if you drive.
TV has english channels, and a Wii machine attached also wifi available.
Chatel itself is a very nice proper mountain village (ie not purpose built for the ski industry) Avalanche bar was good for a bit of apres-ski and live music later, La fiacre was good for traditional Savoyard food and La Poya was delicious for a bit more upmarket dining. Both highly recommended.
There are plenty of ski hire outlets in the village, but we used skihire 2u who brought our equipment to the apartment and fitted us out here.
The ski area is obviously great but chatel has good access both to the superchatel area and then into switzerland, or towards avoriaz via inga and pre la joux, the lifts wer quick and we had very little queiuing at any time, even for the busy return lifts. out of avoriaz and lindarets.
We had a great time staying here, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone,

Great Base in Chatel
This apartment was perfect as a base for a long weekend skiing. There is loads of space and it has all the facilities for an enjoyable stay. The rooms are all a good size which were immaculately clean. Restaurants, bars, shops and ski hire are all within walking distance. The slopes can be accessed through the Chatel village bus (stop at the top of the drive), although we had a car hired at Geneva airport so appreciated the covered parking.

Spacious and comfy and great for a large group
A comfy and spacious property which was great for our self catering group yet was only a short walk from the village. Chatel is a fantastic resort with access to a huge ski area. Thoroughly recommended.

Stunning well appointed apartment, huge balcony
Stunning well appointed apartment with huge balcony and panoramic views. Everything you could want for a week on the slopes. Plenty of room for a large group. Very comfortable and well equipped. Pretty traditional town within a short walking distance. Great ski area, (can even ski over the border into Switzerland).

Amazing and fantastic :-)
The location is brilliant, the accommodation is fantastic, loads of space and the views are amazing. 3 bathrooms, cosy lounge, boot warmer for lots of ski boots, kitchen and dining area are super. WIFI good, Private and quiet, good parking facilities. Easy access to the large ski area, walking distance to loads of restaurants :-))))

Gorgeous Apartment with Stunning Views
We stayed here for Christmas week which we have done for the past 5 years in Chatel. The position is amazing, being on the corner which makes the most of the views up and down the valley. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped with bedding and towels provided. The wifi was good and the kids loved the English satellite and the Wii with a good selection of games. The boot warmer in the utility room is a great idea! The only kitchen item we missed was tea towels, an essential piece of kit! My only other complaint would be the small bed in the master bedroom, it should really be king size and the room is huge!
We enjoyed meals out at Fiacre and The Chesery. We tend to eat out at lunch time on the mountain and take it in turns with friends to cook in the evenings. I managed to feed 20 using the very large slow cooker!
The skiset shop in the Chalets d'Angeles is very convenient for ski hire, just across the road and the bus stops there too. It is a good 15 minute walk uphill to the centre of Chatel ( the kids are quicker!) less on the way back. Chatel has lots of lovely shops and restaurants and a weekly market on Wednesday, there is a good little supermarket on the top road (Sherpa) but for a bigger shop head down to the Intermarche just out of town.
We really enjoyed our sunny week in Chatel, we were lucky with the skiing but the conditions were getting worse. Hopefully it will snow soon!
One last note, double check where you can park, we were blocked in on the morning of our departure. Fortunately we managed to wake the owner up and she was very nice about it!
