If you are looking for a quiet sanctuary in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, our Casita Del Sol is the place. This fully furnished one bedroom Casita is located on 1.25 acres in North Phoenix. With a private entrance and shaded parking the Casita is situated in close proximity to hiking and biking trails, shopping and dining. With easy access to I-17 and AZ 101, golf, MLB spring training and Barrett Jackson are close at hand. Lounge by the pool by day and enjoy a drink by the fire pit at night. With room for four there is a queen sized bed and a pull-out couch. A little serenity in a desert oasis may be just what you need.

Lovely casita

Very attractive casita that is well decorated and designed. The owners communicate quickly. The grounds, including a pool, fireplace and hot tub are very nice. Good access to the northern Scottsdale/Cave Creek area.

Upscale, remote location

The casita was perfect! Cave creek offers great hiking and restaurants. Highly recommend taking a sunrise hot air balloon ride just down the road. If it’s not on your bucket list it should be. Friendly hosts and private surrounding. I hope to return again.

Long weekend getaway

The casita is wonderful, the scenery is beautiful and the use of the entire yard including the pool, the hot tub, the grill and the gas fire pit was perfect! The hosts live on the property and I was a little nervous that it wouldn’t feel like a private get-away, but they were wonderful - there if we needed them but otherwise left us completely alone. Highly recommend staying here, it was a perfect getaway for my husband and I, we would most definitely go back! Oh and if you stay make sure to drink your morning coffee outside to enjoy watching the hot air balloons every morning, it was quite a treat for us Midwesterner’s :)

Wonderful property

Relaxing, with beautiful views. Away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix but close enough to get to downtown easily. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating!

Great long weekend!

I had a lovely long weekend attending a nearby conference. Perfect location near restaurants and grocery stores, while being out of the city. Eric was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for us

We appreciated the ease of check in, found the casita to be clean and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for us with family just down the road. Eric checked in with us to make sure all was good, and was available if we needed anything. Look forward to returning. Thank you!

Great stay! Perfect for me and kiddos.

This was the perfect place to stay for a trip to Phoenix. The casita was just the right size for me and two kids. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and yard. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Eric was very helpful, greeted us when we got in and was available via text if we needed anything. This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Casita was perfect for us!

The casita was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower is huge, bed and pillows very comfortable. You will not be disappointed with this property. Eric was very responsive whenever needed.

The perfect setting

Very private and quiet, just what we were looking for. Great amenities, great neighborhood to walk in. Close to shopping and restaurants. Whenever we had a question, Eric responded and assisted in whatever we needed we really appreciated that.

Great area

We enjoyed staying for most of the month of February in this property. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Cave Creek and Carefree. We took advantage of nearby hiking options every day. For those wanting to take day trips to Sedona and or Jerome, the area is very convenient. The only difficulty we experienced was at time getting strong internet access which appears to be more an issue of the area as a whole, not the property itself. Since I was working remotely part-time it created some difficulties but was solved by using my phone as a hot spot as needed. Our host was very responsive whenever needed.

Beautiful getaway

The casita is super adorable. Definitely in a backyard, which I knew from reading the reviews. Hosts were incredibly quick with their responses, which I appreciate. We met Eric for a few minutes which was great. About the casita, we were welcomed with a bottle of rosé in the fridge and two Lindor chocolates on the pillows. Love that nice touch. Shower is huge, place was extremely clean, lovely property overall.
