Excellent location, lovely property.

This property has an outstanding location very close to the beach and town centre. The property itself was lovely with good sized rooms and excellent facilities with the spacious swimming, which was used frequently by all, as a tremendous bonus.The hosts were extremely friendly and any small issues were quickly resolved. We are very likely to revisit and would certainly recommend this as an excellent holiday destination.

Family holiday

Lots of space, huge swimming pool and a perfect location. Check in was easy and communication was swift and always helpful. Tranche-sur-mer is a great holiday location with fabulous beaches, Restaurants and things to do. Anne- Marie was a great host.

Amazing Seaside House

We have just returned home from probably our best holiday home ever! Location was perfect- so close to a beautiful beach and busy town, with all restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was large, comfortable and cool in the hot weather. A real home from hone, with everything you could ever need. The owners were very friendly and there if you needed them. Wonderful large pool. Thanks so much!

Perfect holiday home and some amazing memories

Everything about this place was great, the house is tucked away in a small maze of properties so feels cosy and quiet yet is only a few minutes from the main square and the shops and market. Also a few minutes from the main beach which is excellent. The house itself was perfect for us and is lovely, the photos do not do it justice. The best thing though is the heated indoor pool, way bigger than it looks in the photo, its perfect for cooling off and for those days when the weather isnt great for the beach. Our hosts were fantastic, there when we needed them but otherwise unobtrusive. The house is so well equpped, it has everything you might need, thanks for letting us share your amazing home!

Lovely Property

We spent a week here over Easter. Fantastic location 2 mins walk to the beach and centre of town. The property itself is perfect for 6 people, truely home from home with everything you could need in a house. The indoor pool was fantastic, we have had a few and this has been the best by far. The only 1 negative (the reason not a 5 out of 5) is there is no onsite parking, you have to use the car park across the road, itself not a problem, but once in you cannot move the car or you will find it difficult to regain a space, especially on market day. This has not put us off and we have already booked for next year. The hosts were very friendly and accommadating, they live next door. We had an excellent week.

Wonderful location

This is a comfortable house a stones throw from both the town and the beach yet very peaceful. The appliances are modern the kitchen is better equipped than my kitchen at home! The beds are comfortable, the shutters make the rooms very dark and there is a decent shower. This house makes up one side of a courtyard, next door is the owners holiday home and opposite is the garage and pool room. We found the owners to be very friendly and helpful- I did have a lot of queries. The beach is excellent for small children and the town is small and manageable yet there are plenty of cafes, ice cream shops and the market was substantial. Whilst there we hired paddle boards and hired bikes with a chariot for our small children. There seem to be a few options for parking. We were keen to have secure parking and were able to park within the courtyard right at our door. The access is tight but doable. We would definitely return to this house as it was an ideal holiday for small children. My only plea would be for a safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Paradise - and More

Travelled with good friends to stay 10 days at this property. After visiting this area, Le Tranche and Le Terriere for over 37 years I kind of knew what to expect but I have say Anne Marie's home had the wow factor. The whole property together with the owners just oozes Vendeen qualities. The house was even better than the pictures portrayed - so many lovely features and everything needed to make your stay perfect. The outdoor space, the pool and ability to park on site in this tightly packed village are all bonuses. Anne Marie and Michael's warmth and hospitality really made our holiday special. The location makes it perfect if you do not have transport of your own as everything, and I mean everything, is just a stroll away - from sandy beaches to fantastic restaurants and fresh food shops - Paradise indeed. After 37 years we have our own favourite beaches and places to relax - our friends found that out and could not believe how lucky we were to know about such a place. Will we be back - who knows what or where the future holds but rest assured even if we are 100km away we will make time to return to say hello to Anne Marie and Michael. A big thank you from the 4 of us Dianne, Ian carole and Paul

Super séjour

Agréable séjour, dans une très jolie maison tout confort. Besoin de rien d'autre, il y a tout! Le calme, la piscine, la plage et les commerces à proximité. Idéal en famille avec des enfants, quand on ne veut pas s'embêter avec la voiture.La propriétaire est très gentille. Merci on reviendra !

Fijn verblijf en lieve hosts

Wij hebben met ons gezin (2 dochters van 12 en 10) twee heel fijne weken gehad in dit huis. Het contact met de eigenaren verliep goed, ze zijn erv vriendelijk! We hebben genoten van het eigen zwembad en het strand op loopafstand. Als tip in de advertentie zou ik aangeven dat er eigen lakens nodig zijnbij het verblijf.

Maison pleine de charme

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison était bien équipée, calme, et parfaitement située à environ 3 minutes à pied de la plage et 5 minutes du centre-ville. La piscine couverte était un pur régal. Les différents coins terrasses s'adaptent à tous les goûts selon les différentes heures de la journée. Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Everything you could possibly need!

This fantastic property is all you need for a fantastic family holiday. Ideal location for town and restaurants. The surfing beach is great. The property owners are really helpful. We already can’t wait to return.

Au-delà de nos attentes !

Tout était parfait, de l’accueil jusqu’au départ. L’endroit est zen et chaleureux. On a profité de la possibilité de se baigner à n’importe quelle heure, quel bonheur ! Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse.
