House with large sea view terrace in the heart of a hamlet on the south shore of Ajacci

A traditional house located in the heart of a small hamlet a bit isolated, on the popular 'Pointe de la Castagna', not far from the Gulf of Valinco invites to enjoy the sun and laze on the terrace facing the sea. The nearest beach is less than a 15-minute walk away.
In the heart of the hamlet, the house - traditional granite partly and more contemporary for the other part - was built on old wine cellars. The part that we provide - the most contemporary - offers, on the same level (raised), an open kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with separate WC and a large terrace sea side on which you can take your meals.
Quiet and scenery reign in the hamlet but it is away from shops and public transport, a vehicle is essential. However a small grocery store is available within 10 minutes and a restaurant is a few hundred meters from the house.
The House is terraced so we will be your closest neighbors; this allows us to be available whenever you need it.
The Services of the house:
beds prepared for your arrival,
bed linen and towels provided. The change of linen and towels is provided weekly for stays of more than 7 nights.
Terrace equipped for outdoor dining (table and chairs), lounge chairs and loungers.
We ask our guests not to smoke in The House but it is possible to grill one on the terrace, taking care to properly extinguish his butt.
The shutters (louvers) let the air circulate but because of this are not completely blackout.
The transformer of one of the lamppost of the hamlet, side chamber, is a little noisy when it is in operation (humming) but it is out of order at night.
No possibility of barbecue.
This house we have renovated and we live all the rest of the year so we prefer to receive careful and respectful hosts.
From the house you can walk to the pretty family beach of Portigliolo (about 15 minutes) and to the secret little port of Castagna (15 to 20 minutes walk too).
The house is about 40 minutes from Ajaccio airport, 50 minutes from the port and the city center of Ajaccio.
