FULLY FURNISHED Vacation Home well suited for 4 persons.
Minimum Rental Period is 29 days. This spacious and sunny 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes a newly updated master shower (Dec 2020), a gourmet kitchen for cooking up the fresh catch of the day or blending up some frozen Margaritas to sip at the pool! It has all the usual standard equipment, cooking utilities and appliances. This home has central A/C and heat, luxury vinyl floors throughout living area, granite kitchen countertops, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, convection oven/range, washer/dryer combo. You'll have a sunny enclosed lanai with seating for breakfast or lunch.
This is a NON-smoking home in the highly sought-after Quail Run Condos, located near the desirable, gated Peppertree Point area. It is a safe, and well-maintained neighborhood community that’s close to everything!

A wonderful location! Near restaurants', shopping and a great area for walking.

Very comfortable, a cooks kitchen! Michael and Ilona are outstanding hosts, any issues are dealt with right away. We loved our stay and enjoyed our time with the neighbours in this community.

Very pleased!

The condo was perfect! They thought of everything. We didn’t want for anything. The pool was great and all the people made us feel so welcome. We had a fantastic vacation.

Paradise in SW Florida,Sunny Skies, Lovely People and a Wonderful Place to Stay!!!!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Coca's Beach House. Ilona and Micheal were very easy to deal with checked in with us when we got there to make sure everything was okay. The condo was exactly what we expected very clean kitchen was amazing. The grounds and walkways are beautiful and a walk to the pier is a must. Tim the manger does a great job keeping everything up including the pool which was always clean and warm. We are looking forward to returning.

Little bit of Paradise

This property was as it was described in the listing. Beautiful kitchen, well stocked with the essentials. The bed was very comfortable, the ensuite was very nice. The property was lovely to go for walks. The residents were very welcoming. Michael and Ilona are excellent hosts, totally accessible, we had an issue with the air conditioner and they dealt with is right away. Looking forward to retuning next year, Cheers

Had a great time

Condo was furnished with everything needed for our stay. We actually would not have had to bring some of the items we did. Michael and Ilona great to work with and easy to contact. They met us at condo on day of checkin which was awesome. They gave us info on places to visit close by. (restaurants, bars, beaches, ect) Residents at Quail Run very friendly and walking paths around water a definite plus only wish the lanai would have faced the water.

No shortage of supplies

From the beginning the owner (Michael) was in communication about the property and how it fared after hurricane Ian. The location was in close proximity to elderly family residing in the area for the winter. It is close to the Sanibel bridge and Ft. Myers Beach. Close to the grocery store and bars and restaurants. We have rented many properties over the years and this one by far had more spices, supplies, sheets, towels, etc. than any other property we’ve rented. Michael is responsive and friendly and we would definitely rent again.

Better than we expected

Great location; Condo was as advertised...and more. The neighbors of this small condo community are delightful and welcoming. Quail Run is near a variety of restaurants, shops, groceries, several beaches and public golf courses. Enjoyed the bicycles provided and the neighborhood paths to safely cycle or walk in the area. The pool was wonderful & grounds were well maintained. Two different places to rent kayaks nearby and access to a private picnic area and pier overlooking a great expanse of the Caloosahatchee river. Just amazing. Condo was well equipped and kitchen is absolutely lovely. All is exactly as shown online. Would love to come back next year in a heartbeat but owners found a 4 month renter and we are only a one month with a pet that will not qualify next year. Communication with Michael and Ilona was excellent thruout. They answered all questions promptly and were most helpful. New renters next year cannot help but enjoy this wonderful and quiet place. We were graced with at least one season to enjoy this jewel. Thank you Michael and Ilona for your hospitality.

exactly like the pictures

This apartment was in the perfect spot for me, close to family, shopping, and Sanibel. The owner was wonderful to work with, questions were answered immediately. I'm looking forward to hopefully coming back next summer.

Great Location

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay At Coco Beach House Condo! We found it beautifully updated, clean and well furnished. The lanai is a good place to sun, read or catch a nap. Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The neighborhood was great and so were the neighbors. It is very close to lots of cool bars and restaurants. The kitchen and bath were newly renovated and beautiful. Highly recommend it.
