Beautiful Indian Pointe Condo with Breathtaking Lake view! Boat slip available!

Beautiful Condo at Indian Pointe, located at the 17th mile marker, over looking the beautiful lake. Condo will accommodate 5 guests.
Master bedroom has private bath and large closet. Both master bedroom and guest bedroom have King size beds with new mattresses. Roku TV’s are in both bedrooms.
New queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2. Recommended for children.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal.
Unit has washer and dryer.
Balcony has a awesome view of the lake!
Property has 3 pools ( 2 are heated). Tennis courts and basketball court . Beautiful walkway by lake! Great area to fish from docks.
Boat slip is available for an extra charge. Please inquire.

Condo is located close to many restaurants on and off the water. Grocery stores, shopping, golfing, boat and wave runner rentals, and marinas are minutes away.

Stay was fine property as subscribe, but it needs a deep cleaning. There is dust everywhere on top of surfaces top of refrigerator on top of the picture frames and windowsills tops and air vents even on top and lower rim of the mirror over the fireplace. I could write my name in it.

It was all great. Only issue I had was with the king bed mattress in master suite. Seemed uncomfortable to us, “lumpy”. Overall it was a great place and would still stay there again.

Great pet friendly spot

We have stayed here before and it continues to be a go to rental for us. Great location by land and water. Clean. Plenty of area to walk your pet. Inge is always easy to work with. We rent frequently at the lake and this one is great.

Overall experience was good. No slide for the kids however. A couple of nosy neighbors telling us renters where we could and could not take our dog to the bathroom in the complex.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. 10/10 will stay there again. Easy process for check in & out. The beds were so comfy!! The steps were not bad at all. I truly appreciate being able to bring my beagle 🐶 Perfect weekend.
