**Please Read**IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: Building 3 will be having Roof Construction all Summer in 2025 Building 1 & 2 will be having Construction on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings.
Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be Open everyday 9AM to 9PM
This large and comfortable Mountain Green Resort studio is located in the resort's main building. You'll have the convenience of a restaurant, deli, fitness area, and racquetball court all housed in the same building, but, the studio's placement in a quieter area of the building offers the best of both worlds during your stay.
Killington is filled with things to do in any season. For the snowy months, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and tubing. The warmer months offer hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and golf. If you are looking for something a little more adventurous or something family friendly, there is the Killington/Pico Adventure Park just down the road with a mountain coaster, zip lines, and a jump towner among many other activities.
Things to Know
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).
Both elevators in Building 3 will be down due to maintenance from November 6, 2023, until November 9, 2023, from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m.
Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be closed until further notice. The shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter season! The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Please visit the Mountain Green Resort website to get up-to-date status on amenities by clicking the 'Today's Amenities Schedule' link on the home page. The restaurant is closed for the summer season but will re-open for the winter season.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.
Security camera details: Cameras are not located in this home! Cameras are located ouside the MG Buildings, They are also in hallways and common areas.
Ski shuttle details: A short walk to Killington’s Snowshed Lodge, or take the free shuttle bus! During ski season, a free shuttle bus runs the two-minute ride to Snowshed Base Lodge; every 15 minutes on weekends, every 30 minutes on weekdays.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
