We have a guest suite on the back of our house with its own private entrance. Has plenty of boat parking and RV parking with hook ups. Room has a full size bed that sleeps to comfortable. Has great shower, vanity sink, clean toilet. Has mini fridge supplied with water. Has Kuerig one cup coffee maker. Wall mounted TV with Directv. Come with portable AC with remoter for your comfort pleasure. Close to Lake and launch ramp. 3miles from downtown restaurants and shops. Room is decorated with lake theme wall mount for ambiance. Comes with all amenities. Clean towels, shampoo and conditioner, body soap an wash towels. Have chairs out front for outdoor for pleasure and night stars. Please come visit us and enjoy our quint little guest suite!

Great room and wonderful owner!

Jason was so helpful and personable. Our truck battery died and he let us borrow his tools then tried to jump start it. He accommodated us with boat parking on his lot. We loved the room and location. The decor was so cute. Very affordable too!

Best host ever...Jason went above and beyond to accommodate our travel issues due to inclement weather issues. The room was perfect, clean, and super cozy. So grateful and didn't want to leave 😁

We arrived around 7:00 and called The Host and he acted like he didn't know anything about it the room was not ready so we had to go out and entertain myself until he got the room ready then we tried to contact him via message to find out where a trash can was and where the remote for the TV was and he never responded

Clean, quiet, friendly

Jason was a great host, even went out of his way to purchase a microwave which was important to us due to dietary needs. The small unit was just that, small. However I appreciated the rate and not staying in a crowded and noisy two star hotel with lousy ratings and reviews. I would have appreciated a small bedside table as I needed somewhere to put my phone used as my alarm clock, perhaps a chair to sit on since the bed is so low, and a place to hang something like a blouse or jacket. Too much had to be on the floor or kept in my luggage folded. Overall, I would consider staying here again and deal with the small inconveniences. A door lock would be nice as I felt I needed to take some of my belongings with me when I left during the day. The blinds couldn’t be adequately closed for privacy. Thank you Jason for a cute clean place to sleep.

This it was no more than 10 minutes from any thing you would want to do. Jason was an is very nice for a single traveler like myself. Nicely located in north Lake Havasu City with lots of entertainment, dinning and attractions close by. Check in communication was a breeze with Jason. Room was clean, cozy with a nice yard to hang out in. Highly recommend to anyone who will be in the area.

I booked this room for my husband who previously stayed at this location. This time the host did not respond to my phone calls or emails regarding gaining access. When my husband arrived at the guest suite no one was home in the main house. My husband waited in the host’s driveway for over 3 hours for him to come home. Initially my husband was going to request a welfare check (the property was run down compared to his previous stay). He eventually checked with a neighbor. Neighbor advised host was fine and just wasn’t home. My husband ended up booking a hotel. I emailed host advising that I was disputing the charges through my bank. He still hasn’t responded. I don’t think he checks his bookings often enough to see someone has booked his guest suite. Save yourself a headache and DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Just what we needed

We just really needed a place to sleep while having Christmas with my family. It was just what we needed. Nice and clean and the owner was friendly and available if we would have had any issues or problems.

Exactly what I needed

This was exactly as described and what I needed. A clean room with comfortable bed and a shower. The owner was nice to work with. This is a no frills room at a great price.

Cozy room. Caring host

This room made a great getaway, but know upfront that it is a small space. The bathroom and bedroom are good for doing those activities, but there is no extra space for anything else. The owner was always available via text and was quick to respond to any requests.
