Family Friendly, Romantic, Beach Front Resort

Spend a very fun, memorable vacation with friends or family at El Cid Marina Beach, and feel free to enjoy the amenities at the two neighboring El Cid Resorts, El Morro & Granada, as well. You can travel by foot, drive your rental car or get there by the free shuttle that runs from 6:00 am-midnight. If you wish to explore the area, the town of Golden Sound is just a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away from the El Morro Resort. There is a concierge present to help you book any special tours or activities during your stay. For the adults, there is a pool bar, daily happy hours at the various lounges, live music, gym facilities, and romantic dining. For the children there is a "Kids Club" or a "Junior Club" (depending on age) with engaging, fun, age-appropriate activities. At El Cid Marina Beach Resort there are two beautiful pools, a pool slide, a "rock" structure with waterfalls to jump off or peer out from the caves underneath, poolside lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, daily activities & entertainment poolside. There are more quiet pool areas if you prefer not to hear the laughter and ruckus of children in the pool play area. You can enjoy relaxing on the beach, under the shade of a palapa, in the lounge chairs provided. In all locations, the friendly staff will check to see if you need another drink or anything else provided. take great pride in being of service, and will remember you with fondness as the week goes by, you will miss their kindness when your stay is over. This bright one bedroom can sleep four. It has a comfortable king size bed and full bath in the bedroom, with additional sleeping in the living area, which also comes with it's own full bath. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pans, dishware, and utensils. If you need something else, call customer service, they are always happy to be of assistance, day and night. The staff is extremely friendly and there is a very happy, satisfied work environment...They love their jobs, and it shows. Each unit has a balcony with a marina or ocean view, a dining room, a living area, satellite TV (in-room internet can be purchased, but free internet is available in the common areas at the resort). Free airport to resort shuttle is provided (you can make arrangements for the return trip to the airport through the resort shuttle or a local cab service) There are three restaurants at El Cid Marina, or you may wish to enjoy your meals at one of the neighboring El Cid resorts, you can stay in and order from the delicious menu through room service, stroll to a restaurant in town, or if you prefer, you can cook your meals in your room, there plenty of options. El Cid Marina Beach received a 5-Star rating from U.S. News & World Report, and from me, I am a forever fan, staying longer and longer each visit! (You can research the amenities by just clicking on the drop-down menu to the left of the reservation area and clicking through the photo galleries in eager anticipation...Enjoy!!!) Through El Cid Resort there are three meal plans available. The European plan: Only provides accommodations. There is the All Inclusive, and All-Inclusive Elite. Please go to El Cid's website to see what comes with the different plans. I always go with the Elite meal plan, and have no doubt that after a couple of days I have saved heaps by doing so! The food is EXCELLENT. The drinks flow freely on the all-inclusive plans. Check with the resort to obtain the current prices of the available meal plans. Once you have the confirmation number for your stay, you will want to make the purchase so you can start enjoying the luxury of All-Inclusive if you decide to go that route, which I HIGHLY recommend. If you would prefer to "cometh by sea", you can make arrangements for the appropriate slip at the harbor and pay your docking fee by googling: slip rentals with El Cid Marinas in Mazatlan. (I cannot add a link, I have tried) Enjoy everything they have to offer, or at least as much as you can...I'm pretty sure you will be back!!! Their treatment is top-notch without fail in my experience.
