This home has been 100% remodeled! With a beautiful spot directly on Lake Pontoosuc, the new kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace and glass enclosed family room all benefit from the idyllic scenery. There's a view from every room! The home has 5 bedrooms and a convertible playroom with a futon in it. 2 bedrooms have bunk beds plus a full size bed in them. 2 bedrooms have king sized beds and 1 has a queen. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom and it's own balcony overlooking the lake. There's plenty of room for 14-15 guests. There are 2 flat screen TV's, a fireplace, a gas stove and many other upgrades and extras.

Great Ski weekend

Extended family stayed here for a ski weekend.The house was spacious and layed out great so that everyone had their space.

Great location near Jiminy peak

We had a very nice time, the house has lots of room for a large group and had what we needed for a nice short ski vacation. The frozen lake was a very fun experience as well. Owner was responsive helpful and informative. The house is in a great condition, everything is new and updated. Thanks for the stay we hand a very nice time

Lake Life

Great visit to the Berkshires! House was terrific! Loved the different "wings" of the house so there was some separation of guests. Great spot right on the lake, perfect for fishing, kayaking, swimming and just enjoying being lakeside. We had a terrific time.

Amazing stay in the Berkshires

This is our second time back at the lovely home in the Berkshires. It continues to be our favorite VRBO. Clean, well appointed, and the hosts are super accommodating. Than you so much for another wonderful stay!

Great location

Our family had a wonderful stay at the home. It's in a great location, the proximity to the water was a plus, and we enjoyed hanging out in the very spacious common area. We also loved that there was almost like a separate wing/area for each set of bedrooms. It worked out really well for our group. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing house in great location right on Lake.

House is brand new, great location on the lake and beautifully decorated. Also close to hikes and town. Kayaks to go on lake were a huge plus! We went with group of couples but would also be great for 2 families. We will be back!

Wonderful Lake Experience

The house is so spacious and well designed. It was also spotless when we arrived. It is a perfect location that just invites you to relax. There is so much room that even a large group where everyone can have their own space. This is a special place, Enjoy it!

Absolutely Perfect!!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was just perfect. House is clean. Very spacious. Was able to fit all 13 of us comfortably. Definitely want to come back and recommend!!

Lovely for family with children

We are a family of five (children ages 11, 9 and 6) and stayed for 5 nights. Overall, a wonderful experience with canoeing, jumping in the lake, open fire and barbecue, and lots of space for the children to run around. We loved it and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Loved this house

Lovely home; spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for 6 old friends to spend time together in the common areas with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Beautiful setting. Perfect.

Awesome house for a large group! Great Location

The house has been recently renovated and is gorgeous. We had five couples and the space was perfect plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. Location was great we all skied at Jiminy Peak about 12 min away and town and grocery store was close by too. The house owner and manger were both super responsive as well. Already planning a second ski trip and stay here next year.

Beautiful home for vacation

Thanks Rhonda for letting us use your house again. We had an awesome time on our vacation. As usual the house was immaculate when we arrived and it had everything we needed. We will miss watching the sun rise over the lake. We hope to rent again from you soon!

Great property for a group getaway!

Rented for extended family for a wedding in the area. Very well appointed house and very quick response to our questions. Beautiful lakefront location with dock and fire pit. Clean and good layout. My only word of caution is that the beds were not very comfortable, but otherwise wonderful.

Lovely Berkshires Property on a Lake

This is an excellent, well maintained property smack on Lake Pontoosuc. The property is well located near the major Berkshires attractions including Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow. We were able to sleep 7 easily utilizing the four bedrooms and the television room. My friends used the property's kayaks and enjoyed the lovely lake.

Everything we hoped for....

This was an absolutely perfect property for my group of long time friends who stayed here together to celebrate our 65th birthdays. We could all be together easily in the kitchen area by the fire or the living room area facing the lake. The house is wonderfully decorated and so so clean. We enjoyed it thoroughly and it was perfect for us.

Perfect weekend!

This was a very nice clean property. The layout of the house is well done because it allows for the families to spread out. It was great that they supplied all the essentials. The property manager was easy to reach and responded quickly. The kayaks were wonderful to have as well. Very comfortable vacation!

We've had such a great time sharing this special place with other families that when another home became available on the same block, we snatched it up, remodeled it entirely. We now own 4 homes on the lake and truly enjoy sharing this magical spot. We hope you love it as much as we do.
