This property is two single level, 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath villas side by side. Located on the second fairway of the Pacifico Golf Course and a mere 5 minute walk to the beach.
While staying with us you will enjoy private access to 4 beach clubs, which serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as provide towels, lounge chairs & umbrellas and also offer access to ocean activities and spa treatments. There are also 'kiddie' pool areas for the kids at several of the beach clubs. (fees apply)
Each villas features a spacious combination kitchen/living/dining room area that opens onto a partially covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, a private dipping pool, and views of the ocean and the Pacifico Golf Course. The villa has recently been remodeled with all new kitchen appliances & bedroom furnishings, as well as a state of the art water filtration system.
The villas include a full service concierge service capable of arranging private chefs, pre-arrival food and beverage shopping, airport transportation, tours, surfing, fishing, massages, dinner reservations. The villas also include daily housekeeping services and two 6 person golf carts.
As our guest you will also have the privileged use of our Premier Punta Mita Golf Club Membership which gives you access to a number of additional features that include access to both Jack Nicholas signature golf courses, Pacifico, with the "Tail of the Whale" hole, and Bahia golf course, as well as access to the tennis and fitness center (fees apply).

We stayed at the two adjoined homes over the Christmas holidays with our five adult children, their partners and two grandchildren. The houses are well designed to give a large group plenty of space, privacy and excellent common areas to enjoy . All the resort areas are easily accessible from the house via the golf carts. We truly enjoyed our vacation.The concierge Eli was excellent at setting up the details before we arrived. We enjoyed the in-house chef services of Chefrick for a number of breakfast and dinners. The food was better than most resort restaurants, the staff was excellent.The housekeeper was excellent and worked around our large group and the two small children.Overall, I would highly recommend this home.

Magical Family Trip to Punta Mita

Our Family trip was 14 people: 8 adults and 6 children. It was a magical trip!!! The property was beautiful and in pristine condition. The concierge engaged with us several weeks before we arrived and handled the logistics some restaurant reservations and secreting a chef for breakfast every day and for 4 dinners. Everyone had a fantastic time!!We all hope to come back!!

Wonderful Family Vacation at Las Palmas Villas 23 & 24

Our family of 9 adults enjoyed a wonderful week at Las Palmas Villas 23 and 24. The view from the patio and plunge pool across the golf course to the ocean is amazing. Both Villas are beautifully appointed and so comfortable. The staff (Eli, Jaqueline and Lupita) were kind, friendly, professional and did a wonderful job making our trip all the more memorable. We are already planning our return.

Perfect spot for 2 families

Have never been to Punta Mita before. This property was located on the fairway of hole two of the Pacifico golf course. Centrally located to all of the beach clubs getting around the community was easy as well as getting into the small town of Punta Mita. Lots of great restaurants to enjoy in the small town. All of the staff within the beach clubs were very friendly and helpful. The concierge at our property recommended a great chef to come in and cook for us as well. Would highly recommend that we would definitely return to this property again if it was available the next time we came down.

Fantastic Stay in Paradise!

I can't say nice enough things about our stay. This is our second time staying at this house. Years ago we rented one of the two houses that Suzanne owns, prior to the houses being completely updated. This time we rented both houses (they are located next to each other) to celebrate my 40th birthday with 4 other couples. The houses are so beautiful and freshly remodeled. Everything was so clean. This location is wonderfully located on Hole 2 of the Pacifico golf course, and a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. There are also amazing sunsets from pool and a nice ocean view. We are already planning our return to this home! Thank you Suzanne!

Amazing family vacation!

My family and I just returned from a week long stay at this property. We were a large group of extended family ranging from toddlers to older adults and the property fit the needs of everyone! It was great spreading out between the 2 houses and easy to go back and forth. The house was spotless when we arrived and we were met by the property manager/concierge, Eli. Eli was a great resource for us throughout the week and prior to our arrival. He did everything from set up rides to and from the airport, restaurant reservations, excursions, and the private chef. I would highly recommend the chef he booked for us (we used him for both breakfasts and dinners), Chefrick We loved the daily housecleaning as well as the heated pools, beautiful sunset views and layout of the properties. Thanks for a great trip!

It was a wonderful location and villa. We had 7 adults and 5 older teens. Punta Mita beach clubs are excellent. The tennis center with pickleball courts was nice & we used it everyday. The fitness center is an additional charge which we didn’t know. And as renters, you’re not allowed access until noon which I thought was absurd if you’re paying to have access to it. We had ChefRick as the cooks for breakfast everyday & dinner 3 nights. Daniel and Alejandro were excellent! The food was delicious and better than anything we ate out at the beach clubs or at the town restaurants.

Perfection in a Punta Mita

Everything about this property works: location, conveniences offered (golf carts to get around, groceries delivered, daily house cleaning) and relaxation galore. We rented both villas to accommodate a family gathering - ample space to accommodate the 9 of us. Both villas are immaculate, tastefully decorated and offer everyday appliances and conveniences. Loved watching golfers while we had morning coffee/breakfast, the choice of pool time or beach (and which beach!),and ability to head in town for dinner or hang out at “home” then buzz over to the Beach club to catch the best sunsets, evening cocktails and easy dinner. Booking was a breeze, the owner responded quickly, has a binder compiled of “how tos” while staying there which is super thoughtful and her welcome team could not have been more helpful arranging transportation, grocery deliveries and anything else we needed. It was very hard to leave this shangri-la - already thinking of the next “excuse” to get back!

A great vacation for 3 generations

The property is great! The decor feels fresh and airy. The master bedrooms are large enough to accommodate 2 suitcases, 2 golf bags, tennis bags and pool/beach bags. Excellent sheets and towels! Everything in LP 23 & LP 24 works properly; plumbing, electrical, windows, locks, lights, fans, AC. (This is especially important of the air conditioning. I've stayed twice at a large home on the point where the air conditioning didn't work well, doors didn't close/seal properly - which allows loss of cool air and insects to enter. ) The swimming pools were cool and refreshing (that can be an issue in August... keeping pools cool); the outdoor furniture was comfortable and well maintained. The outdoor areas are comfortable with plenty of shade until about 2:00 (in August - these patios orient west so afternoon/evening sun is to be expected). The central courtyard gives some distance between bedrooms (we heard very little from our fussing (aka screaming) 10 month old nephew. Housekeepers were quick and efficient. We hired Lupita (housekeeper) to provide breakfast in the mornings - her food and presentation were excellent! The golf carts are a fun part of the vacation for all three generations in our party. The beach cruisers were fun and came with baskets/cup holders and a working lock that we used in town. These properties worked very well for our group of 14 ranging in age from 77 years to 10 months. We've traveled to Punta Mita 4 times as an extended family because it is secure, offers activities for everyone in our group (surfing, fishing, walking/running, golf/tennis, beach clubs, restaurants, shopping in Punta Mita). Access to the beach clubs was a high priority for us and this property met our expectation completely; we had a bad experience accessing one of the clubs on a previous trip. This time everything went perfectly. Thank you Suzanne for loaning your lovely homes to us!

grandparents, kids, grandkids all had a great vacation

It worked perfectly. Newly, peacefully decorated (Nice master suites!). Excellent courtyard design. New kitchens with everything you need but you don't need it because the housekeepers are wonderful breakfast cooks and kind, sweet people. Hire a chef for dinners and splash around in the pools. Walk down to sunsets and read and sleep. Zoom around on the golf carts. Use the staff. They are excellent and ready to help you. We hope our schedules all line up again so we can come back fast.

Palmas 23 and 24 were excellent for our group of 4 families. We had 8 adults and 7 children under 8 years old. Our kids loved the use of the two pools along with the beach and pool clubs each day. The adults loved the chef service, golf and spas. The properties were both very well equipped and Max did a great job as the concierge meeting our every need :)

Fantastic first stay at Punta Mita

Max was great to communicate with and the property was perfect to separate the teenagers in one villa and the adults in another. Chef led dinners were exceptions. Bonus was fantastic surf 15 minute cart ride away.

Wonderful Trip

We loved this place and would book it again. The 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids ages 2-10) rented both Palmas 23 and 24. Very private at the end of the road. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and the constant sound from the waterfall in the courtyard permeated the house and was very relaxing. Each unit came with a large golf cart that we could take to four or five different beach clubs, which were all lovely. Max Meza, the concierge, was a great help in booking restaurant reservations in town, chefs who made fabulous meals, activities for the kids, and transportation to Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta. We hope to return.

Family Celebration

A perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and 70th birthday with our family. The properties were the perfect set up for our large family. The living areas were great for gatherings and the bedrooms offered a quiet peaceful getaway at night. The golf carts provided a fun way to get to the beach clubs and local restaurants for dinner. Lupita was a rock star and went above and beyond. Thank you Suzanne for sharing your home with us. We have a lifetime of memories.

Best family vacation ever!

Punta Mita is a spectacular resort community, unlike anywhere else in Mexico. We purchased the villa next door in 2015 as our second home and wanted an extra place for friends and family to stay when visiting.

The two villas feature expansive indoor-outdoor living areas and are very light and welcoming. It's a quick walk or golf cart ride over to the Pacifico Beach Club, or along the fairway to the famed 3B golf hole, and close to everything in Punta Mita! The gourmet kitchen as well as large, covered terraces provide for wonderful indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen means coffee is close, as well as convenient breakfasts, snacks, or cocktails. Also, there's a lovely plunge pool on each the patio, heated in cooler months. The villas are very peaceful and quiet, and they overlook the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico course in Punta Mita, with views to the ocean and the famous 3B Island hole. Being inside the gates of Punta Mita, means you also enjoy dining privileges at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts at Punta Mita.
