Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the private backyard and patio. Includes WiFi, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, mugs and wine glasses. Also available in rec room 42" tv and an assortment of board games. The basement has room for extra storage for bikes, golf clubs, stroller etc.

Two spacious bedrooms with Queen beds and your own separate entrance complete with private bathroom.

Note: Our home is located only 2 blocks from the Hospital for those visiting or planning for day surgery. Patio table & chairs in the backyard. Our shed has a shared full sized fridge for your outdoor patio drinks. 4 blocks from Leir Street you can pick up the KVR trail and cycle, jog or walk the famous Canada Trail.

Note: Hot Tub is not available and is for home owner use only.

Worth Coming Back To

Great location

A great place to stay in Penticton. It was within walking distance for restaurants and shopping. Very close to the Naramata wine region. A lovely 2 bedrooms, spacious sitting room and beautiful bathroom. The information was very helpful and very well laid out and complete. We totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you, James and Louise

Excellent stay

Penticton Suite

Very clean and well appointed suite. The hosts are kind, accommodating and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the unit has everything you need including a nice coffee bar. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent week in Penticton!

Came up for hockey and decided to change up the usual hotel and go VRBO. Loved everything about this place. Few blocks from Safeway, fast food, great Greek restaurant and easy 20-25 minute walk to downtown. Coffee pods, cream and sugar and juice boxes in the fridge - what a nice touch. Really appreciated the DVDs, books, cards - could have stayed another week easy!

Lazy Days on Leir

Beautiful home! Beautiful back yard! Owners we’re very friendly. Neighborhood was quiet and great. Appreciated they put snacks and juice in the suite for us. Provided coffee, tea, and even cream in the fridge! Definitely staying here again!!

We stayed for five nights while doing the Penticton gran fondo. The location was perfect. James and Louise were wonderful hosts, finding us everything we needed, setting up the BBQ for us to use with a couple of friends for dinner, etc. Very quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Loved the birds!!

Hockey Trip with family

Great space. As advertised. It’s very well equipped. Seems a-lot larger than the description. Bedrooms are at either end so some good privacy if you had multiple families staying there. Very clean and quiet. Only small issue is there’s no freezer for keeping ice cubes and the plumbing in the unit all drains into a small pump chamber that comes on every time you flush the toilet or have a shower. It’s noisy but doesn’t run for long. Only a problem if you’re using the plumbing late at night or early in the morning when other guests are sleeping. We would definitely recommend this space to others.

Better Than Expected

We were very happy with our stay. The place was nicely decorated, felt very homey, and was roomier than we expected. The hosts were great to deal with; I needed to borrow a screwdriver to replace the battery in our vehicle's electronic key and they got one for us quickly. We were also able to use their propane grill and patio table to enjoy a nice meal outside.

Perfect hosts. A tad of a walk to the festivities but was perfect for us as we wanted to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of things. Will stay here again if we come back to town!

Great experience all around

My daughter and I were in town for the weekend for a softball tournament and needed a place to stay. Most of the team was staying at a sketchy hotel on the beach but I decided to look for something nicer and man am I glad I chose this place. It was absolutely perfect! Super cute, clean, spacious, and fully loaded with everything you could need. Soooo much better than a hotel and very reasonably priced. The hosts were very friendly and the whole prices was a breeze. Highly recommend!!

So comfortable

We had such a great time here. We were safe, warm and cozy. Everything has been thought of from the rainy day games, to the beach books, to the tea and honey in the kitchen. We wanted for nothing. It was really convenient being close to everything that we needed for any kind of shopping and we were treated so well. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We stayed from October 4th to November 4th, 2021. Perfect location in residential Penticton. Quiet neighborhood. Well supplied kitchen. Hosts were very gracious and afforded us complete privacy plus accommodated the few extra requests we had. Feel actually we became friends that was how relaxed the atmosphere was. Thank you Louise and James, we now have a go to place the next time we come to visit our daughter and family in Penticton.

Book here and you will find a spotless suite, I mean the cleanliness is over the top, everything that was provided with made me and my sister feel like welcomed and cared for, from some coffee and tea to spices and beach towels, everything you need in the shower, even a little tube of toothpaste and a razor! a nice big bag to bring cold supplies from the grocery store, books, magazines, and many toys for kids, crayons and new supplies not even unwrapped , and games for adults as after a long day in the heat of beautiful Okanagan, we were happy to come in our cozy air conditioned suite and play some games at happy hours! It was so comfortable, quiet, beautiful, and even if a basement suite, it is cozy and you have access to a beautiful backyard where we have had a couple diners there is an outside fridge if needed a BBQ, and do no hesitate because of the location, it is not like downtown Penticton, it is in a nice quiet neighborhood right in the middle of the 2 lakes, very close to a small mall with Safeway, pharmacy, dollar store and liquor store, and Main Street with all the major chain restaurant, stores, mall and so on with Skaha Lake at the end of this strip, which we have spent sunny days creating memories my sister and me. Louise and James are very discreet, I saw mainly Louise and she was very nice! I would go back and already told some friends about it. Thank you for sharing your house! Josée and Francine.

5 Stars all the way

Every amenity has been considered and provided. Living area is comfortable and homey with blankets, cushions, entertainment, and games. The two bedrooms are spacious and inviting. Clean beyond clean in every corner, nook and cranny. This is easily the best choice for a VRBO in Penticton.

There was no privacy what so ever. I felt like I was under surveillance. I left for an HR and had been locked out when I got back. They entered the suite, cleaned it and locked it from the inside. I had 2 girlfriends over for an HR or two which they considered traffick. I am 39yrs old and should not feel like I am staying in my parents basement when I was 16. Never again will I stay there
