Gorgeous Luxury Deer Valley Mansion Sleeps 30+!

In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike other residential homes, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home.

Please come retreat from the world at your own private sanctuary.

Welcome to this gorgeous Deer Valley home! Your stay will be amazing and you will want to come back again and again. 10 luxury bedroom suites with private bathrooms, there are and additional 1.5 common area bathrooms a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, room to park 7 vehicles and beautiful Park City Valley mountain views. Additional amenities include a home gym, full theater/game room setup.

This property is located just a few minutes drive from Park City Main St. where you can enjoy the best shopping, dining and nightlife Park City has to offer.

Looking to catch the first chair at one of our world class ski resorts? This property is a 5 minute drive from the lifts at Deer Valley Ski Resort or Park City Mountain Resort.

Due to recent large parties and noise infractions we now have the following house rules in place. By booking this home you acknowledge agreement with and adherence to the following house rules:

1. You will only have 7 vehicles at the home.
2. You will not park on the road. You will only park in the driveway or in the garage.
3. You will not produce any loud outside noise after 9 PM. This includes coming home late at night, being outside on the deck or patio etc...

The above rules are not hard to follow. And if followed you will have a wonderful stay, enjoy your vacation, enjoy the neighborhood and have no problems.

If you any of the above rules are broken your Security Deposit will be immediately forfeit.

We are so sorry for the strict rules but by having them in place it ensures that you and your guests will have a wonderful and uninterrupted stay.

If you aren't 100% confident that you can abide by these rules please do not book this home! We would hate for you to lose your deposit and or be made to leave the home.

Wendy, the property manager, is great. Her availability is excellent, and she gets back to you quickly. What you see on the VRBO website for bedrooms is misleading. There is actually only one bedroom with a queen size bed. The other 12 have bunkbeds. In some of the rooms the top bunk is just a few feet from the ceiling. Beware the neighbors - during our stay one of our party went into a neighbor’s lawn briefly to take a picture of a fake moose they have in their front yard. That neighbor complained to Wendy that we were trespassing on their property.

Unfortunately, Vrbo doesn’t currently provide an option to specifically list bunk beds, which is why I had to indicate that those rooms have two beds. I also included a more detailed description in the “About this property” section. That said, I’m very sorry if the sleeping arrangements weren’t what you were expecting, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I’m also sorry about the situation with the neighbors. Sometimes it’s the little things that can set them off, and I apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort that may have caused during your stay. The upside is that the home is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. You guys were great guests, and we would absolutely love to host you again. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience!

The perfect house for a large group, and a fantastic location. The property was very clean and the property manager was so helpful and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.

Host was helpful getting checked in. House was in good shape…not great shape. Several places need maintenance from water damage. Two of the dining room chairs were broken down in the back.

This was a work trip, the house was set up perfect with rooms and living area. Highly recommended. Loved that every room had its own bathroom inside the bedroom. Beds were all comfortable. Living area was big.

Hi Lisa, thank you so much for your feedback. This home really is awesome, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. As part of our pre-service, we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of Paper Towels for the Kitchen. I appreciate you letting us know, this may not have been enough so we can plan accordingly for future guests. We have also added garbage bags, and more Tupperware for leftovers. Again, great feedback. Thank you for being such an awesome guest, we hope to host you again in the future.

Perfect Ski Offsite Lodging

Very spacious with 16 coworkers in the house. The house was an absolute hit! Everyone loved it, and absolutely perfect location for Park City and Deer Valley! Highly recommend.

My family and I stay in this home every year. It's a gorgeous home with room for everyone. They really did think of everything you could need, it's very clean and comfortable. We will always be back.

Amazing Home

This is the coolest house we have ever stayed in. The game room downstairs was a huge hit, I love that it has a gym, and it was really well stocked with everything we needed. Management was easy to talk to and always available. This home was the center of our fantastic vacation!

Spacious home

This house is really beautiful. It's very clean and very well decorated, we really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen and living room are huge giving us plenty of space to hang out as a family without feeling on top of each other. We had a great time!

Nice House

House is big and designed for large groups sleeps a lot of people. We hit a weird week with three feet of snow just before we arrived so lost use of some bedrooms but other than that it was a nice house.

Great house

This house is amazing, it has everything. Huge, spacious, and nicely decorated. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. The customer service and communication with the Property Manager was great, very friendly and easy to work with. I wouldn't change a thing about this home, we look forward to next year! Also, great location.

We are a family of fellow travelers. We stay in vacation rentals all over the US and sometimes outside of the US. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of our own guests. When you are happy we are happy! We love the live in the Park City, UT area. There is nowhere better in our opinion. The skiing, mountain biking, community events, concerts, restaurants, people, hiking, etc.. are unparalleled! And the fact that you can get to Park City so quickly through the Salt Lake City international airport is incredible. We are only 30 minutes away! It's incredible!

We just finished this property in July of 2021. It's gorgeous and has amazing views and is set in an amazing neighborhood. We are just a few minutes drive to the base of Deer Valley Mountain where you can enjoy year around action. There is so much to do in every season. Just ping me and I"ll send you a list.

We are about 5 minutes away from Old Town Park City and Park City Mountain. So you are right in the action. The home is gorgeous. The views are incredible. You are close to everything and we sleep 30! What's not to love!
