This former farmhouse was renovated in 1982 and in 2000.

The locality where the cottage is located is at
- 1 km from the village of Saint-Martin Sepert
- 4 km from Saint-Ybard (grocery, bakery)
- and 7 km from Lubersac (all shops, municipal swimming pool).

The property is near the farm owners.
It is also near a horse farm.

The cottage has a private terrace at the front and rear with a private lawn area at the rear and a private outdoor parking.

The house has one floor with:
- Ground floor: a large living room including a kitchenette 70 m2, toilet and utility room,
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with small dressing room and a bathroom with toilet.

In terms of equipment, there are:
- on the ground floor: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas cooker (with oven and 4 burners), microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (filter), cutlery, glassware, dishes , TV, pullout sofa bed.
- Upstairs: a large double bed, two single beds (bed linen provided if stay of 7 nights or more), chest of drawers, desk, extra mattress,
- for outside: garden furniture, barbecue.
