Casale unique, silence, privacy, nature, 15 km from the sea. The old farmhouse has been recently renovated with stones, bricks, terracotta floors and exposed beams, is located in the middle of 10 acres of land occupied by forests, olive trees, flowers and large pastures where horses and deer live free. The enchanting landscape, overlooking the sea, you can enjoy even while sitting on the veranda (heated) or sipping a drink by the pool. The new chlorine-free pool (9 meters x 4 with electrolysis system) has a depth of 1.30 meters and is equipped with deckchairs, sun beds, umbrellas, shower and barbecue. While for most sports a beautiful multi gym. The house, on the ground floor, consists of:

little terraces where you will find a kitchen made to measure and a relaxation area, - 2 bedrooms 4-6 persons, 1 bathroom with shower. While upstairs there are: -1 kitchen with wood-burning stone oven, - 1 lounge with fireplace, -2 bedrooms 4-6 persons, - 1 bathroom with shower. The nearest towns are Pesaro and Fano, large areas and tourist resorts. The countries surrounding the area: Monteciccardo, Mombaroccio, Sant 'Angelo in Lizzola, are of medieval origins and offer culinary and wine products typical of the Marche. Taking a short trip by car can reach Rimini, San Marino, Gradara, San Leo, Frasassi Caves, Urbino (UNESCO heritage), Riccione,, and many other places and attractions like the water park AQUAFAN, OVERSEAS, L 'ITALY IN MINIATURE, AQUARIUM OF CATHOLIC, FIABILANDIA etc .. etc .... In the area you can go hiking or biking through landscapes and villages of rare beauty.

Quiet and beautiful location and house, nice pool

Had a good time in the house with our friends. A warm and friendly welcome from the owner/family of the house. Very nice pool and view over the valley. The pizza oven are great. The gravel road to the house are a little steep and bumpy, but we got used to it.

Fantastic house and the property manager was the most service minded host we have ever mer.

The hostes Fabrizio and Manila made us feel so welcome! They helped us with everything such as the best places to eat, where to bath and where to try winetasting. They even helped our son when he got ill. They where beyond friendly, the best hostes ever! And the house and surroundings where extraordinary. We never wanted to leave the pool - that view was the most beautiful we have seen. Thank you Fabrizio and Manila!

Lovely tranquil property with great views.

The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here.

New year s' Eve in Tenuta Vendrosella

We spent the new year s' Eve in this wonderful Villa / farmhouse with our friends. The place is located on the marches hills near Pesaro. The villa has all the comfort you might need. Two big appartaments one on the first level with 2 big rooms, a really nice kitchen with wood Oven closed to the living room with a big fireplace. Outside we also use the big barbecue to cook the meat for the feast. On this level there was also a little dish washer and a washing machine in the bath. The second apartment on the swimming pool level has an extraordinary view on the landscape due to the big veranda. There is a big living room and kitchen, two rooms and a bathroom. Also here we had all the comfort : dishwasher and washing machine. What we appreciated was that all was available: woods for fireplace, pellet, dishes, glasses, every kind of pot etc etc also towel and Bed sheet are included. The place was very clean and comfortable. We really woul like to thank the owner Fabrizio that was constantly in contact with us and support us for any kind of needs always with a smile on his face. Many many thanks Fabrizio We forgot the stress of the ordinary day during our visit. We recommend this place to all people that would like to spent some days far from the chaotic life immersed in the complete nature. Filippo e Lucia

The perfect holiday

Thank you for the perfect stay. We we´re eight adults and a five month old baby living together. Me, my husband, the baby and another couple lived in the apartment upstairs which was perfect, we called it the breakfast apartment while we woke up so early and could serve the others breakfast. Down stairs functioned as a lunch and dinner space, close to the barbecue, sofas, the pool and the stunning view over the Marche landscape. The pool was great since it was salt water. Our baby could even bath in it and I am not sure I would have done that in a clorine pool. Fabrizio was so helpful with everything, he came directly if we had problems or questions. One day we also had a bag of fresh zuccinins that tasted deliciuos after a minute on the berbecue. One thing that I thought of after was that maybe you could fill up both kitchens with some more glasses, cups and plates, also plates for putting food on by the table. Perhaps some more sharp knives would have been great to. We also used the grand pizza oven the last night, it was magnificent! We had the best pizzas in that oven. Bought fresh dough from the store, and a lot of wonderful ingredients and then we fired up the oven for about three hours and we had a pizza party. Best night ever! The place is really remote and quite and the surrondings are great for exploring and jogging. The closest little food store in St ANgela in Lizzola was great and they had everything we needed to put on the table. But we also did trips to an amazing Simply Supermarket in (i think) it was called Vallefoglia. We never went to Rimini but we took a trip to Pesaro, a lovely town on the coast not far away (maybe 20 minutes by car). One day we did a trip down to the beches south of Ancona (Sirolo) and that was really beautiful, calm and not that many tourists. BUT, the republic of San Marino was not a nice place to go to. So if you are planning a day trip go to the historic city of Urbino instead, that was beautiful and they had great restaurants and a lovely gelateria. Once again THANK YOU Giommi family! Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Haus. Es ists rustikal und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir wurden toll empfangen. Sie haben uns die beiden Wohnungen gezeigt und wie alles funktioniert- Hoftor, Spülmaschine, Licht für das Gelände usw. Die Kommunikation war wirklich einfach und unkompliziert. Fabrizo hat uns ganz viele Tips wegene Müllentsorgung, Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geschickt. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Der Weg zum Haus bis nach Pesaro Zentrum dauert ca. 25 Minuten und ist über eine kurvenreiche Landstraße. Man ist wirklich ungestört in dem Haus und die nächsten "Nachbarn" liegen gegenüber und kann man nur erahnen. Ein tolles Grundstück! Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 Kindern und 1 Hund und hatten viel Spaß. Vielene Dank dafür!!!

Familienurlaub

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche verbrachtDas Haus und das Grundstück sind top gepflegt und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Es gibt einen Grill und einen Pizzaofen. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Aussicht rundherum ist für uns ein absolutes Highlight gewesen. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre durch die Alleinlage des HausesFabrizio und Manila waren sowohl beim Ein wie auch beim Auschecken supernett und jederzeit ansprechbar! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche und es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt!Mille grazie

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsen und 4 Kindern Anfang Juni bei wunderschönem Wetter in diesem Haus. Die Kinder liebten den Pool, das große Gelände und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Küchen und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was für eine große Familie erforderlich ist.Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß ist klimatisiert, im oberen Bereich hätten wir uns an ein paarTagen eine Klimaanlage gewünscht.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich und waren für Fragen, Ausflugstipps immer erreichbar.Ancora grazie mille Fabrizio e Manila per il nostro bellissimo soggiorno!

Einfach perfekt

Unser Vermieter sind ganz tolle, sehr freundliche Italiener. Das Haus ist riesig und perfekt sauber und mit viel Liebe renoviert worden . Der Pool ist sehr schön und auch hier ist alles perfekt sauber und neuwertig . Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Vacances au calme

Un endroit merveilleux en pleine nature . On y accède par un petit chemin de 1km .. piscine nickel et hôtes d’une très grande gentillesse … idéal pour profiter pour prendre du repos dans un grand calme … seul petit bémol il est précisé sur l’annonce qu’il y’a la climatisation hors elle n’est que dans la véranda cependant les murs très épais de cette ancienne maison rénovée atténuent la chaleur

Fantastisk hus i meget smukke omgivelser

Vi var en familie på 8 personer og vi havde en rigtig god ferie i dette fantastiske hus. Alt fungerede perfekt og vores værtspar sørgede for en god velkomst og gav gode oplysninger om restauranter, indkøbsmuligheder mv. Poolen blev brugt flittigt af både voksne og børn, specielt da temperaturen ofte kom over 35 grader. Vi kan bestemt anbefale dette sted.

Vraies vacances

Merci pour ce séjour qui était vraiment parfait. Aucune amélioration à suggérer. On sent que Fabrizio et Manila ont à cœur de partager ce lieu. Nous avons été accueillis avec des vins et produits du terroir, avons reçus de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses, la vue, la maison, sa propreté, les moustiquaires, le four à pizza, le bbq, la piscine sa taille et température parfaite, nous recommandons sans hésitation. Petit conseil : lorsque le GPS vous dit que vous êtes arrivés continuez à suivre route sur 500 mètres et c est sur la gauche juste avant l'arrêt de bus. Les habitants des alentours sont très serviables, souriants. Une vendeuse du petit magasin A&O parle bien français. Vous trouverez une excellente viande à la boucherie de Sant Angelo et le vin Guerrieri est meilleur et moins cher qu'au Coventino. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Zwei Wochen Paradies

Ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Anwesen inmitten üppiger Natur (incl. Glühwürmchen und Stachelschweine) ganz für sich allein. Perfekt für Kinder und Hunde geeignet, nur die Pferde hören zu. Die Gastgeber Fabrizio und Manila sind super freundlich und entgegenkommend und helfen sofort selbst in ausweglosen Lagen. Die Giommis sind leuchtende Vorbilder der italienischen Gastfreundschaft! Die Nahversorgung mit dem Supermarkt in Sant'Angelo ist sehr gut. San Marino, Urbino, Fano, der Naturstrand von Fiorenzuola und die Höhlen von Frasassi sind Ausflüge wert. Wenn es kalt wird, backt euch Pizza, dann wird euch warm!

Fabrizio en Manila zijn speciaal voor ons langer opengebleven en waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het verblijf is geweldig en een absolute aanrader voor wie in Marche wil verblijven.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein wunderbares Haus um zur Ruhe zu kommen, viel Platz, viele verschiedene Sitzbereiche, toller Pool, Kicker, Tischtennis, Volleyball… etc der Pizzaofen war unser Highlight! Genug Platz für zwei Familien! Danke es war ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub !

Meiner Bewertung von letztem Jahr ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Das alte Bauernhaus ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in atemberaubender Lage auf einem Hügel. Der Salzwasser-Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und wurde durchgehend genutzt. Die Vermieter Manila und Fabrizio sind unglaublich nett und helfen wo sie können. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Super Lage, einfach traumhaft!

Periphere Lage für Urlauber, die die Zeit mit ihren Lieben genießen wollen. Halbe Stunde mit dem Auto vom Strand entfernt. Top ausgestattete Küche und urige Einrichtung, hat uns sehr gefallen! Nettes kleines Schwimmbad, Tischtennis und Calcetto, also für jeden was dabei! Superfreundliche Vermieter, die keinen Wunsch offen lassen und sofort zur Stelle sind, sollte ein Problem auftreten. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen!

Ein ganz toller erholsamer Urlaub. Diese Ruhe findet man kaum noch heutzutage. Der Ort ist absolut kein Touristengebiet, was wir aber sehr gut fanden. Das Haus ist toll und gut ausgestattet, es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Der Garten mit Pool war das Highlight. Auch für die Kinder war es nicht langweilig, Tischtennis, Kicker, Sportplatz mit Volleyballnetz....da war immer was los. Die Vermieter sind ganz liebe Menschen, die sofort zur Stelle waren wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Sie haben sich sofort gekümmert. Im Dorf und auch in der näheren Umgebung spricht kaum jemand Englisch, daher ist der Google Übersetzer zu empfehlen...das hat bei uns gut funktioniert. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. Für Leute die Ruhe suchen genau das Richtige!

Erholung pur an einem wunderbaren Ort: Einfach grandios!

Es gibt eigentlich nicht viel zu sagen: Dieses Ferienhaus war für uns ein Volltreffer. In allen Belangen: Angefangen vom wunderbaren, gut ausgestatteten und liebevoll restaurierten Haus selbst, der bezaubernden Umgebung (der Ausblick ist fantastisch!) samt der überaus freundlichen Menschen der Marche und den herzlichen und um unser Wohl besorgten Vermietern. Wir waren zu fünft: Die drei Kinder zwischen 10 und 17 haben sich in der oberen Wohnung einquartiert. Und wir als Eltern unten. Natürlich wäre es schön, wenn die Wohnungen über eine Treppe verbunden wären. Aber es hat auch mit dem Umweg über den Garten prima funktioniert. Natürlich war das Haus für uns überdimensioniert. Zwei Küchen braucht man nicht wirklich. Dieser Luxusfaktor hat aber dazu beigetragen, dass wir unsere Mahlzeiten an unterschiedlichen Ort einnehmen konnten. Ansonsten ist dieses Haus für zwei Familien, die sich kennen, perfekt. Besonders schön ist der Garten, der Pool, die Tischtennisplatte, der Kicker, der Tennis/Federball-Platz, die Pferde und Esel in der Umgebung, die uns manchmal am Zaun besucht haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In der oberen Küche ist ein richtiger Herd mit Ofen. Unten, in der „offenen“ Küche, hat man neben den Gas-Kochfeld nur einen kleinen E-Ofen. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pizzaofen in der oberen Küche. Wir haben uns nicht rangetraut, aber für Kenner und Könner ist das sicherlich ein großartiges Spielzeug. Holz wäre inklusive dabei gewesen. Wir haben uns - typisch deutsch - eher an den Grill gehalten… Wir können das Haus aus ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere großartigen Vermieter, die uns mit Spezialitäten der Region empfangen haben und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung standen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 2-8 Jahren und ein kleiner Hund) haben im August 2020 8 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Das Haus besteht aus zwei voneinander abgeschlossenen Wohneinheiten mit je zwei Schlafzimmern (eins mit Doppelbett, das andere mit Einzelbetten), Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine), Küche und Ess-/Wohnzimmer. Das Haus eignet sich also perfekt für den Urlaub von zwei Familien. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Küchen waren gut sortiert (auch, wenn wir nur eine tatsächlich in Gebrauch hatten, weil wir gemeinsam gekocht und gegessen haben). An allen Fenster befinden sich stabile Fliegengitter. Man muss sich also im Haus nicht über Mücken ärgern. Der Garten ist, wie das ganze Anwesen, sehr gepflegt. Der Essplatz draußen ist schattig. Wir sind bei jedem Essen dort gesessen, ein Traum! Wir haben oft gegrillt und auch den Pizzaofen verwendet. Das Wichtigste für die Kinder: der Pool! Das Wasser ist sauber (in die Nutzung des Reinigungsroboters hat uns Fabrizio eingewiesen) und warm. Die Kinder waren stundenlang im Wasser, und auch die Erwachsenen sind gerne geschwommen. Es sind genügend Liegen für alle vorhanden. Die Vermieter Manila und Fabrizio sind unglaublich nett. Die beiden kümmern sich um jedes Anliegen und jede Frage innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank Manila und Fabrizio! Wir werden uns bestimmt wiedersehen!
