The Bear Lake Tennis Court Condo is located in Harbor Village, and right across from the seasonal tennis courts and swimming pool. Located on the second level of the complex, enjoy the flatscreen TV with DVD player, the shared hot tub, and the indoor fireplace during chillier Bear Lake nights or the balcony with a gas grill in the summertime.

This condo is across the street from the Garden City Marina and one-and-a-half miles from the heart of Garden City. The Garden City Park is two miles away, and it's 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Bear Lake offers some of the best snowmobiling in all of the state of Utah. Over 300 miles of groomed trails and endless hill climbing. You can four-wheel or snowmobile right from this condo. Downhill skiing, boating, wave runner, and other activities can fill the days of your next vacation to Bear Lake.

Great place for our quick trip. Condo was clean and cozy with amazing views. Would recommend some maintenance TLC, things like the sink spray nozzle doesn’t spray. VRBO showed 11am checkout. Vacasa info sent after booking is 10am checkout.

Loved this rental

This rental was so great. It was really clean and was right next to the pool and tennis courts. Loved how many beds there are so we could fit our family comfortably. Two big bathrooms was also a huge bonus.

The condo was perfect for us! Great swimming pool and hot tub! Will stay again for sure. Wifi was a bit spotty though but we managed!

It’s good but not great. Needs to be remodeled. I’d stay here again but wouldn’t pay more than 150/night all in. Parking isn’t great if it’s crowded. No guaranteed parking. No free boat parking. 20/dayConvenient location to marina.

Great location

This property is at a great location. Close to hikes, bike path, the boulevard, and only 30 minutes from north shore. Hot tub is amazing and view is absolutely fantastic! Could be a little cleaner but overall a fantastic stay and a great place!

Good enough

Pros: ease of rental, swimming pool was great, beds were comfortable Cons: the place needs a good deep cleaning (lots of cobwebs), dining table area is really cramped so the table is not really that functional Overall the place was sufficient for our needs. We spent most of our time outside exploring bear lake area, and the place was great for the price.

This was an older condo and I knew that when I booked it but things were broken.. the blinds wouldn’t go up or down.. the front door had part of the molding coming off.. when we got into the condo we walked into a kitchen that hadn’t been wiped off.. the bathroom floors had black hair all over it and it looked like they totally forgot to vacuum.. I have a toddler that I wouldn’t let touch the floor because of how much popcorn and wood chips were on it.. I called vacasa as soon as we walked in to that mess and they did have someone come over and wipe things down and clean the floors… it was just really frustrating because we have a little kids and it was dinner time and we were supposed to make dinner there and we had to wait until it was clean to be able to cook in the kitchen.. I just think that if you are renting out a condo that things shouldn’t be broken and everything should be deep cleaned especially since they charges for a cleaning fee..

Beautiful view - basic clean accomodations

This home was clean. The trim along the entry door looks like it needs some maintenance and the home did not have a hair dryer. The pool was clean and nice. The parking was not clear.

Good for kids

Nice very well-kept green grounds, well treed shaded areas too, well off the main highway. A lot of room between this building and nearest others. Fine balcony view of Bear Lake. Comfortable roomy condo unit. (Bumper pool table a hit with grandson.) Overall we were very pleased, having booked this sight-unseen off the internet.

Beautiful location & decorations!

Condo overlooks the tennis court and the lake so great view from the balcony, which has a BBQ. LOTS of games & puzzles; kitchen well stocked. The nautical theme decorations throughout are delightful. Terrific location. There was an issue with checking in and the pool key and the management company was hard to communicate with but eventually took care of things. It needs some deep cleaning and painting but worked well for our group with all ages.
